Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leads Key Account organizations with an emphasis on strategic decision making.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for business strategies with a middle to longer-term focus.</li><li>Ensures account management talent development and career plans and succession planning.</li><li>Identifies market trends. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze industry pricing standards and competitors to set optimal pricing strategies.</li><li>Harvest and consolidate data from various sources to support pricing decision-making.</li><li>Maintain product pricing routinely in internal systems.</li><li>Manage pricing requests both online and offline via tools.</li><li>Identify low-margin business segments and collaborate with Product Managers to resolve issues.</li><li>Monitor pricing agreement performance and ensure adherence to expected margins.</li><li>Apply advanced analytics to identify pricing issues and opportunities.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reports that support strategic pricing decisions.</li><li>Explore innovative pricing techniques, such as AI-driven models, competitor benchmarking, and cross-functional data integration.</li><li>Communicate and align pricing strategies across departments: Sales, PM, Customer Care, and Finance.</li><li>Simplify and clearly communicate pricing decisions and methodologies to stakeholders.</li><li>Incorporate market insights and business rules into pricing logic.</li><li>Recommend pricing actions to capture market opportunities and improve profitability.</li></ul> Requirements: Experience: <ul><li>Minimum 5- 6 years of experience in pricing analysis, business analysis, commercial strategy, or a related field.</li></ul> Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, or a related field.</li></ul> Skills: <ul><li>Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).</li><li>Experience working across business units and aligning stakeholder objectives.</li><li>Ability to present complex data in a clear, simplified format.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>To Plan and establish production work schedule to meet delivery times and best utilize company production capacity by releasing work orders.</li><li>Scheduling for materials and production in Coordination with staff throughout the company to ensure timely delivery to customers by obtaining agreement for product ship dates.</li><li>To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes, produced within the shift in line with the company’s quality systems, processes and procedures.</li><li>To demonstrate excellent people management skills to develop and motivate direct reporting staff and to ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered during the shift in line with the companies Health and Safety policy.</li><li>Confer with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.</li><li>Monitor, measure, and report on production related process performance/KPI’s, general issues and ensure the team is self-managed (SMT) on problem solving and troubling shooting skills to identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand.</li><li>Assist in maintaining stock rooms and inventory accuracy and participate in physical inventory counts.</li><li>Demonstrate customer centric approach and adherence to customer expectations to promote a positive company image.</li><li>Responsible for on-the-job training of directs. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise logistics staffs to manage their daily operation for the team to achieve a predefined&nbsp;target.</li><li>Manage 3PL’s to handle any operation activities in DC team to meet customer’s requirement and ensure to achieve highest customer’s satisfactory (ECE : Extraordinary Customer Experience)</li><li>Liaise with 3PL’s to monitor DC Workload levels and take necessary actions to ensure the minimum overtime is required but still meet prescribed productivities and service goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with 3PL’s to deploy the continuous improvement process and Kaizen activities in DC operation using company OA requirement as a benchmarking.</li><li>Develop, maintain and review physical procedures and standard work for all functional areas of DC to ensure they are up-to-date and match with the actual operation.</li><li>Liaise with Global Trade Services and appointed customs broker to ensure all customs related matters are executed per local customs law/regulation.</li><li>Close cooperation with BU ITCOs for HS Code Classification.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with related parties including company customs broker, DC Operation (3PL’s) and customers/customer’s broker to ensure that customs reports per Malaysia bonded regulation has been prepared and submitted on-time with 100% accuracy.</li><li>Manage carriers/forwarders (all modes; including air, ocean, truck and small package) to deliver shipments to DC/customers on-time. Monitor and be able to scrutinize and on freight spending especially those irregular high spending.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage DC spending to achieve CPC target.</li><li>Being responsible to provide an update to Corporate&nbsp;for any regular cost review.</li><li>Participate in any new system enhancements; e.g. S/4 Hana Implementation, etc. that is related to&nbsp;DC.</li><li>Support any Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Implementation and other requests from Bus/Corporate</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in any fields with 8-10 years logistics working experience.</li><li>Hands-on experience on DC operation and process improvement. Experience managing 3PL’s&nbsp;would be an advantage.</li><li>SAP Experience on WM is preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of import/export customs procedures and requirements including licensing,&nbsp;FTA and classification requirements. Experience on customs bonded and LMW is desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated personal leadership of DC teams, demonstrating organizational and management&nbsp;skills, and achieving quality results through team interaction and effective cross-group collaboration&nbsp;(internal and 3PL’s team)</li><li>Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to analyze data and use critical thinking to reach&nbsp;logical conclusions and decisions; results oriented; relies on fact-based logic for decision-making</li><li>Ability to communicate with senior management through well formulated presentations and&nbsp;discussions</li><li>Business acumen, a detailed understanding of business processes and the ability to&nbsp;institute/influence change management as needed.</li><li>Proven computer skills in Microsoft suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and etc.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with Plant operations to drive plant financial achievement, collaborate with functional teams to drive process improvements to achieve operational efficiencies and productivity</li><li>Perform in plant MOR review, provide recommendations for corrective actions and opportunities for improvement to operation functions</li><li>Responsible for month/quarter/year-end financial closing process, prepare accurate and timely financial reports including variance analysis and explanations to regional Ops Finance</li><li>and Plant GM&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Aim to identify and highlight business risks timely and coordinate with Ops function to mitigate effectively</li><li>In still strong internal controls and ensure that the plant operates with full compliance, focus on internal control enhancement</li><li>Support the business in key contract and agreement reviews, work with respective stakeholders to protect company best interest&nbsp;</li><li>Ad hoc support on project basis, provide financial support on business cases</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management</li><li>10+ years’ experience in operations ﬁnance accounting with a minimum of 3 years of management experience</li><li>Experience in budgeting/forecasting processes/cost structure, SAP experience would be a plus</li><li>Account recognition and ﬁnancial controls experience</li><li>Fluent in English both written and spoken</li><li>Analytical thinking, details oriented and problem-solving orientation</li><li>Teamwork, collaboration skills and high adaptability a dynamic and challenging environment</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Treats the customer with dignity and respect.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Internal &amp; External Communication:&nbsp; <ul><li>Daily reconciliation of delays and communications need activities as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates daily to the GG operations team of any spec changes, performance issues, call backs, inspections, etc from previous day. Drives root cause analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly recaps of delays vs. targets, FAC’s, and Update with customer on weekly basis and local station management. SR (Shared Responsibility)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the General Manager and Commercial leader (PAM. Local Director) of any problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly inventory status checks. SR&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides regular two-way communication between the client and local GGI, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Inventory Management: <ul><li>Ensures customer inventory sheet to be current and up to date par levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages inventory process taken accurately and on time. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented.
