Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation and or reports as requested.</li><li>Development of technical specifications and plans.</li><li>Analyze functional specs and convert requirements to design document.</li><li>Conduct Functional Specification review with business and test team.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good exposure and experiences in ATM in payments switch processing (e.g. ATM Transactions processing from ATM/CDM Machines, Local Switch for NETS/ ITMX / PCC/ BCS/ Paynow and Shared ATM network).</li><li>Sound knowledge on payments real time processing such as FAST &amp; PayNow services and Payment middleware switches with experience in Exception Handling &amp; Investigation, Interbank Clearing/Clearing channels, Payment Acquisition, and Payment Gateway</li><li>More than 8 years proven track record in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities for a multi-national/regional company.</li><li>Proven result-oriented career with a focus on development and support.</li><li>Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills - ability to translate functional specifications to technological solution.</li><li>Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Good understanding and experience in waterfall and agile software development methodologies.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experiences on Linux/Unix, Shell Script, Batch Script, MQ, Connect Direct, WebLogic and OraclePL/SQL are a must.</li><li>Knowledge and experiences in ATM/Switch Background, Delivery Methodology documentation, and good understanding of SDLC.</li><li>Multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.</li><li>Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain</li><li>Related professional/technical qualification (e.g. PMP) will be advantageous although not mandatory.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understand business function and analyse users requirements, make a clear scope of project and build consensus with users</li><li>Lead in analysis and scoping of data sourcing and functional enhancements, functional/application design, functional specifications, discuss and obtain users agreements</li><li>Obtain commitments from all identified stakeholders on creation of project plan and handle of project change management</li><li>Create project schedule, project activity list and control to keep the schedule and within budget</li><li>Prepare SIT test schedule and develop test cases</li><li>Arrange with users to conduct User Acceptance Test and arrange with development team to prepare necessary test environment and support functional testing</li><li>Monitor and report on the progress of UAT and follow up with the error resolution</li><li>Prepare necessary documents to facilitate and deliver the project (Release checklist, UAT results, etc)</li><li>Manage the technical delivery within timeline and with quality</li><li>Manage change request and defect with release control</li><li>Manage project issues, user and vendor expectations</li><li>Ensure end-user satisfaction and meeting service level agreement</li><li>Provide coaching to team and to build high performance team</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Relevant experience in a Financial Institution for Management Accounting and Profitability Reporting</li><li>Financial applications (e.g. General Ledger, cost management, budget, forecast) in banking environmet</li><li>Good understanding of data from core banking and treasury products</li><li>Data mapping and data sourcing from data warehouse experience</li><li>Good understanding in SDLC phases</li><li>Capability in requirement analysis and functional design skills</li><li>Capability of self-learning and a quick learner</li><li>Be adaptable, flexible and be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced of a growing organization / environment</li><li>Good communication (written and oral) skills</li><li>Ability to network and influence others without direct oversight or supervision</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues in distributed global locations</li></ul>
