Role Description: <ul><li>Key Account Manager, North India – Industrial &amp; Commercial Transportation BU is responsible for maximizing the revenue growth of ICT BU’s Customers in North India region.&nbsp;</li><li>The role is responsible to execute the sales process and implementation of business unit strategy at the customer interface.</li><li>Developing lasting customer relationships to identify business trends &amp; driving growth programs such as design-in, drop-in &amp; share gain.</li><li>The role is also responsible for new customer development &amp; activities such as tradeshows/seminars/technology Days.</li></ul> BU/Function Description <ul><li>Offers a complete portfolio of Connectivity, Sensing, Switching &amp; Protection solutions for the Truck &amp; Bus, Construction, Agriculture, Recreation &amp; Marine markets.</li><li>World leadership in rough and rugged connectivity, and our innovation in transformational new areas such as electrification,makes us the partner of choice for vehicles where reliability is critical, and failure is not an option.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Key Responsibilities of KAM, North India – ICT BU is framed our client SET Methodology – Strategy, Execution, Talent.&nbsp;</li></ul> Strategy <ul><li>Develop and maintain strategic long-term business relationships with respective accounts (all decision makers) to promote.</li><li>Responsible to develop, implement &amp; monitor Sales and Account Management Strategies (including pricing implementation)</li><li>New Business Development, Identify &amp; attract new customers, pursue new applications, leading to profitable future business</li><li>Drive initiatives to improve profitability/share gains by implementing value add value engineering (VAVE) measures and value sharing with respective OEMs.</li><li>Competition analysis and landscaping</li></ul> Execution <ul><li>Responsible for financial performance to achieve agreed-on targets</li><li>Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of RM</li><li>Responsible for efficient management of receivables / payment collection</li><li>Negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers and provide operational guidance and support to relevant functional departments, to ensure smooth implementation</li><li>Preparation of detailed account plan for key accounts</li><li>Responsible for consistently adding new opportunities and growing the opportunity funnel</li><li>Responsible for managing the opportunities at each stage – from concept to production by collaborating across teams</li><li>Responsible for managing key metrics in SFDC such as pipeline, conversion, must wins</li><li>Delivering Extraordinary Customer experience to ICT customers</li></ul> Talent <ul><li>Work closely with regional / global team for effective cross collaboration</li><li>Key Stakeholder Management internally within and across the Key Accounts</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>BE / BTech Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics. MBA preferred but not compulsory.</li><li>Overall 5-8 years of Experience</li><li>Combination of Sales, Operations, Engineering experience preferred</li><li>Candidate should be from an automotive component supplier background</li></ul>

Responsibilities Key Accountabilities <ul><li>APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Builds and drives complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to complex application support processes and procedures.</li></ul> <ul><li>APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT &amp; DEPLOYMENT: Performs and drives the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of changes and fixes, in accordance with established standards and practices.</li></ul> <ul><li>COMMUNICATION &amp; SUPPORT: Plays a key role and keeps an open channel of communication with stakeholders and responds to support requests and needs.</li></ul> <ul><li>APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts and leads advanced and complex application support activities to maintain system stability and meet business outcomes.</li></ul> <ul><li>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates effectively with business partners, technical peers, &amp; vendors in multi-functional global teams, to ensure solutions and configurations align with business requirements and best practices.</li></ul> <ul><li>INCIDENT &amp; REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Leads prioritization of incoming incident tickets &amp; user requests and driving timely resolution.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.</li></ul> <ul><li>ERP &amp; DOMAIN EXPERTISE: Solid hands‑on experience with enterprise‑scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno‑functional capacity, demonstrating strong solution design and delivery capabilities. Deep knowledge of, and experience within, one or more ERP business domains (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Agriculture, Finance etc.)</li></ul> <ul><li>FULL LIFE CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION: Proven experience delivering large and complex application implementations (eg. ERP) across the full lifecycle, including system design and implementation, deployment, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization and support, leveraging Agile, Scrum and/or DevOps practices.</li></ul> <ul><li>PROGRAMMING &amp; CUSTOMIZATION: Knowledge and/or experience with languages such as Java, C#, Python, or platform specific scripting (eg. ABAP for SAP) for application customization and experience with various pipelines, is preferred.</li></ul> <ul><li>DATA MIGRATION &amp; INTEGRATION: Experience with data migration strategies and large scale data transfers from legacy systems, including ETL processes.</li></ul>

Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.</li><li>ERP &amp; DOMAIN EXPERTISE: Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale applications (ERP preferred) in a techno functional capacity, with exposure to one or more ERP business domains (eg. Responsibilities: Technical: <ul><li>Collaborate with the MAgNA Tech support team to promptly resolve dealer service &amp; parts issues and improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Provide regional and on-site system training to aid in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.</li><li>Work with the Dealer Service team to advance the Service Management Development and Certification Program.</li></ul> Dealer Development: <ul><li>Participate in the new dealer selection and onboarding processes.</li><li>Conduct capability assessments for dealers and develop action plans to enhance their performance.</li><li>Ensure dealer participation in required technical training and certification programs for products.</li><li>Train dealer service and parts personnel on systems (Dealer portal, mTAR, EPC, mWarranty, etc.).</li><li>Assist dealerships in improving absorption rates through increased sales.</li></ul> Parts &amp; Service: <ul><li>Collaborate with the parts aftersales team and dealer parts team to meet parts purchase targets for the region.</li><li>Basic understanding of Service&amp; parts Operations management and KPIs</li><li>Promote the usage of our client OEM service parts within assigned dealerships.</li><li>Increase dealership participation in parts programs and promotions.</li><li>Provide technical assistance related to parts to dealerships.</li></ul> Quality, Warranty &amp; Campaigns: <ul><li>Ensure dealers personnel are trained in warranty processes and procedures.</li><li>Monitor campaign completion and advocate for 100% closure on all safety-related issues.</li><li>Administer the goodwill policy in alignment with customer, dealership, and our client interests, adhering to budgetary constraints.</li><li>Conduct regular warranty audits to ensure compliance with warranty policy.</li><li>Report field issues and repeated failures to the quality team.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and experience in agriculture, or construction industry.</li></ul> Required Qualifications: <ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of Aftersales experience in the agricultural, construction, automotive industry.</li><li>Knowledge of dealership operations and working with dealers</li><li>Good understanding of service and parts operations management</li><li>Strong Technical knowledge in Agricultural equipment’s</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with dealers and customers.</li><li>Ability to resolve technical problems across various domains, including mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic issues.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.</li><li>Ability to Tavel 75% of the time.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and manage the Compact Tractor business P&amp;L, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets.</li><li>Partner with Finance and Sales to develop accurate forecasts, pricing models, and incentive programs.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Product Development, Service, Finance, Marketing, Parts, Operations, and Supply Chain to create and execute business plans.</li><li>Lead and manage product launches with key internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams and agencies to develop advertising, digital content, brochures, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and more.</li><li>Design and implement multi-level promotional and dealer engagement strategies, including launch events.</li><li>Develop branding and communication strategies aligned with targeted marketing initiatives.</li><li>Support training development programs for dealers on product features, sales approaches, and after-sales support.</li><li>Work with Regional Sales Managers to ensure effective utilization of Coop programs and local marketing execution.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans and budgets.</li><li>Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and market expansion opportunities.</li><li>Translate customer insights and research into successful brand strategies.</li><li>Monitor and adjust marketing execution based on local market needs and sensitivities.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Master’s Degree required (MBA preferred).</li><li>3–5+ years of experience in product development, branding, sales, or marketing within relevant industries.</li><li>Strong strategic and tactical planning abilities grounded in market analysis.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a flat organizational structure and matrixed business environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret competitor actions and customer behavior.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of rural markets, especially in the U.S.</li><li>Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.</li><li>High standards of customer service and team collaboration.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Physical ability to perform the duties as described (occasional standing, walking, kneeling, etc.).</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Treats the customer with dignity and respect.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Internal &amp; External Communication:&nbsp; <ul><li>Daily reconciliation of delays and communications need activities as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates daily to the GG operations team of any spec changes, performance issues, call backs, inspections, etc from previous day. Drives root cause analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly recaps of delays vs. targets, FAC’s, and Update with customer on weekly basis and local station management. SR (Shared Responsibility)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the General Manager and Commercial leader (PAM. Local Director) of any problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly inventory status checks. SR&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides regular two-way communication between the client and local GGI, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Inventory Management: <ul><li>Ensures customer inventory sheet to be current and up to date par levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages inventory process taken accurately and on time. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented.
