Responsibilities: <ul><li>Employees must specialize in planning activities involving production control, inventory control, process control, shop floor control, and Material Resources Planning (MRP) integrity.</li><li>Maintain SAP Production Order release schedules to ensure material is available on time for manufacturing and engineering.</li><li>Reschedule and/or TECO work orders as required to support production priorities.</li><li>Improve component availability at the time of release by performing pre-shortage analysis.</li><li>Perform work order variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Review MRP execution to ensure data accuracy, reconcile supply and demand, and validate master scheduling and PDS requirements.</li><li>Review and ensure proper disposition of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs); prepare status reports for all active ECOs/ECRs.</li><li>Participate in floor audits with Finance and resolve Work-in-Progress (WIP) issues.</li><li>Attend production meetings and provide updates on material shortages and committed delivery dates.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering teams to manage materials for special engineering projects.</li><li>Support work centers with shop floor control activities as needed.</li><li>Analyze inventory usage and stock levels to maintain target inventory and meet service level requirements.</li><li>Expedite material shortages and forecast spare parts requirements where applicable.</li><li>Investigate material variances, resolve operational issues, and escalate complex problems to management.</li><li>Support the implementation or enhancement of inventory management systems and assign expediting activities where required.</li><li>Manage obsolete inventory and recommend disposition strategies.</li><li>Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying root causes through PCI reporting and driving corrective actions.</li><li>Support cycle counting activities to maintain inventory accuracy.</li><li>Perform data analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc statistical analysis using structured and unstructured data sources.</li><li>Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support business decision-making.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate data into actionable insights using Python, SQL, or equivalent analytical tools.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on project teams for data consolidation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience: 3–7 years.</li><li>Role Level: B2/B3 Individual Contributor (IC).</li><li>Strong English communication is essential. </li><li>Candidates must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Forecasts and communicates engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers. Provides input to outsourcing decisions by performing make versus buy analysis. Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.</li><li>Forms Materials Core Team and coordinates product development process deliverables through matrix management of buyers, planners, and production control. Collaborates with engineering team to interpret engineering requirements.</li><li>Under some supervision, creates, releases and updates new project materials strategy.</li><li>Sourcing: Assists in supplier price and delivery negotiations; under direct supervision may negotiate contracts as necessary. Utilizes the preferred supplier selection and assessment process when selecting suppliers. Completes supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts. Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost).</li><li>Materials: Coordinates activities around source selection, specification creation and price negotiation with appropriate team members.</li><li>Executes commercialization (transition) materials plan).</li><li>Manages materials change control process. Meets cost objectives and resolves quality issues. Generates and publishes Key Process Indicators. Tracks total landed costs targets.</li><li>Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements. Assists in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering. Utilizes value analysis on build-to-print components in support of Should Cost analysis.</li><li>Actively mediates and partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups. Escalate issues to Commodity Business Managers when necessary.</li></ul> Problem Solving <ul><li>Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information</li></ul> Impact <ul><li>Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies</li></ul> Interpersonal Skills <ul><li>Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Supplier negotiation and supplier management experience.</li><li>KPI management and supplier performance management.</li><li>Experience dealing with global suppliers.</li><li>Manufacturing or semiconductor industry background preferred.</li><li>Strong preference for local Singaporean or PR candidates.</li><li>Candidates should demonstrate strategic supplier management rather than purely administrative procurement experience.&nbsp;</li></ul>
