Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Finance Business Partner, Operations will be providing timely, relevant and accurate information and insightful analysis to facilitate decision-making of senior management.</li><li>Developing the capability to drive swift data extraction and visualization bringing visibility and transparency of key business metrics.</li><li>Focused on finding meaningful insights to support continued and sustainable profitable growth of the our client business.</li><li>Drive improvement in the conversion cost and site fixed overhead vs budget and historical periods.</li><li>Also, bringing actionable insights, identity focus areas and run simulations for site management to optimize the cost level, in line with forecasted business activity.</li><li>Need monthly tracking and action monitoring, working collaboratively with site teams across different functions, and create visibility with global manufacturing team on the improvement actions.</li><li>Drive digital transformation journey of finance function and be instrumental in increasing utilization of BI tools, especially Power BI.</li><li>To include developing the dashboards and power query models required to achieve efficiency in data extraction and visualization.</li><li>Understand diverse internal and external data source and its architecture.</li><li>Able to integrate various data source for seamless automation of business analysis resulting in optimization of core financial workflows, enhancing efficiencies.</li><li>Able to perform analysis using large complex dataset, enhance the reports to improve performance tracking against targets and trend identification.</li><li>Effective contribution in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, such as developing templates for end-to-end budget planning and forecasting process.</li><li>Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships across business constituencies and stakeholders specially group support functions like Supply Chain, Manufacturing Ops and Procurement. Help the company understand how the pieces fit together to drive performance and strengthen the team’s partnership and influencing skills in pursuit of growth.</li><li>Price, Mix and Volume Analysis for Margin Improvements</li><li>Proactive participation in various business improvement/ad hoc projects.</li><li>Manages the overall Financial Reporting and Analysis activities in the production and delivery of all standard reporting (including template and chart updates), ad hoc reporting, presentation materials; and non-pricing / profitability (costing) analysis for the business, in accordance with defined standards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 8-10 years’ work experience in Finance with at least 6 years’ experience in FP&amp;A</li><li>Experience working in manufacturing environment is a must</li><li>Strong business acumen.</li><li>Strong financial, technical, and quantitative analytical skills</li><li>In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices and regulatory issues and their application to a wide variety of areas</li><li>Ability to take ownership of a task or process, and see it through from inception to completion</li></ul> Preferred Skills <ul><li>Proven track record of developing and implementing value-added financial analysis</li><li>Self-awareness and ability to handle tight deadlines and manage complex business challenges</li><li>Demonstrated experience in analyzing and synthesizing complex financial data into meaningful executive summary statements</li><li>Excellent verbal and written skills, analytical thinker / problem solver, interpersonal skills, attention to details</li><li>Advance Excel skill, MS office and data management, Power BI skill is added advantage</li></ul> Key Relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders <ul><li>Operational Leadership</li><li>Site Finance Controllers</li><li>Group Finance Team</li><li>Site GMs and Operation team</li></ul> Additional Notes <ul><li>Sound financial knowledge with Chartered Accountant background</li></ul>

Key responsibilities includes:<ul><li class="ql-align-center">Process and/or approve data maintenance requests with accuracy and within established SLA in compliance with regulatory laws, internal policy and procedures.</li><li class="ql-align-center">Ensure proper handling of documents and that all documents are always accounted for.</li><li class="ql-align-center">Assist with queries/escalation from other functions ( Middle Office, Relationship Managers, Branches ) to deliver quality service that exceeds customers’ expectations.</li><li class="ql-align-center">Ensure all controls – Start of day, intraday and End of day are meticulously followed, and evidence kept of the same.</li><li class="ql-align-center">Implement and maintain a high standard of operations control and compliance to always protect the Group’s and Clients’ interests.</li><li class="ql-align-center">Ensure in the processing of requests that they are always ‘audit worthy’ and will pass scrutiny of the various 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of defence teams.</li><li class="ql-align-center">Strong commitment and drive to Eliminate, Simplify and Automate process.</li><li class="ql-align-center">Provide support in ad-hoc project and tasks as directed by Team Head and Department Head.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support the Head AFC Ops (COE) in taking ownership, accountability, and execution in overall AML CDD strategic program for the Corporates &amp; Investment Banking segment.</li><li>Consistently review &amp; work with key stakeholders to enhance work processes to achieve operations efficiency while ensuring consistent interpretation and implementation of&nbsp;</li><li>Group Compliance AML/CFT policies and framework</li><li>Revise and update local SOP and workflow processes for operational efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Provide timely management reporting and conduct AFC related training to the team</li><li>Highlight of potential concerns / risks and proactively share best risk management practices.</li><li>Ensure agreed SLAs supported by the teams are met</li><li>Responsible for checking and signing off complex and high-risk customers due diligence profiles for all jurisdictions</li><li>Work with Head AFC Ops (COE) and Group AFC Ops function to manage queries during External / Internal Audit, Group Compliance and Regulatory Audit for favourable review outcomes</li><li>Oversight and management of the KYC teams performing CDD fulfillments to meet with&nbsp;</li><li>Bank and Regulatory requirements pertaining to the customer’s life cycle with the Bank.</li><li>Focus on procedures and processes to enable the KYC teams to achieve monthly satisfactory score for Key Operational Risk Indicator (KORI) metrics</li><li>Provide oversight to ensure alignment of bank management responsibility and principles for effective risk and controls and connectivity across the teams and with Group AFC Ops</li><li>Manage business efficiency of Overseas Branch Entities via centralization platform by ensuring relevant policies and standards are continuously reviewed and updated to reflect relevant changes and best practice</li><li>Swift KYC Registry maintenance of Bank’s counterparties through the uploading of Bank’s information and responding to RFIs from counterparty Banks’</li><li>Support Group AFC Ops in FACTCA and CRS reporting matters</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A strong track record in risk and regulatory matters pertaining to Know Your Customer (KYC) and financial crimes risks and typologies in ensuring customer due diligence is executed appropriately, with a clear thought process, rather than a tick box exercise.</li><li>At least 10 years of relevant experience in KYC / CDD.</li><li>Experienced in analyzing and quantifying complex strategic issues tied to AML CDD / transactions / activities surveillance.</li><li>To demonstrate relevant experience in the management of people and relationships via supervisory experiences and proven leadership ability. Including the skills to develop, coach and grow teams</li><li>Able to advise senior stakeholders with great skill and a level of confidence, knowledge and stature to provide advice in the handling of customers’ due diligence requirements</li><li>Strong at influencing thinking and behaviors that align with the Bank’s commitment to financial crimes, with the highest level of integrity and the ability to balance commercial objectives with the exercise of independent and prudent judgement</li><li>Certification as an AML specialist (e.g., CAMS / Diploma in AML) with a recognized institution will be an advantage</li></ul>

You will also work with engineering managers, engineers, and partner teams to&nbsp;</li><li>develop innovative solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Define and develop processes, tools and methodologies to achieve excellence in software&nbsp;</li><li>development, testing, and deployment, follow coding standards and guidelines with attention to performance, scalability, and availability.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 5+ years of iOS development experience with Swift programming skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience building iOS applications connected to APIs – RESTful and GraphQL.&nbsp;</li><li>Practical knowledge of iOS architecture.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with a version control system and the processes that come with committing, reviewing, and merging code across a team.&nbsp;</li></ul> Basic Qualifications:&nbsp; <ul><li>A solid grounding in Computer Science &amp; UI Design fundamentals.&nbsp;</li><li>2-3 years of experience building successful production software systems&nbsp;</li></ul>
