Responsibilities: Sales Management (35%): <ul><li>Ensure that the team achieves maximal sales and market share by meeting or exceeding standards in each customer segment</li><li>Recruit and secure suitable trading partners to drive business expansion. Control daily Container, GC/Bulk operations, Planning, and Safety; plan and monitor terminal capacity to ensure the necessary capacity based on business forecasts and to achieve the Companys profit, revenue, and operational goals.The position is responsible for overseeing daily port activities, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with safety standards, and alignment with business goals.
