Role Description: <ul><li>We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join our Legal team in Egypt.</li><li>This middle management role supports corporate legal operations across Egypt and support MENAT region, with a focus on contract management, governance, regulatory compliance, and internal advisory.</li><li>The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Legal and act as a legal business partner to internal stakeholders.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Corporate and Regional Support <ul><li>Assist in reviewing corporate processes and documentation within Egypt.</li><li>Support legal coordination and compliance efforts across the MENAT region.</li><li>Maintain and update corporate records and filings in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support corporate secretarial functions across the region and ensure timely documentation.</li></ul> Contract Management and Documentation <ul><li>Draft, review, and revise legal documents including but not limited to contracts, NDAs, service agreements, B2B/B2C agreements, and purchase orders.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure contractual terms meet legal and business objectives.</li><li>Maintain organized records of executed agreements and develop standardized templates.</li></ul> Governance and Compliance <ul><li>Assist in implementing internal governance policies and monitor compliance.</li><li>Conduct legal research and support risk assessments related to business decisions.</li><li>Identify potential legal risks and escalate issues to the Head of Legal with recommended solutions.</li></ul> Legal Advisory and Communication <ul><li>Provide clear explanations of legal terms and obligations to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Provide legal opinion and consultations to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the legal department and other business units.</li><li>Prepare legal summaries and reports for senior legal review.</li></ul> Regulatory and Governmental Affairs <ul><li>Support corporate matters including GAFI documentation and authentication processes.</li><li>Liaise with governmental authorities regarding licensing and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and contribute to legal compliance in risk assessments.</li><li>Handle external law firms and corporate secretariate work and have the ability to draft bilingual OGMs, EGMs and BoDs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a minimum grade of “Good”.</li><li>Master of Laws (LL.M) or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.</li><li>4 – 7 years of experience in corporate law within a reputable law firm or multinational organization.</li><li>Admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).</li><li>Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Familiarity with GAFI procedures and governmental dealings.</li><li>Litigation experience is a plus.</li></ul> Skills and Competencies <ul><li>Legal research, drafting, and negotiation.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>High attention to detail and sound judgment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li></ul>

Role Overview: <ul><li>The Product Manager / Senior Product Manager – Hospital &amp; Oncology will be responsible for driving strategic and operational marketing initiatives for the Hospital Care portfolio across the Malaysian market.&nbsp;</li><li>This role focuses on developing and executing brand strategies, launching new products, and expanding the business through data-driven insights and strong cross-functional collaboration. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring successful brand performance, portfolio growth, and alignment with corporate objectives within the hospital and institutional healthcare segments.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Marketing Planning (40%) <ul><li>Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and ensure effective market penetration.</li><li>Formulate pre-launch preparedness and go-to-market strategies for new and existing hospital care products.</li><li>Design and implement initiatives to enhance field force effectiveness, including sample strategy, sales meetings, and other sales-related marketing activities.</li><li>Develop and manage the annual brand business plan, including strategic priorities, objectives, and budget allocation.</li><li>Optimize resource planning and allocation to address evolving market dynamics and competitive challenges.</li></ul> New Portfolio Exploration &amp; Business Development (35%): <ul><li>Conduct in-depth product and market analyses to forecast demand, patient flow, and revenue potential for new products.</li><li>Generate actionable market insights through data analysis and engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs).</li><li>Develop robust business cases for potential new portfolio additions, encompassing both prescription and hospital-based products.</li><li>Present business proposals and feasibility assessments to principals and senior management for approval and alignment.</li></ul> Marketing Implementation (25%): <ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities to support product launches and ongoing brand promotion.</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including KOLs, hospital administrators, and healthcare associations to enhance brand reputation and visibility.</li><li>Implement and manage KOL engagement strategies aligned with brand objectives.</li><li>Manage brand budgets effectively and ensure timely development and rollout of marketing and promotional materials.</li><li>Support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and conduct product training sessions for the sales and medical teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and clinical accuracy.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a multinational pharmaceutical company.</li><li>Prior experience in a generic pharmaceutical company (in sales or product management) is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of key healthcare channels including general practitioners, private hospitals, public hospitals, and retail pharmacies.</li><li>Proven track record in brand management, product launches, and marketing strategy execution within the hospital or institutional care segment.</li><li>Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Exposure to digital marketing initiatives and analytics-driven campaigns is preferred.</li><li>Highly detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a performance-driven approach.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Management of finance team to ensure delivery of timely, accurate monthly accounts, preparation of the financial pack and KPIs.</li><li>The key focus will be to drive financial and business improvements in the Filter Products manufacturing site and to act as a business partner to the local GM and management team.</li><li>Support is also required for the local Distribution business.</li><li>Review site month end financials, prepare variance analysis with supporting commentary consolidate for the Hungary region.</li><li>Drive site Gross margin and Non-productive spend initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and review customer and product analysis (pricing, revenue and margin).</li><li>Drive working capital improvements including cash collection and inventory management.</li><li>Ensure that standard costs are maintained and implemented across the product range in the Filter Products manufacturing site.</li><li>Review site control files and trial balances to ensure no financial risk to the business and instil robust financial controls.</li><li>Ensure that all sites comply with the Filtrona Accounting Manual (EAM).</li><li>To support the businesses in the preparation of the annual Plan and quarterly forecasts for the region and associated presentations and packs.</li><li>Review of all capex appraisals pre sign off and follow up on actual spend v plan.</li><li>Attend and present the financials at the monthly operational reviews.</li><li>Legal and banking signatory for the Filter Products business and sign off monthly payroll run.</li><li>Review monthly FX hedging forecasts and submissions to Group Treasury</li><li>Deal with Group, SBU and Regional FD requests</li><li>Lead the preparation for the Hungarian internal and external audits.</li><li>Develop staff and identify training needs within the team. Technical understanding of these commodities is required.</li><li>Education: Bachelor level degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing/ Procurement or related field.&nbsp;Advanced degree a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills both written and verbal English.</li><li>Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, able to work well with international teams and individuals.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, comprehensive and logic thinking.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS office suite; advanced Excel, Power point.</li><li>Lean PD experience is a plus.</li><li>Previous SAP experience or training a plus.</li></ul>
