Sr. Engineer - SAP Full Stack (Hybrid)

Role Description: <ul><li>The AI Solution Architect will oversee the architecture for AI solution teams, focusing on modifying existing products and creating new ones.</li><li>The ideal candidate should be passionate about designing, building, implementing, and maintaining AI/ML/Generative AI applications.</li><li>Leadership skills are essential to implement the latest AI techniques and architectures and to continuously improve the AI/ML development, delivery, and operations process.</li><li>The role involves adhering to best practices from Software Engineering, DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps.</li><li>The AI Solution Architect will also be responsible for translating project requirements into strategic architecture solutions, ensuring the integration of cloud-native tools from major hyperscalers and machine learning to create chatbots, optimizations, and cognitive services.</li><li>This role requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between intricate business challenges and transformative AI solutions, making it a strategically crucial position.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define and oversee the AI/ML/GenAI technical direction and architectural vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and digital transformation efforts.</li><li>Data Analysis, Tool and Framework selection, Model Development, Testing and Deployment.</li><li>Key contributor in architecting a comprehensive AI Engineering framework that supports the deployment, evaluation, and management of ML models &amp; GenAI solutions.</li><li>Select appropriate technologies from a pool of open-source and commercial offerings, considering deployment models and integration with existing tools.</li><li>Understand and contribute to MLOps and LLMOps focusing on operational capabilities and infrastructure to deploy and manage machine learning models and large language models.</li><li>Collaborate with Enterprise, Application, Data &amp; DevOps Architects, Data scientists, Machine Learning &amp; GenAI Engineers, and Business teams to pilot use cases and discuss architectural design.</li><li>Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, lead proposal development, and contribute to pricing strategies.</li><li>Audit AI tools and practices across data, models and software engineering focusing on continuous improvement and feedback mechanisms.</li><li>Help AI product managers and business stakeholders understand the potential and limitations of AI when planning new products.</li><li>Own all communication and collaboration channels pertaining to assigned projects, including regular stakeholder review meetings and cross team alignments.</li><li>Work closely with the business, segment analytics, IT teams and partners to deliver the outcome and help drive adoption.&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on prototyping of new technology solutions by working with cross teams</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>15+ Years of Experience operating on AWS Cloud or other cloud hyperscalers with building Data and AI Solutions</li><li>15+ Years of Experience Data Warehouses, Data Lakes and Data Modelling techniques</li><li>15 + years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, and Machine Learning</li><li>15+ years of experience in machine learning model development, natural language processing, and data analysis;</li><li>Experienced in Supervised and Unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.</li><li>15+ years of experience in implementing cloud-based AI/ML workloads on any cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Google or Azure).</li><li>Good understanding and implementation experience on GenAI models available with Cloud hyperscalers. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Apply software engineering patterns and principles to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain and troubleshoot complex and varied software solutions and incorporate security practices in newly developed and maintained applications.</li><li>Participate in peer code review sessions to review code, coach peers and ensure code quality.</li><li>Take the lead in the assigned agile team to adopt agile philosophies, facilitate agile ceremonies and identify continuous improvement opportunities.</li><li>Incorporate the companys engineering and development best practices within the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing and security principles, to deliver high quality code rapidly.</li><li>Collaborate to lead demonstration and continuous feedback sessions to improve development and help drive the long term vision.</li><li>Participate in the engineering community by maintaining and sharing relevant technical approaches and modern skills.</li><li>Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security</li><li>Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Experience within SAP ABAP, Fiori, and OOP</li><li>Experience with Enhancement framework, CDS Views, AMDP, BOPF</li><li>Experience with Odata, Web Services, PI/PO, MII, ALE, and idoc</li><li>Experience with Adobe forms</li><li>Exposure to Agricultural Commodity Management (ACM) or prior experience with Commodity Trading and Settlement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>In depth knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 programming using BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, Workflow, LSMW, Reports, SAPScript, writing user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces.</li><li>Designing and implementing workflows to automate business processes.</li><li>Support RICEF objects, Fiori apps, and B2B integrations (SOAP, IDOC, OData).</li><li>The SAP ABAP Developer should possess strong application development and system integration skills.</li><li>Experience in Fiori Design patterns, expertise in UI Theme designer.</li><li>Design, develop, and enhance SAP business applications using ABAP on the backend and SAP Fiori/UI5 for the frontend.</li><li>Build and extend existing Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM) by analyzing root causes and implementing effective solutions.</li><li>Experience with Fiori/UI5 is highly desirable.</li><li>Enhance the user experience (UX) by designing intuitive and responsive Fiori/UI5 applications, incorporating Fiori Elements and smart controls.</li><li>Leverage BTP services to develop and deploy cloud-based applications and extensions.</li><li>Support ongoing development, implementation, and quality checks for existing projects/applications.</li><li>Participate in peer code reviews and learn and adapt to the companys engineering and development practices.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.</li><li>Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security.</li><li>Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations.</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP developer or a similar role with a focus on SAP S/4, ECC, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC</li><li>Strong, well-rounded knowledge of SAP full life cycle implementations and SAP concepts / capabilities</li><li>Proficient in ABAP, EDI management, and SAP modules.</li><li>Proficiency in SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript</li><li>Experience working in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance and support projects</li><li>Experience of Designing, coding, and modifying SAP applications to meet specific requirements.</li><li>Strong background in SAP Gateway and OData services</li><li>SAP Certification is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and BTP is a plus.</li></ul>
