Map observed malicious activities to frameworks like MITRE ATT&amp;CK for reporting and analysis.</li><li>Work closely with global SOC team members and escalate complex incidents to senior analysts or incident response leads when necessary. Collaborate with colleagues in other regions to ensure seamless coverage and knowledge sharing across the security team.</li><li>Document investigation steps, findings, and actions taken for each incident in a clear and concise manner. Prepare incident reports and contribute to post-incident review meetings, highlighting what occurred, how it was resolved, and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.</li><li>Assist in developing and updating incident response playbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation. Responsibilities: Accountabilities Financial Analysis &amp; Modelling Support: <ul><li>Assist in preparing, maintaining and updating financial models for infrastructure projects.</li><li>Support financial analysis including business cases, feasibility studies, valuation exercises and investment assessments.</li><li>Collect and organise financial and operational data required for project evaluations.</li><li>Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modelling under supervision of senior team members.</li><li>Assist in reviewing project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates.</li></ul> Research &amp; Market Intelligence; <ul><li>Conduct research on infrastructure sectors, market trends, financing structures and industry developments.</li><li>Monitor relevant regulatory developments, government initiatives and infrastructure investment activity.</li><li>Gather benchmarking information relating to infrastructure assets, concessions, PPP projects and financing structures.</li><li>Maintain internal databases of comparable transactions and market intelligence.</li></ul> Transaction &amp; Project Support: <ul><li>Assist with the preparation of presentations, information memoranda, briefing notes and investment committee materials.</li><li>Support due diligence activities by coordinating information requests and organising documents.</li><li>Assist in tracking transaction workstreams, key milestones and deliverables.</li><li>Support the review and organisation of technical, commercial, legal and financial reports.</li></ul> Stakeholder Coordination: <ul><li>Coordinate with internal departments including Development, Legal, Commercial, Strategy and Operations.</li><li>Support engagement with consultants, advisors and external stakeholders.</li><li>Attend meetings, prepare meeting summaries and track follow-up actions.</li><li>Assist in preparing materials for senior management discussions.</li></ul> Reporting &amp; Administration: <ul><li>Prepare periodic reports, dashboards and management presentations.</li><li>Maintain organised electronic filing systems and document repositories.</li><li>Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.</li><li>Assist in ensuring data quality, consistency and completeness across reports and analyses.</li></ul> Learning &amp; Development: <ul><li>Develop understanding of project finance, infrastructure investments, PPP structures and financial analysis techniques.</li><li>Participate in internal training programmes and professional development initiatives.</li><li>Build familiarity with infrastructure sectors including utilities, transport, district cooling, energy and public infrastructure.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline.</li><li>Graduated within the last 0–2 years.</li><li>Strong academic record preferred.</li><li>No prior full-time work experience required.</li><li>Internship experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, real estate, infrastructure, accounting or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.</li><li>Evidence of strong academic, extracurricular or project-based achievements is desirable</li></ul> Job Specific Skills <ul><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Basic understanding of corporate finance and financial statements.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Ability to conduct structured research and synthesise information.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Willingness to learn and work across multiple infrastructure sectors.</li></ul>
