<ul><li>13-16 years of relevant functional and technical work experience.</li><li>Engineer / MBA or equivalent degree in Tech/ Information Systems from tier 1 college.</li><li>Extensive experience as IT Business partner for Supply Chain Function, with functional knowledge across all verticals within supply chain.</li><li>Proven experience in both Make and Non-Make domain through delivery of IT Initiatives for Plan, Source, Make, Deliver verticals.</li><li>Good Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S4, with functional expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules such as MM, PM, WM, QM, PP.</li><li>Should have managed multiple vendors to deliver complex IT Projects.</li><li>Should have led large scale Supply Chain tech transformation programs.</li><li>Has the experience and cultural awareness required to work effectively with a global team</li><li>Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of solutions</li><li>Identifying opportunities for simplifications and digitization of various workflows across the organization</li><li>Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests</li><li>Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills</li><li>Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence at a senior level with technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Experience in identification, evaluation and documentation of process flows, risks and controls</li><li>Ability to engage with functional business leaders at a strategic level, as well as with delivery teams at an operational level</li><li>Hands-on experience leading such areas end-to-end and track record of delivering results and business value</li><li>Requires team leadership skills, experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes</li><li>Experience with organizational change management preferred</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Proficient in English Language (Writing, reading &amp; Responssibilities: Strategic HR Consulting: <ul><li>Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Provide expert advice on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.&nbsp;</li></ul> Talent Management: <ul><li>Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and succession planning.</li><li>You will leverage data analysis to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them.&nbsp;</li></ul> Employee Relations: <ul><li>Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach aligned with our client values.</li><li>Proactively identify and address potential conflicts. Project Management: Lead and/or support HR projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.</li><li>You will utilize project management methodologies to manage resources, track progress, and deliver results.&nbsp;</li></ul> Headcount &amp; Employee Cost Management: <ul><li>Partner with business leaders to manage headcount and employee costs effectively, ensuring alignment with budget constraints.&nbsp;</li></ul> Data Analysis &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and provide insights to inform decision-making.</li></ul> Business Acumen: <ul><li>Strong understanding of business operations and how HR contributes to organizational success.</li><li>Change Adoption Activation: Proven ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Data Analysis: <ul><li>Proficiency in analyzing HR data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and improve processes.&nbsp;</li></ul> Project Management Literacy: <ul><li>Experience in managing HR projects using project management methodologies.&nbsp;</li></ul> HR Tools &amp; Processes: <ul><li>Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of best practices in HR processes.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Skills &amp; Talent Assessment: Expertise in using various assessment methods to evaluate employees skills and competencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Talent Management: Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Headcount &amp; Employee Cost Management: Understanding of headcount planning and employee cost management principles.&nbsp;</li><li>People Development: Passion for developing employees skills and capabilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders.</li></ul>
