Senior Software Engineer I

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and maintain automation scripts using Linux shell scripting, Python, or other relevant tools.</li><li>Develop and maintain the entire DevOps pipelines.</li><li>Ensure seamless deployment and integration between cloud/prem environments (AWS).</li><li>Integrate AI models into production environments using containerized platforms such as OpenShift.</li><li>Implement and maintain network security protocols to safeguard AI systems and data pipelines.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand AI workflows and translate them into robust engineering solutions.</li><li>Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.</li><li>Support CI/CD processes and infrastructure for AI model deployment and updates.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Bash and Unix/Linux command-line toolkit is a must-have.</li><li>Deep technical background, with hands-on experience in supporting CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Veracode for SAST, JIRA workflow, and Confluence).</li><li>Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) is a must-have.</li><li>Exposure to data and network security and compliance in AI systems.</li><li>Knowledge of API integration and microservices architecture.</li><li>Proficiency in Python used both for automation and ML-related tasks</li><li>Knowledge of Workflow Orchestrator, such as Ctrl-M</li><li>Good knowledge of Logging and Monitoring tools, such as Splunk and Geneos.</li><li>Experience with Observability framework, such as Langfuse, Elastic Stack, Grafana, Open Telemetry.</li><li>Understanding of Generative AI (e.g. prompt engineering, RAG pipelines) and Agentic AI concepts.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible to lead development team to fulfil end-to-end software development and support for all approved initiatives (projects, quarterly change requests, L3 production fixes).</li><li>This includes analysis and design to development, implementation, testing and support.</li><li>Collaborate with Enterprise and Domain architects to align application design to the overall architectural guidelines and direction.</li><li>Work with subject matter experts, business analysts, architects, software developers and business stakeholder to establish best or alternative solutions that are feasible within the technology and timeline constraints.</li><li>Review solution design and effort estimates from the team and prioritize projects and change requests assigned to the team.</li><li>Provide quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to the Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools.</li><li>This includes delivery of source codes in compliance to the Bank’s defined security, coding and change management standards (eg. Veracode, SonarQube, Aldon, BitBucket).</li><li>Drive adoption of methods (E.g. Agile, DevOps ) and industry practices to improve quality and productivity outcomes.</li><li>Anticipate and resolve development issues or risks either independently or together with the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Provide timely escalation of issues that impacts development schedule with proposed options for resolution.</li><li>Lead or contribute to cross-team improvement initiatives relating to methods, tools, people, architecture, project management and governance.</li><li>Provide regular, timely updates and escalation to Core Banking Head of Tech Delivery &amp; Development.</li><li>Partner with Test Managers to formulate comprehensive SIT test documents and build test automation and ensure completion of Unit test, SIT, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance / load testing and application security testing with quality results.</li><li>Manage people development aspects for the Core Banking delivery team, select, train, develop and manage technical team members in a conducive team environment.</li><li>Create technical documents for the solutions. Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested.</li><li>Development of technical specifications and plans.</li><li>Analyze functional specs and convert requirements to design document.</li><li>Conduct Functional Specification review with business and test team.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good exposure and experiences in ATM in payments switch processing (e.g. ATM Transactions processing from ATM/CDM Machines, Local Switch for NETS/ ITMX / PCC/ BCS/ Paynow and Shared ATM network).</li><li>Sound knowledge on payments real time processing such as FAST &amp; PayNow services and Payment middleware switches with experience in Exception Handling &amp; Investigation, Interbank Clearing/Clearing channels, Payment Acquisition, and Payment Gateway</li><li>More than 8 years proven track record in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multi-national/regional company.</li><li>Proven result-oriented career with a focus on development and support.</li><li>Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills - ability to translate functional specifications to technological solution.</li><li>Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Good understanding and experience in waterfall and agile software development methodologies.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experiences on Linux/Unix, Shell Script, Batch Script, MQ, Connect Direct, WebLogic and OraclePL/SQL are a must.</li><li>Knowledge and experiences in ATM/Switch Background, Delivery Methodology documentation, and good understanding of SDLC.</li><li>Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.</li><li>Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain</li><li>Related professional/technical qualification (e.g. PMP) will be advantageous although not mandatory.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Create dashboards, alerts, reports in Splunk.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain and enhance existing reports for business.</li><li>Develop the necessary test cases and perform testing.</li><li>Implement and operationalize the use cases.