Responsibilities: Accounts Payable – Third-Party and Staff Claims Processing: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for third-party AP invoices and staff claims for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all third-party AP invoices and staff claims to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li></ul> Accounts Payable – Intercompany Processing and Group System (HFM) Biannual Reconciliation: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for intercompany AP invoices for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all intercompany AP invoices to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li><li>Obtain Statement of Accounts from inter-company suppliers and reconcile with AP Aging in SAP B1.</li><li>Resolve any disputes with intercompany suppliers.</li><li>HFM reconciliation: Upload and match HFM transactions.</li></ul> Cashflow &amp; Loan Management: <ul><li>Provide the monthly cash outflow and inflow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining adequate cash flow for operations and proactively alert the Senior Accountant of any foreseeable cash flow issues.</li><li>Ensure loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li></ul> Tax Related – VAT/WHT: <ul><li>Prepare VAT/WHT filing/certificates/payments for review by Senior Accountant.</li></ul> Accounts Receivable Tasks: <ul><li>Follow up on collections from customers before the due date or when overdue.</li><li>Record AR transactions in SAP.</li><li>Send AR Aging report to Sales and AR incoming report to Senior Accountant monthly.</li><li>Issue AR Credit Notes based on approved CN form.</li></ul> Other Accounting Tasks: <ul><li>Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>Creation/maintenance of customer and vendor records in SAP.</li><li>Prepare and manage bank guarantees.</li><li>Support audits by providing required documents to external and internal auditors.</li><li>Undertake any ad hoc finance assignments as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Accounting</li><li>Ability to read and communicate in English would be preferred</li><li>Financial Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)</li><li>Administration of intercompany and third-party invoices, as well as staff expense claim payments</li><li>Microsoft Office including Excel and Word</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Key Account Manager, North India – Industrial &amp; Commercial Transportation BU is responsible for maximizing the revenue growth of ICT BU’s Customers in North India region.&nbsp;</li><li>The role is responsible to execute the sales process and implementation of business unit strategy at the customer interface.</li><li>Developing lasting customer relationships to identify business trends &amp; driving growth programs such as design-in, drop-in &amp; share gain.</li><li>The role is also responsible for new customer development &amp; activities such as tradeshows/seminars/technology Days.</li></ul> BU/Function Description <ul><li>Offers a complete portfolio of Connectivity, Sensing, Switching &amp; Protection solutions for the Truck &amp; Bus, Construction, Agriculture, Recreation &amp; Marine markets.</li><li>World leadership in rough and rugged connectivity, and our innovation in transformational new areas such as electrification,makes us the partner of choice for vehicles where reliability is critical, and failure is not an option.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Key Responsibilities of KAM, North India – ICT BU is framed our client SET Methodology – Strategy, Execution, Talent.&nbsp;</li></ul> Strategy <ul><li>Develop and maintain strategic long-term business relationships with respective accounts (all decision makers) to promote.</li><li>Responsible to develop, implement &amp; monitor Sales and Account Management Strategies (including pricing implementation)</li><li>New Business Development, Identify &amp; attract new customers, pursue new applications, leading to profitable future business</li><li>Drive initiatives to improve profitability/share gains by implementing value add value engineering (VAVE) measures and value sharing with respective OEMs.</li><li>Competition analysis and landscaping</li></ul> Execution <ul><li>Responsible for financial performance to achieve agreed-on targets</li><li>Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of RM</li><li>Responsible for efficient management of receivables / payment collection</li><li>Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to relevant functional departments, to ensure smooth implementation</li><li>Preparation of detailed account plan for key accounts</li><li>Responsible for consistently adding new opportunities and growing the opportunity funnel</li><li>Responsible for managing the opportunities at each stage – from concept to production by collaborating across teams</li><li>Responsible for managing key metrics in SFDC such as pipeline, conversion, must wins</li><li>Delivering Extraordinary Customer experience to ICT customers</li></ul> Talent <ul><li>Work closely with regional / global team for effective cross collaboration</li><li>Key Stakeholder Management internally within and across the Key Accounts</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>BE / BTech Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics. MBA preferred but not compulsory.</li><li>Overall 5-8 years of Experience</li><li>Combination of Sales, Operations, Engineering experience preferred</li><li>Candidate should be from an automotive component supplier background</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The role holder is responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing business development opportunities across Dubai Design District including both new and current business partner opportunities and providing a seamless customer service experience for business partners that encourages maximum revenue and customer retention.</li><li>Contribute to the development of the business development strategy, plans and budgets to promote pre- and post-sales and identify business opportunities to achieve the annual sales objectives.</li><li>Proactively achieve new &amp; expansion targets through pursuing and continuously identifying markets, segments, and companies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the identification of new value-added business opportunities using innovative concepts and considering changes in the market environment.</li><li>Direct lead generation activities, identify and develop potential pre- and post-sale business development opportunities, negotiate major deals with key/anchor target clients, build short-term/long-term business relationship/partnering to meet tangible objectives and targets for growth, to maximize and sustain revenue, profitability and enhance market share.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate degree in Business Management or equivalent.</li><li>6 - 8 years of Business Management experience where both business development and customer service were integral to the role.</li><li>2 of those years and should be in a managerial role.</li><li>Technical Competencies.</li><li>Business Development.</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Persuasion.</li><li>Customer Relations.</li><li>Financial acumen.</li><li>Business outlook.</li><li>Communication &amp; Networking skills.&nbsp;</li></ul>
