Responsibilities: <ul><li>Forecasts financial, manpower, and operational requirements for key businesses (start up, warranty, service agreements, paid service). Identifies and pursues service agreement business in conjunction with marketing and sales.</li><li>Manages start ups in terms of time and cost requirements. Manages local inventories and RMA procedure. Maintains DSO according to goal. Manages systems start up and warranty cost under reserve.</li><li>Ensures customer satisfaction with Company service and system performance.</li><li>Interviews, hires, and trains customer engineers as necessary to support regional business.</li><li>Ensures employee satisfaction through:</li><li>Communication of business progress and all related action.</li><li>Setting goals and controlling achievements.</li><li>Establishing training and career development plans.</li><li>Ensures the appropriate safety practices among customer engineers. Develop CE skills. Spots and develops managerial/other specialist talent.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures employee satisfaction through:</li><li>Escalates system downs according to valid escalation procedure, to ensure earliest possible return to service. Reports in a timely and accurate manner as required.</li><li>Achieves guaranteed up time and other parameters as sold to customers.</li><li>Promotes quality improvement processes to:</li><li>Reduce cycle time</li><li>Drive continuous improvement of technical performance&nbsp;</li><li>Empower the work force</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10–12+ years experience</li><li>Managing teams of 8–10 engineers/technicians</li><li>Strong semiconductor customer engineering background&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leads Key Account organizations with an emphasis on strategic decision making.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for business strategies with a middle to longer-term focus.</li><li>Ensures account management talent development and career plans and succession planning.</li><li>Identifies market trends. Develops value proposition for the respective targeted market and selected IKA and RKA</li><li>Achieve the sales targets for the related IKA and RKA</li><li>Responsible for IKA and RKA satisfaction via NPS and drive corrective action</li><li>Driving key pipelines, leading major IKA and RKA commercial agreement or tender</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A Degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in key account management and proven sales track record in the electrical/technology industry is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in working within the data centre segment</li><li>Good project management experience</li><li>Experienced in working with international/multicultural teams</li><li>Able to build relationships with executive stakeholders</li><li>Time required for international travels, 30-50%.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>To Plan and establish production work schedule to meet delivery times and best utilize company production capacity by releasing work orders.</li><li>Scheduling for materials and production in Coordination with staff throughout the company to ensure timely delivery to customers by obtaining agreement for product ship dates.</li><li>To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes, produced within the shift in line with the company’s quality systems, processes and procedures.</li><li>To demonstrate excellent people management skills to develop and motivate direct reporting staff and to ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered during the shift in line with the companies Health and Safety policy.</li><li>Confer with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.</li><li>Monitor, measure, and report on production related process performance/KPI’s, general issues and ensure the team is self-managed (SMT) on problem solving and troubling shooting skills to identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand.</li><li>Assist in maintaining stock rooms and inventory accuracy and participate in physical inventory counts.</li><li>Demonstrate customer centric approach and adherence to customer expectations to promote a positive company image.</li><li>Responsible for on-the-job training of directs. Play active role in the TEOA plan/Kaizen initiative to achieve plans for future growth within the company.</li><li>Set departmental process and link to ISO procedure.</li><li>Stake holder Management</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Professional Experience <ul><li>5 to 7 Years of experience in the same field and industry.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electronics Engineering</li><li>Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li></ul>&nbsp;Leadership Experience: <ul><li>Deep understanding and professional experience of people management.</li><li>Excellent communication and convincing skills</li><li>Self-driven and detail-oriented</li><li>Desire to solve problems with analytical thinking</li><li>Good at people management and execution skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and a team player</li></ul>&nbsp;Project Experience: <ul><li>Expert in material and production planning.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP</li><li>Quality and Environmental Management System knowledge</li><li>Excellent people management skills to develop and motivate direct reporting staff and to ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift in line with the companys Health and Safety policy</li><li>Assist in maintaining stock rooms and inventory accuracy and participate in physical inventory counts.</li><li>Play an active role in the TEOA plan/Kaizen initiative to achieve plans for future growth within the company.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor of Science or above degree and an engineering background.</li><li>Preferably Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, and Industrial Engineer</li></ul>&nbsp;Other Requirements: <ul><li>3-5+ years’ experience as a practitioner as an Engineer.</li><li>Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic drawings.</li><li>Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.</li><li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related communication tools.</li><li>Knowledge in various machines from Stamping, Molding, Plating, and Assembly.