Instructional Designer

Application Developer (Front End)

Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: <ul><li>Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate performance solutions.</li><li>Identify opportunities to implement improvements to increase effectiveness of curriculum.</li><li>Partner with potential customers including employees, SMEs, management, and leaders from multiple business lines to implement effective learning solutions.</li><li>Develop and implement standards and procedures to ensure the relevance of</li><li>learning content.</li><li>Work with team members to manage content on LMS and assist with implementation of</li><li>a LCMS.</li><li>Utilize learning technologies where appropriate to provide effective content delivery.</li><li>Leverage relevant systems for e-learning, virtual learning, collaboration, mobile learning, learning management, content management, knowledge management, talent management, and performance monitoring.</li></ul> Requirements: As a successful candidate you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or similar field. <ul><li>Ten (10) years of experience related to the analysis, design, development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of learning, development, and performance solutions.</li><li>High level of familiarity using learning technologies, including learning management systems, virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom), and e-learning development</li><li>(e.g. Storyline, Rise and Captivate).</li><li>3 years of facilitation experience</li><li>ESL Certification preferred</li><li>Experience with AR/VR implementation preferred</li><li>Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or similar professional certification preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Subject matter expert in signal integrity design, simulation and validation activities through product development cycles</li><li>Establishing signal integrity design performance/functional requirements for new products by closely engaging with front teams / lead customers&nbsp;</li><li>Performing signal integrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards on each product. This includes determining the correct simulation methodology and setup to use, as well as a good understanding of the criteria for each interface.</li><li>Driving product development for business success</li><li>Engaging in innovative simulation and test tool improvement and process enhancement</li><li>Driving best practices and efficiency in connector design and component qualifications from a signal integrity standpoint.</li><li>Being a mentor and teacher to other engineers across disciplines / BUs, writes and presents technical papers at internal and external conferences.</li><li>Being an expert in analyzing competitive products and driving internal &amp; competing IP positions</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Masters Degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in electrical Design, RF design or PCB design</li><li>A solid understanding of electromagnetic theory and electrical circuit behavior</li><li>Expert with Signal integrity analysis tools (Agilent ADS, Ansys HFSS, CST, or equivalent tools)</li><li>Expert with 3D CAD tools (SpaceClaim preferred, AutoCAD, Creo, or equivalent)</li><li>Expert with high-speed test equipment (VNA, TDR, BERT)</li><li>Expert with interconnect design or electronic packaging, with a preferred focus on high-speed differential connectors and/or cable assemblies, RF connectors, and channel integration.</li><li>Expert with printed circuit board layout and design (Altium preferred), fabrication and assembly, especially as associated with connector FP and card-edge interfaces</li><li>Proficient with data analysis techniques, appreciation for design geometry tolerance impacts, and HVM qualification.</li><li>Experience with physical layer communications systems and architectures.</li><li>Fluent in English (both verbal and written)</li><li>Ability to work in a global environment – able to accommodate varying time zones and capable of collaborating with individuals across geographies.</li><li>Expert in analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions to fix identified problem.</li><li>Learning Capability: Open minded, coachable, willing to learn new skills, and motivated to grow</li><li>Pro-active in identifying complex situations, providing solutions, and driving improvements to evolving procedures</li><li>Experience writing technical papers and presenting to BU-level organizations, external conferences, and critical customer contacts</li><li>Proficient at owning project SI responsibilities and driving team actions across multi-discipline engineering &amp; manufacturing teams</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice to Have Skills/Experience: <ul><li>&nbsp;Experience with interconnect design, including socket/connector/cable/cable assembly design (high-speed twinax cables, direct attach copper (DAC) cables), and/or RF antenna, RF sub-system</li><li>Design experience with communication systems (high-speed servers, switches, routers, storage, antennas, RF front end or similar systems)</li><li>Solid presentation skills with an ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences in English</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage and execute multiple tasks/deadlines/projects simultaneously with limited direction.</li><li>Six Sigma methodologies or other strong data analytics background.</li><li>Printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly (Altium, AutoCAD)</li><li>Experience in project leadership, especially as it applies across design, development &amp; manufacturing teams</li><li>Test equipment (oscilloscope, vector network analyzer, BERT)</li><li>Signal conditioning techniques (equalization, amplification)</li><li>Direct customer design and support experience</li><li>Application and test knowledge of high-speed devices and equalization techniques</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Day-to-day management of multiple instructional design and development projects including timelines, schedules, work scope, and deliverables of assigned projects.Apply instructional design principles in the design of effective and engaging training courses for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and eLearning in English.Develop Kirkpatrick Level 2 and Level 3 assessment tools.Develop written training materials and content for ILT, VILT, and eLearning.Develop training materials in English.Analyze existing course designs and instructional materials and make improvements as necessary.Requirements:Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field required.10+ years of experience designing performance-based, technical training for professionals.Managing L&D projects.Ability to work closely with subject-matter experts (SMEs), partnering with them through the design process, to elicit knowledge, to manage their deliverables and process, to negotiate and influence without authorityAbility to quickly understand, simplify, organize, and present complex information.Experience developing learning assessments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities: Analyze and gather requirements for new implementations and change requests. Detailed Technical specification and mapping specification in coordination with cross technology Team. Develops ITX typetrees, maps, and system related to the mapping specification. Develops testing strategies for efficient and error free testing. Coding with best practices in mind. Mentor junior developers and contribute to their skill development. Participate in meetings and discussions to understand business requirements. Work with architects and other stakeholders to define integration architecture. Collaborating with business analysts and business partners. Post go-live support. Involves in technical enhancements and automation of reprocessing of messages in case of environment outage. Requirements :Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field – Preferred. 5 to 7 years of experience in Integration development, design, and implementation Minimum 5 years of experience performing in a WTX/ITX, IIB developer role with UNIX and PL/SQL hands on IBM WTX/ITX development, good knowledge and hands on experience on WTX tools including (MAP, Typetree, Database Integration Design, Integration Flow designer) Knowledge in latest version of ITX 9.0/ 10.0 including Design studio, Partner manager setup and implementation. IBM MQ development and knowledge on SSL, channels, queues and MQIPT. Knowledge in various file format (XML, Flat file, JSON, EDIFACT) and implementing using ITX. Hands on experience on SQL complex queries. Understanding of Database, table views packages. Unix server basic commands and shell script understanding Strong analytical and design skills Exhibit creative thinking while defining sound and practical solutions. Self-starter with the ability to learn complex business processes. Experience working in healthcare logistics environment is a plus.
