Responsibilities: Dealer Relationship Management: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealers to drive revenue, volume, market share, and profitability.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Communicate weekly with dealers and visit each dealer location at least once per month.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Evaluate dealer sales performance and market share; recommend and implement corrective actions where needed.</li></ul> Sales Planning &amp; Execution: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan and forecast billing, retail orders, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Prospect and onboard new dealerships following established new dealer guidelines.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist new dealers with merchandising programs, ordering processes, and dealership branding.</li></ul> Events &amp; Promotions: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Plan, participate, and support special events such as rodeos, corporate and dealer farm shows, and sporting events within the territory.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Organize and conduct regional dealer meetings as required.</li></ul> Training &amp; Support: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate and deliver training for new dealers covering computer systems, sales processes, marketing programs, product knowledge, advertising, parts, and service.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate with the Service Manager to facilitate product and sales training.</li></ul> Market Intelligence &amp; Product Feedback: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct competitive intelligence and product-price positioning analyses to maintain a competitive advantage.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Test and evaluate new products, recommend improvements, and suggest new product additions.</li></ul> Logistics &amp; Coordination: <ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist with the logistics of tractors/equipment for photo shoots, events, and other requirements within the territory.</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5+ years of field sales/channel management experience in the construction, industrial, or agricultural equipment industry.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of product categories, dealership operations, and assigned territory.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for interaction with dealers, vendors, employees, and all levels of management.</li><li>Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver business growth.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools.</li><li>Strong presentation skills for small and large group settings.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.</li><li>Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required by the role.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and manage the Compact Tractor business P&amp;L, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability targets.</li><li>Partner with Finance and Sales to develop accurate forecasts, pricing models, and incentive programs.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Product Development, Service, Finance, Marketing, Parts, Operations, and Supply Chain to create and execute business plans.</li><li>Lead and manage product launches with key internal stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams and agencies to develop advertising, digital content, brochures, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and more.</li><li>Design and implement multi-level promotional and dealer engagement strategies, including launch events.</li><li>Develop branding and communication strategies aligned with targeted marketing initiatives.</li><li>Support training development programs for dealers on product features, sales approaches, and after-sales support.</li><li>Work with Regional Sales Managers to ensure effective utilization of Coop programs and local marketing execution.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual operating plans and budgets.</li><li>Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and market expansion opportunities.</li><li>Translate customer insights and research into successful brand strategies.</li><li>Monitor and adjust marketing execution based on local market needs and sensitivities.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Master’s Degree required (MBA preferred).</li><li>3–5+ years of experience in product development, branding, sales, or marketing within relevant industries.</li><li>Strong strategic and tactical planning abilities grounded in market analysis.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a flat organizational structure and matrixed business environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret competitor actions and customer behavior.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of rural markets, especially in the U.S.</li><li>Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.</li><li>High standards of customer service and team collaboration.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Physical ability to perform the duties as described (occasional standing, walking, kneeling, etc.).</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.</li></ul>

As the Brand Manager DTC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand, driving product innovation, and ensuring the brand resonates with consumers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives in the growing consumer healthcare / DTC sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy &amp; Development: o Develop and execute the brand strategy for consumer healthcare products to drive market growth and strengthen brand equity. o Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the healthcare industry. o Position the brand effectively to meet consumer needs and capitalize on market opportunities. o Define clear brand positioning, messaging, and values that resonate with target audiences and differentiate from competitors. o Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop sales tools to support the selling process 2. Campaign Management &amp; Execution: o Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, TV, social media, and influencer marketing. o Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content. o Ensure marketing campaigns align with the overall brand strategy and deliver measurable results (e.g., sales growth, brand awareness, consumer engagement). 3. Brand Communication &amp; Public Relations: o Oversee the brand’s communication strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels (advertising, public relations, digital platforms). o Develop key messaging that aligns with the brand’s values and resonates with the target market. o Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility. 6. Product Lifecycle Management: o Monitor product performance and oversee the lifecycle of products from launch to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market demand. o Coordinate product launches, ensuring that all relevant marketing materials, channels, and promotional activities are ready for a successful introduction to the market. o Work closely with the R&amp;D and product teams to inform product innovation based on consumer feedback and market analysis. 7. Budget Management &amp; Reporting: o Develop and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across initiatives. o Track and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI.o Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership, including sales metrics, market share analysis, and campaign results. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, Brand Management) is a plus. • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in brand management and/or trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG, consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. • Skills: o Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, consumer healthcare products, and market dynamics. o Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and product positioning. o Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. o Strong analytical abilities, including experience with market research, data analysis, and performance metrics. o Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and influencer engagement. o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally. o Creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively. o Strategically focused, results oriented with strong problem-solving skills o Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is a must Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Achievement of brand growth and market share targets. • Successful execution of marketing campaigns, with measurable impacts on sales and brand awareness. • Consumer engagement and satisfaction levels. • Return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives. • Effective product launch execution and lifecycle management

Overview:The Brand Content Specialist will assist with the development of brand communication materials across channels (brand retail, indirect retail, consumer coaches, etc.) for our smoke free product line . Responsibilities:Support the content creation team in the execution, production and trans-creation of materials needed to support omni-channel communication such as point-of-sale materials, consumer event collateral, LAMP (legal age meeting place) materials, etc. Coordinate transcreation of various creative assets and supervise work done by external transcreation agency, to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.Support supervisor in evaluating agency creative work and production process. Collaborate with procurement and production agencies to deliver prototypes and final production specifications prior to go-to-market.Conduct agency briefings with the support of Brand Manager Content to develop creative materials; align with internal stakeholders on specific channel needs and gather feedback on creative materials prior to production.Collaborate across functions - brand marketing, consumer experience, digital, portfolio and channels team to ensure communication materials needs are met. Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.Assist with presentation development, including internal management presentations, internal approval meetings (e.g. pre-market review group), pitch decks and company-wide events presentations (e.g. national sales meeting, launch event, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, or Advertising. 3 or more years of experience in similar positions, either on client or agency side.Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines. Performs well under pressure, while managing various cross-functional parties during event execution. Creative and consumer-first mindset.US Spanish language fluency a plus.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