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with Plant operations to drive plant financial achievement, collaborate with functional teams to drive process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies and productivity</li><li>Perform in plant MOR review, provide recommendations for corrective actions and opportunities for improvement to operation functions</li><li>Responsible for month/quarter/year-end financial closing process, prepare accurate and timely financial reports including variance analysis and explanations to regional Ops Finance</li><li>and Plant GM&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Aim to identify and highlight business risks timely and coordinate with Ops function to mitigate effectively</li><li>In still strong internal controls and ensure that the plant operates with full compliance, focus on internal control enhancement</li><li>Support the business in key contract and agreement reviews, work with respective stakeholders to protect company best interest&nbsp;</li><li>Ad hoc support on project basis, provide financial support on business cases</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management</li><li>10+ years’ experience in operations ﬁnance accounting with a minimum of 3 years of management experience</li><li>Experience in budgeting/forecasting processes/cost structure, SAP experience would be a plus</li><li>Account recognition and ﬁnancial controls experience</li><li>Fluent in English both written and spoken</li><li>Analytical thinking, details oriented and problem-solving orientation</li><li>Teamwork, collaboration skills and high adaptability a dynamic and challenging environment</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Treats the customer with dignity and respect.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Internal &amp; External Communication:&nbsp; <ul><li>Daily reconciliation of delays and communications need activities as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates daily to the GG operations team of any spec changes, performance issues, call backs, inspections, etc from previous day. Drives root cause analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly recaps of delays vs. targets, FAC’s, and Update with customer on weekly basis and local station management. SR (Shared Responsibility)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the General Manager and Commercial leader (PAM. Local Director) of any problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly inventory status checks. SR&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides regular two-way communication between the client and local GGI, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Inventory Management: <ul><li>Ensures customer inventory sheet to be current and up to date par levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages inventory process taken accurately and on time. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented. SR&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Quality: <ul><li>Assists internal department on quality/compliance through weekly specification checks and audits (chef tables, packing diagrams, CCP’s, VSIE process, safety).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Compares FACs against goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ownership of CSI and drives the process as outlined in GG policy and procedures.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Cost Management: <ul><li>Conducts weekly documented billing checks to ensure items billed.&nbsp;</li><li>Reviews monthly service order to ensure all service items captured and aligned with CXP and Sales force.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Targets: <ul><li>Manages to a customer-specific set of KPI’s – reports on this performance to the commercial team, agrees performance targets to these KPI’s (e.g., delays, complaints, audit results) with Commercial VP and GM&nbsp;</li><li>Annual (or quarterly) customer feedback survey on each aspect of the role – communication, inventory management, Quality cost management/invoice accuracy, and customer service orientation (does the customer view this role as representing their interests in the unit) SR&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Associates degree or degree from a 4 year university or college is preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Work Experience:&nbsp; <ul><li>Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of account/project management experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)&nbsp; <ul><li>Extremely detail oriented&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Technical and analytical competence (understands software, hardware, networks, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Motivated, goal oriented, and persistent&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>High level of initiative and works well in a fast paced, team environment&nbsp;</li><li>Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Full knowledge of any customer specific requirements in Service Agreement and delivers as listed below:&nbsp;</li><li>Delta Airlines: Full knowledge of IFX system; Owner of change notice distribution list; understands the unit performance grading system; ensures the AC Damage reporting process is followed; full knowledge of Delta build tool.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>United Airlines: Full knowledge of Unimatic (aircraft operation); Full knowledge of IBSOPS (meal board location); Ensures PSS (passenger counts) is used for forecasting; Ensures AirServ/AirVision is used for flight finalization; Ensures Sky Net is used for packaging/general requirements; Full knowledge on the use of Igaps (real flight info)&nbsp;</li><li>American Airlines: Understands AA evaluation and evaluation definitions; Full knowledge of AMOS &amp; Sabre systems; Ensures food/equipment inventories in AirVision; Ensures equipment distribution is updated in AirVision; Ensures monthly IUR is documented in AirVision; understands the PMP process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>British Airlines: Knowledgeble/Ensures BA IFX tools are used in operation; Maintains chronological telex and bulletin information; Analysis TCS and BBSC sheets for BA performance; Full knowledge of AirServe and train staff on the use; Owner of TP006 accuracy for each scheduled change&nbsp;</li><li>Virgin Airlines: Take weekly photos of menu items and submit them to Virgin; Monthly review of TP006 and distribute the flight information; Must have full knowledge of Skylogistix; Must have full working knowledge of AirServ.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Language / Communication Skills:&nbsp; <ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual is a plus.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
