Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the team of 3 Storekeepers, 1 PM executive, and 2 PM technicians for end-to-end preventive maintenance and technical store operation.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts all the preparation, planning, execution, and closure of the preventive maintenance tasks in SAP and keeps a good track record and compliance.</li><li>Accountable for purchasing, inventory management, stock count, inventory compliance, and conducting stock item analysis (most usage, highest value, slow-moving, obsolete, etc)</li><li>Accountable for all the KPIs for world-class PM &amp; MRO management as outlined in RM COE Phase 1 -3.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive engineering department weekly meetings by organizing, preparing templates for data inputs, KPI review, conducting data analysis, and delivering plant USDT and reliability.&nbsp;</li><li>Constantly conducts data analysis on preventive maintenance plans and spare parts usage to deliver preventive maintenance optimization for cost-effective maintenance.</li><li>Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving capability increase in engineering.</li><li>Lead KWS RM COE and own MROS element as part of the technical store operation.</li><li>Drive implementation of KWS for RM COE among engineering, technical, and operations teams with regular engagement, preparation, and training.</li><li>Develop good relationships with other regional factories and strive for cross-learning and implementation of best practices for plant performance and KWS.</li><li>Owns engineering R&amp;M cost budgeting and end-to-end management and monitoring. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise logistics staffs to manage their daily operation for the team to achieve a predefined&nbsp;target.</li><li>Manage 3PL’s to handle any operation activities in DC team to meet customer’s requirement and ensure to achieve highest customer’s satisfactory (ECE : Extraordinary Customer Experience)</li><li>Liaise with 3PL’s to monitor DC Workload levels and take necessary actions to ensure the minimum overtime is required but still meet prescribed productivities and service goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with 3PL’s to deploy the continuous improvement process and Kaizen activities in DC operation using company OA requirement as a benchmarking.</li><li>Develop, maintain and review physical procedures and standard work for all functional areas of DC to ensure they are up-to-date and match with the actual operation.</li><li>Liaise with Global Trade Services and appointed customs broker to ensure all customs related matters are executed per local customs law/regulation.</li><li>Close cooperation with BU ITCOs for HS Code Classification.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with related parties including company customs broker, DC Operation (3PL’s) and customers/customer’s broker to ensure that customs reports per Malaysia bonded regulation has been prepared and submitted on-time with 100% accuracy.</li><li>Manage carriers/forwarders (all modes; including air, ocean, truck and small package) to deliver shipments to DC/customers on-time. Role Description: <ul><li>As a Finance Analyst in our 9-month rotational program, youll rotate through various finance disciplines to get a well-rounded understanding of key functions.</li><li>These areas can include Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A), Accounting, Cost Controlling, and Operations Finance.</li><li>The ideal candidate for this role is a recent college graduate (graduation on or after May 2024) with a strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and a knack for numbers are essential as youll be responsible for data interpretation, financial modeling, and providing strategic recommendations based on your findings.</li><li>This is the first time this program is being offered. Candidates will have the opportunity to be part of a small cohort of finance analysts and have the opportunity for a full-time, permanent job offer at the end of the program.</li><li>Our expectation is that candidates will learn about the company and what role they would like to have before entering full-time to eventually grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company’s IP strategy by developing and maintaining the company’s patent portfolio.</li><li>Work with Research and Development to produce the most effective U.S. and foreign patent strategies and portfolios for company products and projects.</li><li>Work closely with Research and Development to identify patentable inventions. participate in internal invention disclosure assessments. provide guidance regarding the patentability of inventions under review.&nbsp;</li><li>prepare and prosecute high-quality, strategic patents (both utility and design).&nbsp;</li><li>assign and efficiently manage work performed by outside law firms. review applications and prosecution materials prepared by outside counsel. provide technical and legal commentary to ensure overall application quality.&nbsp;</li><li>work with the IP team to develop and implement patent strategies and processes. and work with R&amp;D and other departments to understand business priorities and challenges to incorporate those into a comprehensive IP strategy.</li><li>Support/lead in the development of patentability, validity, infringement, freedom-to-operate opinions, and requisite patent searching.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity, initiating and controlling measures to invalidate third-party patent rights.</li><li>Manage patent families and select patent portfolios on a global basis.</li><li>Education of internal research and development teams about company IP policies and the importance of IP.</li><li>Manage IP budget and set priorities for investment in intellectual property.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>D.degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Membership in good standing in at least one state bar.</li><li>Registration to practice before the USPTO.</li><li>Advanced Science Degree (Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy).</li><li>At least 10 years of in-house legal experience and proven track record in IP management at a pharmaceutical company.</li><li>Ideal candidate will also have some experience with devices or with engineering.</li><li>Candidate should demonstrate very deep scientific understanding of chemistry and pharmaceuticals and an ability to rapidly acquire and apply new knowledge.</li><li>Experience with preparation, prosecution, and e-filing of U.S. and foreign patent applications.</li><li>Experience in all aspects of IP counseling, including freedom to operate and validity opinions.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent business judgment related to critical IP issues, and strategic thinking capability.</li><li>Ability to be flexible and provide critical and clear IP advice to internal client groups.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously</li><li>The candidate will be located in Somerset, New Jersey.</li><li>Travel is required and the candidate should be prepared to regularly travel to the company’s Research and Development facilities in Florida and the Netherlands.</li></ul>
