Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide excellent credit and collection activities to customers.</li><li>Apply knowledge and system resources to walk through customers and verify symptoms and issues.</li><li>Review and release orders related to assigned accounts that are placed on hold in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensure individual transaction management is based on client agreements.</li><li>Escalate delinquent customers to the team leader, supervisor, and division POC for warranty cancellation, credit hold, credit limit decrease, etc.</li><li>Assist in the training of new hires and/or collection trainees.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to generate operational improvement initiatives that strive to improve the teams efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>1-3 Years of Exp.&nbsp;</li><li>BS Accountancy or Any Finance Course with Accounting Knowledge</li><li>Working Knowledge and understanding of job specific tasks and procedures, with some ability to apply knowledge to solve routine problems&nbsp;</li><li>Performs moderately complex tasks and follows established procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Requires some problem solving skills and may seek guidance for more complex issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Works under general supervision and may have some autonomy in decision making within established guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Interacts with various stakeholders within the team or department and communicates effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>Expected to have no leadership skillset.&nbsp;</li><li>Follows business practices, process and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Expected to have discernment and can suggest ideas to improve ways of working.&nbsp;</li><li>Can able to express thoughts, opinion and ideas within the function&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility not yet manifested&nbsp;</li></ul>
