Role Description: <ul><li>Looking for a Cargospot System Specialist to support and optimise the Cargospot system across the EMEA region.</li><li>The role will focus on Level 2/3 functional support, troubleshooting, system configuration, business requirements and system enhancements. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, internal Cargospot teams and external technical partners to ensure the system effectively supports business needs.</li><li>Strong hands-on Cargospot experience is essential. Knowledge of billing processes is an added advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide Level 2/3 functional support for Cargospot, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex system issues.</li><li>Investigate and manage system support tickets through to resolution.</li><li>Support Cargospot configuration, administration, and functional optimisation.</li><li>Understand business requirements from Operations and Finance and assess how these can be supported within Cargospot.</li><li>Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical/development teams.</li><li>Coordinate system enhancements, including testing, feedback, and releases.</li><li>Work with external technical partners on system developments and enhancements.</li><li>Support users with Cargospot queries and provide training where required.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, processes, and user experience.</li><li>Support billing and revenue-related requirements, including investigating billing discrepancies and supporting month-end validation.</li><li>Analyse system/data issues and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Work with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Cargospot and external technology partners.</li><li>Support wider regional applications activities when required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: Essential: <ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Cargospot.</li><li>Experience in Cargospot functional support, administration, configuration, or optimisation.</li><li>Good understanding of air cargo operations and processes.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.</li><li>Experience with system testing and release processes.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Advantageous: <ul><li>Experience with Cargospot billing, pricing, or revenue-related processes.</li><li>Experience working with external technology/development partners.</li><li>Data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting experience.</li><li>Knowledge of Power BI or Crystal Reports.</li><li>French language skills.</li><li>Experience using AI tools for automation, validation, or anomaly detection.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee and execute end to end control assurance activities for all sub functions within Information Security</li><li>Formalize, Pilot and execute first line of defence (1LOD) assessments for Information Security to proactively identify risks to the business</li><li>Lead the client assessments program by liaising with internal client partners to ensure is meeting client expectations for Information Security Assessments and Audits</li><li>Collaborate with Sourcing and Legal teams to review third-party supplier contracts, ensuring contractual terms align with the defined scope of services and comply with applicable regulatory requirements and governance frameworks</li><li>Support execution of FedLine and other assessments by working with internal SMEs, Second and Third Line of defense teams</li><li>Support renewal of Cyber Insurance for the organization by working with insurance brokers and key internal stakeholders</li><li>Develop Financial Security Assurance specific security standards and procedures</li><li>Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Information Security OR in lieu of the Bachelors degree, a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Information Security.</li><li>8+ years of progressive experience in information security, technology risk, security controls assurance, or audit, including 5+ years leading teams.</li><li>Good understanding of IS Risk Management Concepts</li><li>Strong working knowledge of IT related US Banking regulations &amp; industry best practices (NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CRI etc.)</li><li>Demonstrated experience designing and executing control testing/assurance programs across multiple security domains</li><li>Exposure to working with external attack surface monitoring tools to partner with internal stakeholders to remediate external risk exposure to the organization</li><li>Proven ability to influence and partner across Information Security, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Audit functions</li><li>Excellent executive communication skills—able to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence team members, management &amp; external groups</li><li>Self-motivated &amp; able to work independently or in a team environment &amp; work with virtual teams</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for the leadership, performance and operational excellence of Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Clubs portfolio of safari lodges, camps, safari businesses and future hospitality ventures.</li><li>Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer – Hospitality &amp; Conservation, the role has executive accountability for the day-to-day and long-term performance of the Companys operations, ensuring exceptional safari and hospitality experiences, consistently high accommodation and service standards, effective asset management, operational efficiency and sustainable profitability across the portfolio.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations translates the Companys strategy and commercial commitments into operational execution. The role ensures that what the Company sells is consistently and successfully delivered across every stage of the guest journey, from reservation handover and pre-arrival preparation through accommodation, safari experiences, on-property services and departure.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations is accountable for operational delivery, on-ground sales and trade relationships in market, guest conversion and on-property revenue and expense management.</li></ul> Responsibilities&nbsp; 1. Strategic Leadership &amp; Operational Business Performance – 20% <ul><li>Partner with the Chief Executive Officer to translate the strategic direction of Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Club into clear operational priorities, business plans and measurable performance outcomes.</li><li>Provide executive leadership across the Companys safari, lodge, camp and hospitality operations, ensuring effective execution of the Companys strategic and commercial priorities.</li><li>Act as a custodian of the Companys operational assets, financial resources and reputation, applying a long-term ownership mindset to operational decision-making.</li><li>Establish clear performance expectations and accountability across the operational organization.</li><li>Monitor business performance through financial, operational, guest experience, asset and people indicators and ensure timely intervention where performance falls below expectation.</li><li>Lead regular executive business reviews and property performance reviews to ensure corrective actions and opportunities are effectively implemented.</li><li>Identify operational risks and opportunities and recommend actions that strengthen profitability, resilience, service quality and long-term business sustainability.</li><li>Build scalable operating structures, standards and systems capable of supporting the Companys future growth and portfolio expansion.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across the operational business.