Senior Digital Marketing Analyst/ABM Lead

Role Description: <ul><li>The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for elevating digital experience, improving website navigation &amp; content findability, and driving search performance (onsite search, SEO, GEO) for the DDN business.</li><li>This role focuses on continuous digital experience optimization—identifying customer journey insights, improving content discoverability, increasing engagement, and partnering across COE, product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure DDN delivers an excellent digital experience for target customers.</li><li>In addition, this analyst will also support execution of DDN’s Account-based Marketing and Account-based Experience strategies.</li><li>The ideal candidate brings experience in web experience management, SEO, website &amp; customer journey analytics, digital UX improvements (ABM experience is a plus)—with a strong bias for data driven decision making and cross functional collaboration</li></ul> Responsibilities: 1. Website &amp; Digital Experience Ownership <ul><li>Own and manage DDN pages on client website, ensuring content clarity, navigation ease, and improved user experience.</li><li>Lead Digital Experience Enhancement Programs for DDN, including strategic planning, execution and measurement.</li><li>Identify and implement enhancements across customer journeys to improve engagement, path to product, and conversion.</li><li>Partner with COE for overall client website enhancements</li></ul> 2. Search &amp; Findability&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead search optimization efforts (internal client website search + external SEO/GEO) to improve content discoverability and product visibility.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, search insights analysis, and content optimization to increase targeted traffic.</li><li>Partner with COE Search and Product Data teams to improve taxonomy, product data quality, and metadata.</li></ul> 3. Digital Insights &amp; Customer Journey Analytics&nbsp; <ul><li>Analyze digital behavior using Adobe/Google Analytics to identify friction points and recommend improvements.</li><li>Develop insights dashboards and regular reporting on engagement, conversions, and client website performance.</li><li>Drive data driven recommendations to influence content strategy, navigation design, and digital channel optimization.</li></ul> 4. Cross Functional Digital CX Programs&nbsp; <ul><li>Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and COE to align and execute digital experience improvement programs.</li><li>Support ABM and campaign teams by ensuring landing pages, product pages, and navigational flows are optimized for target personas.</li></ul> 5. Promotion &amp; Engagement Support <ul><li>Support digital promotions, sample campaigns and pipeline generation programs through website/UI enhancements.</li><li>Monitor client performance regularly and proactively suggest tests or improvements (A/B testing, content structure, CTA updates).</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Digital, Marketing or related field.</li><li>8+ years of experience in digital experience/marketing (B2B preferred).</li><li>Hands‑on experience with:</li><li>Website CMS (AEM preferred)</li><li>Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)</li><li>SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, Google Ads, Search Console)</li><li>UX research, customer journey mapping</li><li>HTML code is a plus</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into concrete actions.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.</li><li>Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a matrixed and fast-paced global organization.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Looking for Thailand Tax expereince in Indonesia. Responsibilities: <ul><li>In charge of tax compliance execution for Thailand, Singapore, India and other countries or cities.&nbsp;</li><li>The scope includes but not limited to designing and timely reviewing tax reporting, tax forecast, and budget process, and etc.</li><li>Work with cross functions (i.e. FP&amp;A, Global tax) to set up tax forecast and budget, and monitor and adjust (if applicable) it on monthly basis.</li><li>Be responsible for tax-related data collection and analysis (i.e. Tax Burden Ration on both P&amp;L and cash basis, Margin, and Transfer Price, etc.) and outstanding problems / questions resolution in order to 1) increase tax efficiency; 2) mitigate tax risk; and 3) accurate tax forecast or budget.&nbsp;</li><li>Independently manage internal tax health check, and provide proposal &amp;advice to reduce compliance risk.</li><li>Lead transfer price strategy setting up for both domestic and cross-border transaction for all countries and cities in SSEA.&nbsp;</li><li>Design detail transfer price plan (I.e. mark-up rate, sales price, transaction flow, etc.) for each affiliates and each transfection types, and ensure the success of implementation.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare transfer price documentations to support the strategy and plan.&nbsp;</li><li>As internal consultant to provide tax guidance to related functions (e.g. supply chain finance, GL).&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor the tax status and position on monthly basis, and handle challenges, questions and tax audits (if any) from each level of tax authorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish or maintain the good relationship with Finance Bureau, Tax Bureau, and other government authorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and coordinate with external consultants.&nbsp;</li><li>Support AEM tax lead in coordination with global tax team to keep consistent tax strategy between local and global.&nbsp;</li><li>Support global tax team for tax return or provision preparation for other jurisdictions from compliance perspective.</li><li>Lead complicated applications such as tax exemption / reduction / deferral application, cross-border double tax treaty application, tax liquidation application, tax audit defense, etc and make achievements.&nbsp;</li><li>Proactively seek benefit such as government incentives for group from not only tax perspective.&nbsp;</li><li>Propose suggestions or ideas for any improvement or projects, and lead the implementation to make it happen.&nbsp;</li><li>Work together with AEM tax lead to plan annual tax projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead feasibility study by leveraging consulting reassure.&nbsp;</li><li>Land the execution from end to end</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Smart and honest.&nbsp;</li><li>Dare to work under pressure.&nbsp;</li><li>Analytical thinking and passionate for results, with abundant passion/curiosity for learning.</li><li>Strong drive &amp; high energy, hands on and pragmatic, independent and proactive.&nbsp;</li><li>At least 6 years tax related job experience required including strong Asia exposure (i.e. Singapore, Thailand, etc.) with a comprehensive understanding of taxation, regulations and accounting.&nbsp;</li><li>Multinational company or consultant firm experiences is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>More than 2 years experience in leader level.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in tax project management and tax process design is a must.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate governance practices and procedures.</li><li>Fluent language skills (both written and verbal) in English.</li><li>High ethical standards and result-focused, able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement creative solutions.</li><li>A team player, effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills and ownership behavior.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop ABM strategies and plans to drive awareness and engagement within target markets, delivering superior user experience to key customers.</li><li>Design &amp; implement tailored campaigns (email, social, content, paid ads) for targeted accounts.</li><li>Develop account-specific playbooks and messaging frameworks aligned with buyer journeys.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional (Sales, PM, Engineering) teams to ensure alignment between ABM/digital efforts and sales goals.</li><li>Deliver ABM insights actionable for online &amp; offline customer interactions based on an in-depth understanding of business and customer needs.</li><li>Manage website experience relevant to target customers and identify opportunities to improve navigation &amp; personalization experience for target customers.</li><li>Optimize workflows and tools (e.g., CRM integrations, automation platforms) to streamline ABM processes.</li><li>Stay ahead of ABM trends and emerging technologies, such as AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics.</li><li>Make recommendations on digital and ABM capabilities to enable the business unit to deliver an optimized and personalized customer experience across all channels.</li></ul> Requirements: Background &amp; Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>Experience in digital marketing, including experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) within the B2B/SaaS, technology, or infrastructure industries (preferably in AI, cloud, data center companies, or ABM environments).</li><li>Experience with the whole process of an ABM/digital program from strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, measurement, and optimization.</li><li>Proficient in ABM platforms, CRM systems, data analysis (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), content publishing (AEM), and search and social media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Proficient in MS Office.</li><li>Self-driven candidate who anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities for improvement, and initiates cross-functional partnerships to achieve goals without direct oversight.</li><li>Strong data-driven decision-making mindset, with expertise in understanding enterprise buyer cycles, account scoring, and lead nurturing.</li><li>Clear storyteller able to translate data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional tea</li><li>Strong project management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of B2B customer journey, with customer-centric mindset.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>Experience with website design, ABM/Personalized experience preferred.</li></ul>
