Responsibilities: Product Planning &amp; Category Management <ul><li>Conduct category research, competitive analysis, and product benchmarking to identify market opportunities and trends.</li><li>Support product roadmap development using market insights and field feedback.</li><li>Define product requirements and specifications aligned with customer applications and regional needs.</li></ul> Technical Evaluation &amp; Product Development Support <ul><li>Evaluate product specifications to ensure performance, reliability, and cost competitiveness.</li><li>Support sourcing, capability assessment, and technical alignment of vendors.</li><li>Lead sample evaluation, field testing, and validation for product selection.</li><li>Provide technical recommendations to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Technical Documentation &amp; Knowledge Management</li><li>Develop and maintain product specs, application guides, and technical documentation.</li><li>Create training materials for internal teams and dealers.</li><li>Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information across systems.</li></ul> Technical Support &amp; Field Enablement <ul><li>Act as the escalation point for complex product issues and provide troubleshooting support.</li><li>Conduct field validations, demonstrations, and performance assessments.</li><li>Collaborate with Service and Quality teams to resolve issues and improve products.</li></ul> Requirements: Education <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>An equivalent combination of technical education and hands-on agricultural/off-highway equipment experience may be considered.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 6+ years of experience in the agricultural equipment/tractor implements industry.</li><li>Direct experience with tractor implements and attachments.</li><li>Ability to translate market needs and technical insights into product requirements and business recommendations.</li><li>Experience collaborating with Engineering, Suppliers, Quality, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong technical curiosity and ownership mindset.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Forecasts and communicates engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers. Provides input to outsourcing decisions by performing make versus buy analysis. Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.</li><li>Forms Materials Core Team and coordinates product development process deliverables through matrix management of buyers, planners, and production control. Collaborates with engineering team to interpret engineering requirements.</li><li>Under some supervision, creates, releases and updates new project materials strategy.</li><li>Sourcing: Assists in supplier price and delivery negotiations; under direct supervision may negotiate contracts as necessary. Utilizes the preferred supplier selection and assessment process when selecting suppliers. Completes supplier risk assessment on critical and unique parts. Monitors supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost).</li><li>Materials: Coordinates activities around source selection, specification creation and price negotiation with appropriate team members.</li><li>Executes commercialization (transition) materials plan).</li><li>Manages materials change control process. Meets cost objectives and resolves quality issues. Generates and publishes Key Process Indicators. Tracks total landed costs targets.</li><li>Works with engineering to identify preliminary critical parts, long-lead parts and inspection requirements. Assists in developing supplier and commodity road maps to engineering. Utilizes value analysis on build-to-print components in support of Should Cost analysis.</li><li>Actively mediates and partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups. Escalate issues to Commodity Business Managers when necessary.</li></ul> Problem Solving <ul><li>Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information</li></ul> Impact <ul><li>Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies</li></ul> Interpersonal Skills <ul><li>Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Supplier negotiation and supplier management experience.</li><li>KPI management and supplier performance management.</li><li>Experience dealing with global suppliers.</li><li>Manufacturing or semiconductor industry background preferred.</li><li>Strong preference for local Singaporean or PR candidates.</li><li>Candidates should demonstrate strategic supplier management rather than purely administrative procurement experience.&nbsp;</li></ul>
