Sales Engineer / Sales Support (Process Industries)

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support the sales staffs and ensure the sales team is on track to meet mon-end goals by processing and completing orders, managing shipment and local delivery timely to customer, controlling backlog and stock availability</li><li>Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problem</li><li>Review pending orders and specific customer request to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience</li><li>Keep line manager informed of any issues affecting month end goals of sales team</li><li>Manage inventory and control stock level efficiently by balancing with supply and demand on one side and costs on the other</li><li>Submit the scheduled and on-demand reports punctually</li><li>Control data governance sufficiently and efficiently to make all necessary data available and ready to the line manager and sales staffs upon request</li><li>Maintain an accessible and organized filling systems for sales and administrative professionals</li><li>Handle all administrative duties</li><li>Generate and process new sales leads as necessary to support sales team</li><li>Arrange appointments with customers and sales team</li><li>Maintain a cheerful attitude with answering all inbound customer’s calls and addressing customer or sales team needs</li><li>Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction</li><li>Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product and service</li><li>Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary</li><li>Collaborate effectively with the sales team</li><li>Arrange travel and accommodations where necessary</li><li>Expenses control</li><li>Exert attention to detail</li><li>Suggest sales process improvements</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Required Qualifications and Requirements:</li><li>At least 3-5years experience in sales administration, sales; experience in sales organization will be an added advantage</li><li>Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems</li><li>Business Japanese language skills</li><li>Understanding of Japanese corporate culture</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Efficient time management and Ability to work under high pressure</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines without compromising consistency in the process</li><li>Ability to multitasks</li><li>Administrative, recordkeeping and clerical skills</li><li>In-dept understanding of sales principles and customer service practices</li></ul>
