Responsibilities: Request for Proposal (RFP) Orchestration and Qualification <ul><li>Own the RFP intake register and the qualification gate: scope, win-odds and capacity assessment; resource allocation proposal to Global Account Director (GAD) / Head, Global Key Accounts.</li><li>Build and run the end-to-end bid plan: cadences, stage gates, task delegation and deadline enforcement across all workstreams.</li><li>Organise the mandatory RFP strategy kick-off; prepare gate packs — GAD / HGKA decides at every gate.</li></ul> Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA), Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Contract Alignment <ul><li>Build and maintain the global SGHA clause library and deviation register.</li><li>Issue the global SGHA baseline per RFP; consolidate regional mark-ups (EMEA capability, Americas contract team, APAC Commercial) into one position for GAD negotiation.</li><li>Coordinate SLAs with Service Delivery — secure the internal can we deliver this sign-off before commitments go to the customer; run SGHA and SLA as one negotiation track.</li><li>Co-ordination with Group Legal on company standard terms.</li><li>Route material SGHA / SLA deviations to the Pricing Manager for pro-forma impact; track contract signatures through to completion.</li></ul> Proposal Excellence <ul><li>Solution narrative and executive summaries tailored per evaluator audience; run the internal bid review (quality gate).</li><li>Build the boilerplate template library; evaluate and deploy AI / RFP tooling (e.g., Loopio) to lift quality and velocity.</li><li>Own portal submission — zero-error, deadline-critical, in the customers timezone.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement <ul><li>Facilitate structured win / loss debriefs after every RFP.</li><li>Between RFPs, when not engaged on live bids: build and maintain the bid process library, boilerplate templates and SGHA clause library.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>With 10 to 12 years relevant Pre-Sales experience with an AI first mindset.</li><li>Aviation / ground &amp; cargo handling experience essential; SGHA working knowledge a strong differentiator.</li><li>Project management of complex, multi-workstream bids under hard external deadlines.</li><li>Stakeholder management and influence without authority — across regions, functions and seniority.</li><li>Contract management acumen; sound commercial judgment; thrives in ambiguity.</li><li>Hands-on with bid and AI tooling (Loopio or similar); takes initiative, rolls sleeves up.</li><li>Executive presence; excellent written narrative and presentation craft.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understand business function and analyse users requirements, make a clear scope of project and build consensus with users</li><li>Lead in analysis and scoping of data sourcing and functional enhancements, functional/application design, functional specifications, discuss and obtain users agreements</li><li>Obtain commitments from all identified stakeholders on creation of project plan and handle of project change management</li><li>Create project schedule, project activity list and control to keep the schedule and within budget</li><li>Prepare SIT test schedule and develop test cases</li><li>Arrange with users to conduct User Acceptance Test and arrange with development team to prepare necessary test environment and support functional testing</li><li>Monitor and report on the progress of UAT and follow up with the error resolution</li><li>Prepare necessary documents to facilitate and deliver the project (Release checklist, UAT results, etc)</li><li>Manage the technical delivery within timeline and with quality</li><li>Manage change request and defect with release control</li><li>Manage project issues, user and vendor expectations</li><li>Ensure end-user satisfaction and meeting service level agreement</li><li>Provide coaching to team and to build high performance team</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Relevant experience in a Financial Institution for Management Accounting and Profitability Reporting</li><li>Financial applications (e.g. General Ledger, cost management, budget, forecast) in banking environmet</li><li>Good understanding of data from core banking and treasury products</li><li>Data mapping and data sourcing from data warehouse experience</li><li>Good understanding in SDLC phases</li><li>Capability in requirement analysis and functional design skills</li><li>Capability of self-learning and a quick learner</li><li>Be adaptable, flexible and be able to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced of a growing organization / environment</li><li>Good communication (written and oral) skills</li><li>Ability to network and influence others without direct oversight or supervision</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues in distributed global locations</li></ul>

Wear a safety vest at all times while working, walking, or operating equipment within a our client warehouse.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Participate in recruiting activities, interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Assist in employee relations and/or conflict resolution, prepare performance appraisals, provide input for counseling and terminations.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Demonstrate diligence required to maintain security under local Airport Police, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and United States Customs/Border Protection (USCBP) Regulations and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Challenge any persons not displaying an airport I.D. badge within a WFS warehouse or any Airport Operational Area. (AOA).</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Prepare various operational reports, providing weekly and monthly data regularly, including special reports requested on an ad hoc basis.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Must complete injury reports and damage reports as required.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Authorize/ensure post-accident and post-injury testing is done as required.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Assist customer representatives in providing information and data for various compliance reports and audits.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Maintain records and appointments necessary for employment on the airport such as airport badge appointments, USCBP interviews, or other government-required meetings.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li class="ql-align-justify">8-10 years of leadership and management experience withing the warehousing, logistics, or related industry.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Must possess leadership skills with the ability to train and develop personnel.</li><li>Attention to detail: Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in operations, reporting, compliance, documentation, and performance metrics.&nbsp;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Must be able to continually respond to and prioritize within a fluid work environment.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Must have ability to work across the 24/7 schedule based on the needs of the business.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leads Key Account organizations with an emphasis on strategic decision making.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for business strategies with a middle to longer-term focus.</li><li>Ensures account management talent development and career plans and succession planning.