</li></ul> 2. Safari Business, Hospitality &amp; Guest Experience – 20% <ul><li>Provide executive leadership for Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Clubs safari business and hospitality operations across the portfolio.</li><li>Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional safari, accommodation and hospitality experiences across all lodges, camps and safari operations.</li><li>Take executive accountability for the operational delivery of the complete guest journey, from reservation handover and pre-arrival preparation through arrival, accommodation, safari activities and departure.</li><li>Provide executive oversight of accommodation, front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, guiding, game drives, guest activities, safari logistics, fleet operations, maintenance, engineering and operational support services.</li><li>Establish and maintain clear operating and service standards across the portfolio while allowing properties to retain appropriate authenticity and sense of place.</li></ul> 3. Commercial Delivery, On-Ground Sales &amp; Financial Stewardship – 15% <ul><li>Take accountability for the operational delivery of the Companys commercial strategy across safari operations, lodges and camps.</li><li>Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships with tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, trade partners, corporate clients and other relevant market stakeholders.</li><li>Drive upselling and on-property revenue opportunities across accommodation, food and beverage, safari activities, transfers, retail and ancillary services.</li><li>Ensure operational teams understand and effectively deliver commercial campaigns, packages, products and commitments developed by the Commercial function.</li></ul> 4. Product, Accommodation &amp; Asset Excellence – 15% <ul><li>Drive the continuous operational enhancement of the Companys safari products, accommodation experiences and hospitality offerings.</li><li>Ensure lodges, camps, guest accommodation, public spaces and operational facilities evolve in line with guest expectations, operational requirements and the Companys positioning.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years progressive executive leadership experience within Safari hospitality, tourism or related industries.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years leading multi-property or multi-business operations at an executive level.</li><li>Proven experience developing and executing business strategy and organizational transformation.</li><li>Strong commercial, financial and operational leadership experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, acquisitions, new business ventures or expansion projects.</li><li>Experience working with Boards and executive leadership teams.</li><li>Experience leading geographically dispersed operations across multiple locations.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Strong understanding of East African hospitality, safari and tourism markets</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Continuously monitor security consoles and dashboards (SIEM, EDR, etc.) for suspicious activity; triage alerts to identify valid security incidents versus false positives and prioritize response based on asset criticality and business risk.</li><li>Investigate suspicious activities and security events, determine the scope and severity of incidents, and gather relevant evidence. Perform root cause analysis to identify attack vectors and affected systems.</li><li>Execute incident response actions end-to-end – including timely containment of threats, eradication of malicious artifacts, and system recovery – following the organization’s incident response plan. Coordinate with IT infrastructure, application owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective remediation of incidents.</li><li>Proactively hunt for indicators of compromise and hidden threats in logs, network traffic, and endpoint telemetry, even without specific alerts. Use hypothesis-driven techniques and knowledge of attacker TTPs to uncover stealthy or emerging threats that evaded initial detection.</li><li>Continuously tune SIEM/EDR detection rules, thresholds, and SOAR playbooks—automating repetitive response actions to reduce false positives and accelerate containment</li><li>Leverage internal and external threat intelligence sources to enrich analysis and response. Stay updated on new vulnerabilities and adversary tactics; incorporate this knowledge to adjust monitoring rules and incident response strategies. Map observed malicious activities to frameworks like MITRE ATT&amp;CK for reporting and analysis.</li><li>Work closely with global SOC team members and escalate complex incidents to senior analysts or incident response leads when necessary. Collaborate with colleagues in other regions to ensure seamless coverage and knowledge sharing across the security team.</li><li>Document investigation steps, findings, and actions taken for each incident in a clear and concise manner. Prepare incident reports and contribute to post-incident review meetings, highlighting what occurred, how it was resolved, and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.</li><li>Assist in developing and updating incident response playbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve security monitoring tools, analytics content (detection rules), and workflow automation (SOAR playbooks) for greater efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Share insights from incidents and trending threats with the broader team to enhance overall awareness. Responsibilities: Accounts Payable – Third-Party and Staff Claims Processing: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for third-party AP invoices and staff claims for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all third-party AP invoices and staff claims to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li></ul> Accounts Payable – Intercompany Processing and Group System (HFM) Biannual Reconciliation: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for intercompany AP invoices for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all intercompany AP invoices to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li><li>Obtain Statement of Accounts from inter-company suppliers and reconcile with AP Aging in SAP B1.</li><li>Resolve any disputes with intercompany suppliers.</li><li>HFM reconciliation: Upload and match HFM transactions.</li></ul> Cashflow &amp; Loan Management: <ul><li>Provide the monthly cash outflow and inflow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining adequate cash flow for operations and proactively alert the Senior Accountant of any foreseeable cash flow issues.</li><li>Ensure loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li></ul> Tax Related – VAT/WHT: <ul><li>Prepare VAT/WHT filing/certificates/payments for review by Senior Accountant.</li></ul> Accounts Receivable Tasks: <ul><li>Follow up on collections from customers before the due date or when overdue.</li><li>Record AR transactions in SAP.</li><li>Send AR Aging report to Sales and AR incoming report to Senior Accountant monthly.</li><li>Issue AR Credit Notes based on approved CN form.</li></ul> Other Accounting Tasks: <ul><li>Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>Creation/maintenance of customer and vendor records in SAP.</li><li>Prepare and manage bank guarantees.</li><li>Support audits by providing required documents to external and internal auditors.</li><li>Undertake any ad hoc finance assignments as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Accounting</li><li>Ability to read and communicate in English would be preferred</li><li>Financial Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)</li><li>Administration of intercompany and third-party invoices, as well as staff expense claim payments</li><li>Microsoft Office including Excel and Word</li></ul>
