Responsibilities: <ul><li>Management of finance team to ensure delivery of timely, accurate monthly accounts, preparation of the financial pack and KPIs.</li><li>The key focus will be to drive financial and business improvements in the Filter Products manufacturing site and to act as a business partner to the local GM and management team.</li><li>Support is also required for the local Distribution business.</li><li>Review site month end financials, prepare variance analysis with supporting commentary consolidate for the Hungary region.</li><li>Drive site Gross margin and Non-productive spend initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and review customer and product analysis (pricing, revenue and margin).</li><li>Drive working capital improvements including cash collection and inventory management.</li><li>Ensure that standard costs are maintained and implemented across the product range in the Filter Products manufacturing site.</li><li>Review site control files and trial balances to ensure no financial risk to the business and instil robust financial controls.</li><li>Ensure that all sites comply with the Filtrona Accounting Manual (EAM).</li><li>To support the businesses in the preparation of the annual Plan and quarterly forecasts for the region and associated presentations and packs.</li><li>Review of all capex appraisals pre sign off and follow up on actual spend v plan.</li><li>Attend and present the financials at the monthly operational reviews.</li><li>Legal and banking signatory for the Filter Products business and sign off monthly payroll run.</li><li>Review monthly FX hedging forecasts and submissions to Group Treasury</li><li>Deal with Group, SBU and Regional FD requests</li><li>Lead the preparation for the Hungarian internal and external audits.</li><li>Develop staff and identify training needs within the team. Responsibilities: Prototype Build and Trial Production Support: <ul><li>Participate in new product development projects, responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and preliminary testing of prototypes, ensuring timely delivery of samples required for design verification.</li><li>Support small-batch trial production (NPI) activities; operate equipment according to trial process plans, execute production processes, and accurately record various parameters and data during trial production.</li><li>Assist engineers in setting up and debugging temporary production lines or jigs and fixtures required for trial production, and participate in the on-site acceptance and debugging of new equipment and tooling, providing feedback from an operators perspective.</li></ul> Production Issue Identification and Preliminary Analysis: <ul><li>During prototype building and trial production, closely monitor and meticulously document all process, assembly, equipment, or material issues (e.g., assembly interference, performance deviation, equipment instability).</li><li>Conduct preliminary analysis of problems based on hands-on experience, providing engineers with detailed observations and firsthand descriptions to assist in root cause analysis.</li></ul> Process and Documentation Assistance: <ul><li>Based on hands-on trial production experience, assist engineers in developing, optimizing, and creating necessary process documentation for both trial and mass production, including but not limited to:</li><li>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Equipment Operation Manuals</li><li>Equipment Daily Check and Maintenance Plans</li><li>Ensure the practicality and usability of process documentation to lay a solid foundation for subsequent mass production.</li><li>Participate in trial production reviews, providing feedback on process optimization from an operators viewpoint.</li></ul> Production Transfer and Knowledge Handover: <ul><li>Play a key role in transferring process and operational knowledge to the mass production team during the transition from trial to mass production.</li><li>Participate in training mass production operators, ensuring they master the correct operating methods and quality control points for the new product.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Vocational school, technical school certificate, or associate degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Mechatronics, or other related engineering fields.</li><li>Experience Requirements</li><li>Typically requires 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing. Preference given to those with experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), prototype building, trial production support, or as an R&amp;D assistant.</li><li>Familiarity with product development processes is preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work within a global multidisciplinary team environment as Product Engineering lead to design and develop functionally robust and cost-effective Connector products / processes to meet customer and market needs</li><li>Deliver regional and global NPD projects which includes activities like Concept generation, Concept validation, tolerance stack analysis, DFMEA, conduct design reviews, basic FEA simulation, Creation of detailed designs and drawings in CREO by applying DFM/DFA principles, creation of product validation / Qualification test plans, perform component fit and function analysis.</li><li>Execute Sustaining activities of legacy products like Customer queries, field failures, address design related manufacturing concerns, BOM &amp; change management in windchill, product improvements, necessary product design documentation/specification updates.</li></ul> Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Expert in design and development of Sheetmetal and Plastic products</li><li>Deep knowledge of associated manufacturing processes (moulding, stamping, plating and Assy)</li><li>Knowledge of materials, finishes and contact physics related to interconnection design</li><li>Knowledge of wire termination techniques (crimping, soldering, welding etc.)</li><li>Experience of testing requirements and techniques for product qualification</li><li>Knowledge of Voice of Customer, Design to Value, Design for Six Sigma.</li><li>General knowledge of industry specifications such as UL, CSA, IEC, and EIA are desirable.</li></ul> Education, Technical Qualification:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Design</li><li>Min. 9+ years components design related experience</li></ul>
