Digital and Service Offering Manager, APM

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement a business strategy addressing market and business needs. The strategy is to cover ambition, market drivers, market segments, capability, competitiveness covering all business lines.</li><li>Be responsible for achieving strong Area Escalator growth ambitions, targeted full-chain profit margin and taking corrective actions to meet the set performance metrics&nbsp;</li><li>Understand the granular market opportunities, the customer requirements, and the market trends across the geographies</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and pursue business and offering development opportunities to position competitively in the market</li><li>Drive strategic planning and decision-making at global management team level to develop and implement an offering development strategy that aligns with the overall vision and short and long-term business objectives.</li><li>Understand competitor strategies to adjust and optimize the Area’s approach and win strategy.</li><li>Identify and drive key internal stakeholders to set winning strategies for the larger, more complex or strategic market opportunities</li><li>Connect with other stakeholders to ensure our offering leverages all solutions / value-added solutions in all segments and through all the life cycle of our customer’s needs</li><li>Ensure governance and alignment with all Business Lines and global functions.</li><li>Own APM’s Escalator governance model to be developed, deployed and maintained in collaboration with each business line.</li><li>Organize support to FLs in their win-plans.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity of a sizable geographical area&nbsp;</li><li>Strategic acumen and conceptual thinking</li><li>Deep understanding of escalators, auto walk or related business environment and customers</li><li>Business leadership experience and skills</li><li>Understanding of full-chain business related KPIs and success factors&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to effectively connect and interact at all levels of organization</li><li>Good value creation, selling, marketing and customer relationship skills</li><li>Commercialization and business model capabilities to scale and capture the value</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Safety and Quality: <ul><li>Proactively drive safety and quality performance of the project portfolio within the scope of responsibility Customers.</li><li>Establish and promote service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in customer project management, and drive the adaptation of best practices related to customer journey and customer experience management</li><li>Capture and feed Voice of Customer throughout the customer project; especially related to how manages the project</li></ul> Project Management Governance : <ul><li>The MP PMO Director owns the MP Project Management Governance model and is responsible for its review, updating and deployment across the APM Area. </li><li>The model defines the responsibilities and accountabilities of both Area and Front Lines and, specifically includes:</li></ul> Project Audits: <ul><li>Risk and Opportunity (R&amp;O) Management analysis, from pre-tender through to the Project execution period</li><li>Tender reviews and sign-off</li><li>Project financial reviews</li><li>Project Steering Reviews</li><li>Project monitoring reviews, such as PCGs</li><li>Start-up meetings</li></ul> Program and project management: <ul><li>Measure, monitor and support project portfolio planning, forecasting and execution</li><li>Facilitate portfolio governance</li><li>Provide guidance in tender development and project planning, execution and governance</li><li>Optimize project management resources and their allocation across the portfolio</li><li>Support and coach project managers, perform project reviews</li><li>Ongoing review of Project Management tools and where required drive development and deployment</li></ul> Leadership and people development: <ul><li>Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to develop and implement a strategy for MP Project Management that is aligned with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.</li><li>Project management development across APM leading to internal / external certifications</li><li>Develop a pipeline of Senior Project Managers who can take on larger, more complex projects in differing FLs/countries.</li><li>Lead and develop the PMO team and project management professionals to achieve budget, safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals. Identify and address competence development needs for project managers, planners, project and order admins, and quantity surveyors&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to Delivery Operations strategic planning and decision-making to drive project management capabilities in line with the overall vision and business objectives</li></ul> Delivery Operations management: <ul><li>Work with other Delivery Operations staff and teams to ensure correct and consistent use of project management policy, processes and tools, and appropriate resource allocation to support this</li></ul> Business performance: <ul><li>Measure and monitor project portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive actions to improve business performance</li><li>Set targets for and manage the performance of the PMO team</li><li>Establish PMO budget and monitor customer service, safety, quality and financial performance to optimize resources and prioritize investments</li><li>Provide input and feedback about changes needed the client Way</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 15 years of related experience, with at least 3 years as a PMO Director or Project Director for large-scale projects.</li><li>Customer relationship management skills and experience</li><li>Customer project management and portfolio management skills and experience</li><li>Knowledge of construction industry contracts, business practices and their management</li><li>Financial, business and process management knowledge</li><li>Basic knowledge of installation methods and site management</li><li>Experience and are comfortable working in a matrix environment, ability to influence stakeholders, develop strong collaboration to move projects forward.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in project management forecasting, cash flow management and understanding the risks and opportunities within projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to coach and develop Project Managers / Director for countries within APM.</li><li>Knowledgeable and proficient in project management tools.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Service and digital offering management: Manages the end-to-end development and/or deployment of a portfolio of digital and service offering. Key activities include: <ul><li>Defines Area’s end-to-end strategy of assigned offering portfolio based on market assessment and feedback from Units.</li><li>Gather and evaluate Unit business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis of global offerings, collaborate with Global teams to ensure that the offerings are fit-for-purpose for the Area.</li><li>Participates in technical development activities where required.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and drives offering scope and roadmap.</li><li>Develop go-to-market strategy for assigned offering portfolio – customer value proposition, target segments/ customer profile, pricing and offering bundles etc.</li><li>Follows up and takes corrective actions on offering performance and quality.</li><li>Collaborates with Business Line colleagues in the Units, other Areas, and Global for best practice sharing and driving areas of improvement in assigned offering portfolio.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Customer relationship management and sales support: Supports units in: <ul><li>Creating support material for Sales Managers and Salespersons in defining, specifying, and communicating company benefits and advantages of service and digital offerings.</li><li>Identifying and describing benefits and advantages of offerings to customers in different segments where relevant.</li><li>Developing marketing activities and campaigns</li><li>Achieving targets, analysing, and maintaining service and digital offerings - product and pricing data, sales and tendering tools and pricing guidelines.</li><li>Be the subject matter expert for service and digital offerings and supports Units in customer early engagements, tender interviews and other activities as required to achieve deployment success.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Good understanding of technology/ digital topics (e.g. predictive maintenance, cybersecurity, APIs, data visualization etc), prior technical experience in capacities such as product development/ management.</li><li>Knowledge of digital product development cycles, agile methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of product life-cycle management, methodology and tools</li></ul>