</li><li>Identifies market trends. Develops value proposition for the respective targeted market and selected IKA and RKA</li><li>Achieve the sales targets for the related IKA and RKA</li><li>Responsible for IKA and RKA satisfaction via NPS and drive corrective action</li><li>Driving key pipelines, leading major IKA and RKA commercial agreement or tender</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A Degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in key account management and proven sales track record in the electrical/technology industry is preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in working within the data centre segment</li><li>Good project management experience</li><li>Experienced in working with international/multicultural teams</li><li>Able to build relationships with executive stakeholders</li><li>Time required for international travels, 30-50%.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with Plant operations to drive plant financial achievement, collaborate with functional teams to drive process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies and productivity</li><li>Perform in plant MOR review, provide recommendations for corrective actions and opportunities for improvement to operation functions</li><li>Responsible for month/quarter/year-end financial closing process, prepare accurate and timely financial reports including variance analysis and explanations to regional Ops Finance</li><li>and Plant GM&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Aim to identify and highlight business risks timely and coordinate with Ops function to mitigate effectively</li><li>In still strong internal controls and ensure that the plant operates with full compliance, focus on internal control enhancement</li><li>Support the business in key contract and agreement reviews, work with respective stakeholders to protect company best interest&nbsp;</li><li>Ad hoc support on project basis, provide financial support on business cases</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management</li><li>10+ years’ experience in operations ﬁnance accounting with a minimum of 3 years of management experience</li><li>Experience in budgeting/forecasting processes/cost structure, SAP experience would be a plus</li><li>Account recognition and ﬁnancial controls experience</li><li>Fluent in English both written and spoken</li><li>Analytical thinking, details oriented and problem-solving orientation</li><li>Teamwork, collaboration skills and high adaptability a dynamic and challenging environment</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Treats the customer with dignity and respect.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Internal &amp; External Communication:&nbsp; <ul><li>Daily reconciliation of delays and communications need activities as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates daily to the GG operations team of any spec changes, performance issues, call backs, inspections, etc from previous day. Drives root cause analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly recaps of delays vs. targets, FAC’s, and Update with customer on weekly basis and local station management. SR (Shared Responsibility)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the General Manager and Commercial leader (PAM. Local Director) of any problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly inventory status checks. SR&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides regular two-way communication between the client and local GGI, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Inventory Management: <ul><li>Ensures customer inventory sheet to be current and up to date par levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages inventory process taken accurately and on time. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented. SR&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Quality: <ul><li>Assists internal department on quality/compliance through weekly specification checks and audits (chef tables, packing diagrams, CCP’s, VSIE process, safety).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Compares FACs against goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ownership of CSI and drives the process as outlined in GG policy and procedures.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Cost Management: <ul><li>Conducts weekly documented billing checks to ensure items billed.&nbsp;</li><li>Reviews monthly service order to ensure all service items captured and aligned with CXP and Sales force.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Targets: <ul><li>Manages to a customer-specific set of KPI’s – reports on this performance to the commercial team, agrees performance targets to these KPI’s (e.g., delays, complaints, audit results) with Commercial VP and GM&nbsp;</li><li>Annual (or quarterly) customer feedback survey on each aspect of the role – communication, inventory management, Quality cost management/invoice accuracy, and customer service orientation (does the customer view this role as representing their interests in the unit) SR&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Associates degree or degree from a 4 year university or college is preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Work Experience:&nbsp; <ul><li>Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of account/project management experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)&nbsp; <ul><li>Extremely detail oriented&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Technical and analytical competence (understands software, hardware, networks, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Motivated, goal oriented, and persistent&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>High level of initiative and works well in a fast paced, team environment&nbsp;</li><li>Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Full knowledge of any customer specific requirements in Service Agreement and delivers as listed below:&nbsp;</li><li>Delta Airlines: Full knowledge of IFX system; Owner of change notice distribution list; understands the unit performance grading system; ensures the AC Damage reporting process is followed; full knowledge of Delta build tool.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>United Airlines: Full knowledge of Unimatic (aircraft operation); Full knowledge of IBSOPS (meal board location); Ensures PSS (passenger counts) is used for forecasting; Ensures AirServ/AirVision is used for flight finalization; Ensures Sky Net is used for packaging/general requirements; Full knowledge on the use of Igaps (real flight info)&nbsp;</li><li>American Airlines: Understands AA evaluation and evaluation definitions; Full knowledge of AMOS &amp; Sabre systems; Ensures food/equipment inventories in AirVision; Ensures equipment distribution is updated in AirVision; Ensures monthly IUR is documented in AirVision; understands the PMP process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>British Airlines: Knowledgeble/Ensures BA IFX tools are used in operation; Maintains chronological telex and bulletin information; Analysis TCS and BBSC sheets for BA performance; Full knowledge of AirServe and train staff on the use; Owner of TP006 accuracy for each scheduled change&nbsp;</li><li>Virgin Airlines: Take weekly photos of menu items and submit them to Virgin; Monthly review of TP006 and distribute the flight information; Must have full knowledge of Skylogistix; Must have full working knowledge of AirServ.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Language / Communication Skills:&nbsp; <ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual is a plus.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>
