Role Description: <ul><li>Looking for a Cargospot System Specialist to support and optimise the Cargospot system across the EMEA region.</li><li>The role will focus on Level 2/3 functional support, troubleshooting, system configuration, business requirements and system enhancements. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, internal Cargospot teams and external technical partners to ensure the system effectively supports business needs.</li><li>Strong hands-on Cargospot experience is essential. Knowledge of billing processes is an added advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide Level 2/3 functional support for Cargospot, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues.</li><li>Investigate and manage system support tickets through to resolution.</li><li>Support Cargospot configuration, administration, and functional optimisation.</li><li>Understand business requirements from Operations and Finance and assess how these can be supported within Cargospot.</li><li>Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical/development teams.</li><li>Coordinate system enhancements, including testing, feedback, and releases.</li><li>Work with external technical partners on system developments and enhancements.</li><li>Support users with Cargospot queries and provide training where required.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, processes, and user experience.</li><li>Support billing and revenue-related requirements, including investigating billing discrepancies and supporting month-end validation.</li><li>Analyse system/data issues and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Work with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Cargospot and external technology partners.</li><li>Support wider regional applications activities when required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Essential: <ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Cargospot.</li><li>Experience in Cargospot functional support, administration, configuration, or optimisation.</li><li>Good understanding of air cargo operations and processes.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.</li><li>Experience with system testing and release processes.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Advantageous: <ul><li>Experience with Cargospot billing, pricing, or revenue-related processes.</li><li>Experience working with external technology/development partners.</li><li>Data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting experience.</li><li>Knowledge of Power BI or Crystal Reports.</li><li>French language skills.</li><li>Experience using AI tools for automation, validation, or anomaly detection.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the design and architect solutions that meet SYF business requirements to deliver business value by enabling rapid innovation through modern software development practices and product delivery through rapid innovation and continuous integration. Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to oversee credit management, accounts receivable and collections activities within a hospitality environment.&nbsp;</li><li>The role will be responsible for managing credit exposure, ensuring timely collections, improving cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and trade customers.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel/hospitality credit management, with a solid understanding of city ledger operations, credit assessment, receivables, ageing, collections and credit risk.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the end-to-end credit control and Accounts Receivable function.</li><li>Oversee city ledger, corporate, travel trade and other receivable accounts.</li><li>Establish, review and monitor credit limits, payment terms and credit facilities.</li><li>Conduct credit assessments and evaluate the financial standing and payment history of customers.</li><li>Monitor AR ageing, overdue balances, DSO and credit exposure and take appropriate collection actions.</li><li>Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies to minimise bad debt and improve cash flow.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Operations.</li><li>Prepare regular AR, ageing, collection, DSO and credit-risk reports for management.</li><li>Monitor doubtful debts, provisions and potential credit risks.</li><li>Ensure accurate billing, account reconciliation, payment allocation and maintenance of the city ledger.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Front Office and Finance teams on credit-related matters.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company credit policies, internal controls and audit requirements.</li><li>Support process improvements and implementation of effective credit-control procedures and SOPs.</li><li>Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Receivable/Credit team where applicable.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>6–8+ years of relevant experience in Credit Control, Credit Management or Accounts Receivable.</li><li>Strong experience within the hospitality / hotel industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven experience managing corporate and high-value customer accounts.</li><li>Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, collections, AR ageing, DSO and bad debt management.</li><li>Experience with city ledger and hotel receivables.</li><li>Good understanding of credit policies, payment terms and credit-limit management.</li><li>Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams.</li><li>Experience managing or mentoring a team would be an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Experience with Opera/SUN or similar hotel finance systems is advantageous.</li></ul>
