Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provides dedicated support to International shippers, primarily supporting US operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Analyzes and resolves Preferred account issues, taking full end-to-end ownership of each case until final resolution.</li><li>Focuses on First Call Resolution by effectively navigating systems, identifying root causes, and coordinating solutions across functions.</li><li>Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal partners (e.g., Billing, Delivery Information, Operations, Brokerage) to facilitate timely and effective issue resolution.</li><li>Develops and maintains trusted relationships with external customers through a strong customer-focused approach and proactive communication.</li><li>Connects the dots across processes, systems, and teams to identify gaps, prevent repeat issues, and drive sustainable solutions.</li><li>Demonstrates out-of-the-box thinking when resolving non-standard or complex customer scenarios.</li><li>Maintains a strong customer advocacy mindset, balancing internal requirements with external customer expectations.</li><li>Makes outbound calls and follow-as needed to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction throughout the resolution process.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent</li><li>Strong English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think holistically across end-to-end processes</li><li>Proven customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders</li><li>Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently</li><li>Demonstrated ownership mindset and accountability for results</li><li>Previous customer service experience</li><li>Experience supporting International or US-based operations is an asset</li></ul> Additional Comments: <ul><li>The role will be based in Chennai.</li><li>US working hours required</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The key tasks of the role to successfully getting the business to the next phase of growth, include:</li><li>Strategic Portfolio Management for the global Data Connectivity Differential product portfolio by understanding the various regional (customer) requirements and aligning the different regional organizations on a single Differential Portfolio Strategy</li><li>Foster best practice sharing between regions enabling successful margin improvements and revenue grows</li><li>Enablement and support of regional project execution esp. on cross-regional and large strategic projects</li><li>Build culture of continuous improvement, which leverages best practice processes and metrics to drive year-over-year improvements by partnering with operations including optimization of global manufacturing footprints as well as driving product management excellence</li><li>Driving the coordination of go-to-market strategies and cross-regional and cross-functional activities</li><li>Gaining market share with data connectivity differential products</li><li>Build out product roadmaps in technically complex market environments, aligning with key accounts and create differentiation in target applications.</li><li>Assess and articulate opportunities with new technological trends ensuring long-term continuous pipeline growth and enabling sales force to capture and secure new opportunities.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience combining several experiences, with at least 5 years in Product Management, in industry (Automotive Connectors, experience in Data Connectivity Products strictly preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 4 years technical or business degree required; preference for advanced degree (MS, MBA).</li><li>Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions and work successfully across various cultures</li><li>Proven commercial and leadership track record to drive regional/global market share gains, including sales, operations, and engineering teams with significant customer exposure at senior executive level in a fast paced and changing environment with the ability to work to tight deadlines.</li><li>Proven financial acumen in evaluating project and program financials and change management</li><li>Demonstrated strong leadership skills in leading teams and managing cross-functional teams globally.</li><li>Ability to effectively work under pressure in a global environment and to meet challenging targets.</li><li>Demonstrated Experience successfully scaling newly launched product portfolios.</li><li>Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities.</li><li>Up to 30% of domestic and international travel dependent on business needs are required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for electrical systems across global facilities.</li><li>Develop and govern global engineering standards, specifications, and BKMs.</li><li>Lead design reviews, ensuring alignment with global requirements and best practices.</li><li>Drive improvements in system reliability, cost efficiency, and maintainability.</li><li>Support large-scale design and construction projects globally.</li><li>Conduct system studies, capacity analysis, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering solutions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>10–13 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or industrial facilities.</li><li>Strong expertise in electrical distribution systems (HV/MV/LV).</li><li>Experience with critical systems (UPS, generators, sag mitigation).</li><li>Proficiency in system modeling, analysis, and reliability engineering.</li><li>Experience in design review and construction project support.</li></ul>
