Responsibilities: <ul><li>Issue and mail tax invoices to customers, entry tax invoice information in the customers’ system if needed.</li><li>Enter entries in the accounting system.</li><li>Response for organizing and checking the employee reimbursement and payment documents.</li><li>Reconciling the related control accounts.&nbsp;</li><li>Support finishing monthly and yearly closing.</li><li>Support annual/internal audit.</li><li>Assist in organizing financial documents.</li><li>Handle other work or project assigned by manager.</li><li>Maintain and update internal records and reports.</li><li>Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.</li></ul> Requirement:﻿ <ul><li>Experience: 3+ yrs</li><li>Strong written and spoken English</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines under pressure</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the plant’s cost accounting function, including design and implementation of robust cost control systems.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed product costing, activity-based costing models, and process-wise profitability analysis.</li><li>Provide deep insights on cost trends, production efficiency, and inventory usage to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Analyze standard vs actual costs and proactively address variances through root cause investigation and corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct plant-wide cost audits and coordinate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams for financial alignment.</li><li>Drive initiatives in waste reduction, process improvement, and cost optimization at both micro and macro levels.</li><li>Oversee inventory valuation, stock audits, and reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.</li><li>Collaborate with the Finance Head and Plant Director for capital expenditure planning and cost-benefit analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Cost Accounting Standards, internal controls, and regulatory reporting requirements.</li><li>Prepare high-level MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management and board-level reviews.</li></ul> Requirements:﻿﻿<ul><li>CMA (Cost &amp; Management Accountant) qualified; additional MBA in Finance or CA Inter is an advantage.</li><li>8-10 years of progressive experience in cost accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role in a manufacturing plant.</li><li>Proven track record in implementing cost optimization strategies and improving profitability.</li><li>Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI for analytics.</li><li>In-depth understanding of cost structures, production processes, and inventory management in industrial environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: &nbsp;<ul><li>Supervise the accounts receivable team with 5-20 direct and indirect reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Establish and implement policies and procedures for processing adjustments and deductions to ensure consistency and compliance.</li><li>Analyze adjustments and deductions to identify trends and root causes, driving process improvements and operational efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize accounts receivable processes and enhance overall performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies, accounting standards, and regulations related to accounts receivable.</li><li>Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable performance, providing insights into outstanding balances, cash flow, and collection effectiveness.</li><li>Develop ad-hoc reports and support special projects to enhance the accounts receivable process.</li></ul> Requirements: Preferred Years of Exp viz Minimum Years of Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>7+ years of experience in accounts receivable.</li><li>2+ years in a management position</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills</li></ul> Preferred: <ul><li>Master’s degree in a relevant field or Chartered Accountant designation.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills: <ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Familiarity with financial software and Oracle</li><li>Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices</li></ul>
