Role Description: <ul><li>This role is responsible for driving business development within the Life Safety market across France, Morocco, Italy and Austria.</li><li>The Sales Manager will define and execute the sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Close collaboration with the local sales organizations, along with direct account management, will be essential to support revenue growth.&nbsp;</li><li>The position covers the following countries: France, Morocco, Italy and Austria.&nbsp;</li><li>This role reports to the Business Development Leader – Life Safety Division, EMEA &amp; APAC.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own and drive sales growth and full profit plan execution, managing the process end-to-end in collaboration with the Country Sales Organizations (CSOs).&nbsp;</li><li>Define and implement strategic initiatives and business development plans to support growth, staying up to date on industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics, while working closely with the country sales organizations.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and expand existing customer accounts by promoting the full Life Safety portfolio, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities: Identify Sales Opportunities in Service Business&nbsp;<ul><li>Primary focus on the sale of preventative maintenance contracts for:</li><li>Company existing installed base of Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) which do not currently have a preventative maintenance contract</li><li>Identification and sales of preventative maintenance contracts for competitor’s UPS including multi-vendor and end user sites</li><li>Other preventative maintenance contract or maintenance sales opportunities as directed by the management&nbsp;</li></ul> Promote Company After-Sales Services Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Spare parts sales opportunities both for company and competitor’s products</li><li>Collaboration with channel sales partners and service partners in service sales activities</li><li>Other service sales opportunities as directed by the management&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the profitability of operations with a focus on the consolidated variable margin of the after sales service business&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring budget margin levels are met across each service category (contract, repairs, parts and battery replacements)</li></ul> Business Development <ul><li>Maintain existing customer base and ensure customers’ expectations are being met&nbsp;</li><li>Generate new business and partners&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience within Electrical and/or Service related sales</li><li>Having contacts within electrical/critical power industry preferred</li><li>Familiar and ability to negotiate on service contract terms &amp; condition&nbsp;</li><li>Salesforce experience</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: <ul><li>Responsible for third-party and inter-company AP invoices approval, posting and payments for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Responsible for staff claims approval, posting and payment for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Approvals of Intercompany, 3rd party and staff claims require review of supporting documents and compliance with Delegation of Authority, before payment.</li><li>ERP: Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>ERP: Manage vendor creation in SAP B1.</li><li>ERP: Reconcile Statement of Accounts from third-party and inter-company suppliers against AP Aging in SAP B1. Resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.</li><li>Interco reconciliation tool (HFM): Upload inter-company transactions in HFM and ensure proper matching.</li><li>Prepare assigned Balance Sheet schedules.</li><li>Post certain standard monthly journal entries</li></ul> Cash flows, financing and engagement with banks: <ul><li>Prepare the monthly cash flow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Periodically check sufficient liquidity for operations and proactively alert Manager about any potential cash flow situations.</li><li>Ensure external/internal loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li><li>Handle banker’s guarantee issuance and liaise with bank on AP-related matters</li></ul> Tax and GST: <ul><li>Prepare GST/SST/VAT/WHT filing for review by Finance Manager/Senior Accountant prior to submission.</li></ul> Audits/ Projects and Adhoc: <ul><li>Support the annual audit process by providing required documents to both external and internal auditors.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist and actively participate in project and system implementation activities.</li><li>Cover other AP executive’s daily operations during period of leave or absence.</li><li>Undertake any ad-hoc Finance assignment as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc).</li><li>3 years’ experience of Accounts Payables.</li><li>Experience in administering inter-company invoices, 3rd party invoices and staff expense claims, including payment</li></ul>
