Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a forward-thinking EUC strategy aligned with the overall IT and business objectives.</li><li>Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the end-user experience and drive innovation.</li><li>Service Delivery and Management: Oversee the delivery and management of all end-user computing services, including desktop support, laptop management, mobile device management (MDM), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), software deployment, and collaboration tools.</li><li>Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EUC team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.</li><li>Manage team resources, budgets, and performance.</li><li>End-User Experience: Champion the end-user experience, ensuring that services are user-friendly, reliable, and meet the needs of the business.</li><li>Implement mechanisms for gathering user feedback and continuously improving services.</li><li>Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of all end-user devices and systems, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security measures.</li><li>Asset Management: Oversee the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of Client’s end-user hardware and software assets.</li><li>Ensure accurate inventory management and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Vendor Management: Manage relationships with relevant technology vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and value for money is achieved.</li><li>Evaluate and select new vendors as needed.</li><li>Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other IT departments (e.g., Infrastructure, Security, Applications) and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of EUC services.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization on EUC-related matters.</li><li>Problem Management and Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex end-user issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.</li><li>Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems.</li><li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the EUC budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and investments.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee the execution of key Technology projects from initiation to successful completion, defining project scope and objectives, develop project plans and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional quality.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing end-user computing services.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of end-user hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), mobile platforms (iOS, Android), desktop virtualization technologies (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Windows365), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and Video Conferencing technologies (Crestron, Microsoft Teams Room).</li><li>Experience with modern device management tools and methodologies (e.g., Intune, Jamf).</li><li>Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Solutions Engineer (SE) is a highly skilled, customer-focused technical sales professional who provides dedicated, in-depth technical guidance and implementation support to a single customer.</li><li>Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the SE demonstrates deep knowledge across our client broad product portfolio—including software and services—with expertise in specific technical specializations.</li><li>The SE collaborates closely with the broader sales ecosystem on strategic and complex opportunities, coordinates additional technical resources, and helps align our client solutions to the customer’s business goals.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Creating Business Relevance: Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes that align with the customers strategic goals.</li><li>Solution and Architectural Selling: Provide a sophisticated architectural perspective across the our client portfolio, including networking, security, data center, and software solutions.</li><li>Building Competitive Intelligence: Understand market trends, analyze competitors, and highlight our client competitive advantages.</li><li>Optimizing Sales Performance: Drive technical excellence during the sales cycle to help the account team meet and exceed sales objectives.</li><li>Working Across Boundaries: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including account managers, consulting specialists, demo labs, and others to deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>Driving the our client Vision: Act as a technology leader who can communicate our client value, innovation, and future roadmap to customers.</li><li>Serve as the primary technical contact for the customer, fostering long-term relationships and trust.</li><li>Identify, develop, and propose solutions and services offerings that meet customer needs.</li><li>Lead and conduct architectural workshops, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical demos.</li><li>Mentor and support the customer’s technical teams in solution design and implementation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>10–15 years of technical sales experience in the field as a Systems Engineer or equivalent role.</li><li>Deep expertise in Networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN), Security, and Datacenter technologies (including virtualization, compute, and storage).</li><li>Proven ability to build relationships and credibility with both technical and executive stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to innovate and take initiative as a self-starter.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>High level of personal integrity and professionalism in daily performance.