</li><li>Create and maintain documentation in accordance to Bank standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to during the development process to support quality deliverables.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug and provide production system support for Data Security Engineering services.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve system issues.</li><li>Execute tasks related to project / change request / maintenance request.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution.</li><li>Data Security product certifications will be favorable although not mandatory&nbsp;</li><li>Overall, 6 years of work experience in information technology and at least 2 years in Cyber Security.</li><li>Working experience in integrating solution with Splunk and developing Splunk contents (alerts, reports and dashboards).</li><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing and deploying Data Security Solutions</li><li>Data Security or Splunk product certifications will be favorable although not mandatory.</li><li>Knowledgeable with the variety of Data Security technologies and familiar with the industry trends and best practices.</li><li>Analytical problem solver and good at troubleshooting technical issues</li><li>Hands-on experience with Windows, Unix or Linux and endpoint management tools (e.g. SCCM, JAMF).</li><li>Proficiency in network technologies, scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell scripts, Python).</li><li>Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan technical deliverables (including any system enhancements and upgrades) to meet project’s requirements within allocated budget and schedule</li><li>Plan &amp; collaborate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution</li><li>Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery</li><li>Provide status update related to technical delivery to Project Manager (PM)/ Program Manager</li><li>Partner with System Analysts, Functional Business Analysts and SME’s to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements</li><li>Provide Systems input to specification phase (effort estimates, high level delivery plan) based on impact assessment etc</li><li>Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements</li><li>Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance / load testing and application security testing with quality results</li><li>Prepare and manage technical implementation plan across application teams - coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure non-event production cutover and adequate post implementation support</li><li>Escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions</li><li>Provide timely updates and report to management.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain; Additional professional/technical qualifications will be advantageous although not mandatory</li><li>Proven working experience in project delivery or equivalent role with at least 6 years’ relevant experience in large and complex organizations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance.</li><li>Leadership experience in managing IT delivery teams and implementing large-scale project</li><li>Experience in actual systems development work, with prior coding, functional and technical specifications, systems development and testing experience Tools - JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Visio</li><li>Good knowledge in AML policies, procedures, products and industry practices preferred</li><li>Good understanding and experience in software development cycle (Waterfall or Agile best practices)</li><li>Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and vendor management skills</li><li>Experience in vendor product management will be an added advantage</li><li>Proficient knowledge in SQL/Oracle and/or Compliance related capabilities</li><li>Experience with UNIX and/or Windows operating system will be an added advantage</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Engage in day-to-day support activities including incident and problem management</li><li>Perform production deployments, patch activities on the supported applications and servers.</li><li>Work with product support/development team for permanent resolution/change review – all types including enhancements, bug fixes, etc.</li><li>Work with level 1 support in application knowledge transfer in establishing standard first level recovery process/system health check monitoring/scheduled activities as well as common application user queries.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders like application, business, infrastructure, security, and operations to continuously improve the stability of applications.</li><li>Develop support operational documents to summarize common support issues.</li><li>Develop reports and drive audit RFI’s and requirements.</li><li>Develop Linux scripts based on the requirements.</li><li>Provide after office hours’ standby support and for emergency recoveries, including managing major incident of critical services.</li><li>Expected to drive improvements through influence and strong relationships with managers in other teams.</li><li>Correlate events across multiple systems to proactively surface and resolve deep, underlying issues.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution</li><li>Professional qualification in information security, such as CISSP / CISM / CEH, or data Security product certifications will be advantageous.</li><li>9 to 12 years relevant experience</li><li>Strong working knowledge on Oracle Identity Governance 12c, Oracle Database, WebLogic, BI Publisher, Oracle Connectors, Linux, Unix &amp; Windows Enterprise Server OS, with mixed skills around administration, performance tuning and troubleshooting</li><li>Working knowledge of Python, java, Java Scripts,</li><li>Knowledge in network infrastructure like Load balancers, Firewalls, SSL etc</li><li>Working Knowledge on Directory - LDAP and AD Databases</li><li>Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries with hands on experience with reporting tools along with excellent computational ability.</li><li>Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks including ISO 27001 &amp; NIST Cybersecurity Framework;</li></ul>
