Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee combined operations of two sites in Lancaster, PA region (Mount Joy and Manheim)</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement.</li><li>Indirect coordination with HR, Finance, and Product Engineering</li><li>Translate strategic objectives from Segment, BU, and functional leadership into site-level goals</li><li>Set and manage expectations for direct and matrixed reports</li><li>Monitor production to optimize resource usage and meet targets for:</li><li>Lean , Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Employee Engagement, and Talent Development</li><li>Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to exceed operational goals</li><li>Lead Supply Planning within the BUs Sales &amp; Operations Planning process (18–24 month horizon)</li><li>Ensure end-to-end supply chain readiness, including labor, machine, and supplier capacity through scenario planning.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Business (required)</li><li>Minimum 7 years of operations leadership experience with a proven track record in site transformations</li><li>Minimum 5 years of management experience including general project leadership</li><li>Strong knowledge of plant P&amp;L and solid financial acumen</li><li>Demonstrated Lean leadership; Six Sigma experience is a plus</li><li>Experience in low volume, high mix manufacturing environments</li><li>Ability to manage relationships with multiple customers and suppliers</li><li>ITAR/EAR compliance required – must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or granted asylee status</li></ul>