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Respond, manage, and escalate (as needed) technical support requests via the ticketing system, telephone calls, and emails either directly or using remote support tools.</li><li>Responsible for supporting Business user end point devices (Laptops/desktops/Smart phones/Tablets /video conferencing services) either directly or using remote support tools on as-needed basis.</li><li>Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements including cGMP standards and site-specific SOPs when completing assigned functional activities.</li><li>Manage and maintain analytical laboratory and computerized manufacturing control systems in a GMP environment according to established regulatory requirements.</li><li>Perform L1 tasks on Server, Network and Telecom Infrastructure in USA &amp; Canada as needed.</li><li>Assist Core teams in performing L1 troubleshooting tasks on Security tools, technologies &amp; platforms like Crowdstrike, Zscaler, Zero Trust, Privileged access management.</li><li>Maintain inventories of endpoint devices, GMP assets and applications.</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance with the GMP Policies and Procedures.</li></ul> Operations: <ul><li>Handle day to day end user support tickets. Provides IT support to VIP users.</li><li>Work with central IT teams to resolve issues reported via helpdesk system.</li><li>Owns end-to-end responsibility for resolving issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Provides updates on Infrastructure health and corrective/preventive actions.</li><li>Maintains an up-to-date inventory of endpoint devices, servers, GMP assets, OT devices and Network devices.</li><li>Flexible to work in a multi-shift operation environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Can be onsite on need basis to assist during any crisis in off-business hours.</li><li>Ensure site IT SOPs are updated and supports site QA and CSV on GMP tasks.</li></ul> Requirements: Education Qualifications:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (IT) or similar Desired Certifications.</li><li>Certifications (preferred) – Current JNCIE-ENT, JNCIE, or CCIE certification/ CCNP, CEH, CISSP, MCSA etc.</li></ul> Experience Required: <ul><li>3 – 5 years’ experience working in a GMP compliant pharmaceutical laboratory/manufacturing environment.</li><li>Working Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Aruba Technologies &amp; Architectures (examples- Cloud &amp; Cloud Security, Networking- Network Segmentation, Patching, Next-Gen AV, Avaya VOIP, Teams based Conferencing systems)</li><li>Experience managing and maintaining servers, LAN, IP Phone and WAN systems; Switches/ Routers/ Access Points, VPNs; Knowledge of IT-OT Network Segregation.</li><li>Working knowledge of networking concepts such as Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP and DNS.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office tools, common business applications, digital signing applications, Adobe software, Apple devices and L1 knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Virtualization Hypervisors like VMWare and Wireless Networking devices like Aruba/HPE.</li><li>Has good knowledge for troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams rooms (conferencing systems)</li><li>Oversee and ensure timely repair/replacement of faulty hardware including endpoint devices, network hardware and appliances.</li><li>Well versed on GMP Infrastructure and Applications used in Manufacturing and Laboratories.</li><li>Well versed with GMP Procedures</li></ul>

Responisbilities: <ul><li>Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.&nbsp;</li><li>perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.</li><li>Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.</li><li>Design end-to-end network solutions that leverage cloud services and AI technologies to meet customer objectives</li><li>Design/implementation mentorship to one customer in a dedicated manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure smooth integration of networking components with existing infrastructure.</li><li>This solutions engineer role provides a sophisticated architectural perspective across the company architecture portfolios, including software and services, of the broad company portfolio as well as his / her technical specializations as needed.</li><li>He / She collaborates with the rest of the sales ecosystem on strategic and complex opportunities and coordinates additional resources (e.g. consulting specialists, demo labs, etc.) to recommend, develop, and propose appropriate customer solution and services offerings.&nbsp;</li><li>The account team and customer allowing the systems engineer to identify company solution opportunities aligned to the customers business goals.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent</li><li>8-12 years field Pre sales experience as a systems engineer/solutions architect or equivalent</li><li>product experience , pre-sales experience required.</li><li>Knowledge and strong operating experience in following areas of specialization: Compute hardware, HCI, Storage, backup, virtualization.</li><li>In-depth knowledge on Datacenter solutions like SDN, SDS, and compute hardware.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications.</li><li>Pro-active self-starter and innovator</li><li>Networking and relationship building skills</li><li>Phenomenal teammate</li><li>Consistent track record to focus and achieve goals</li><li>Perform daily with the highest degree of integrity</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.</li></ul> Desired skills: <ul><li>Formulate and communicate a solution / vision</li><li>Experience working with and handling large or small enterprises and public-sector organizations.</li></ul>
