Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Build and sustain trusted customer relationships by identifying customer needs and delivering value-based solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage opportunities and pipeline with discipline, including qualification, progression, forecasting, and follow-through to achieve revenue targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Apply consultative selling techniques to align customer requirements with company products and solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Build credibility with customers by sharing technical, product, and market knowledge throughout the sales process.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate clearly and persuasively through customer discussions, proposals, and presentations.&nbsp;</li><li>Use CRM and sales tools consistently to maintain accurate account, pipeline, and forecast information.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Five (5) or more years of experience in B2B or technical sales roles, specifically in the HVAC/R industry</li><li>Consultative selling and opportunity management skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Disciplined use of CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.&nbsp;</li><li>Legal authorization to work in the country of employment (Australia) – sponsorship will not be provided.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure compliance and correct implementation of all procedures and to identify solutions to fill the gaps</li><li>Ensure correct instore operations: logistics, administration, AFS</li><li>Ensure the best BOH organization to support sales staff</li><li>Ensure stock inventory /stock take objective results</li><li>Support the stores management role in effectively operating the boutique also in term of ROTA including match to traffic needs.</li><li>Ensure service to clients is properly supported at all times with the right equipment and teamwork flows (including food and beverage, etc)</li><li>Ensure availability of store supplies (packaging, food and beverage) at all times.</li><li>Ensure online and offline integration</li><li>Responsible for day-to-day in-store visual merchandising execution and maintenance</li><li>Oversee aftersales with ordering parts/drop off and liason with repair technicians.</li><li>Support all product launches, events and promotions with visual enhancements</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proactivity and problem solving attitude</li><li>Ability to coordinate back office activities to support sales</li><li>Ability to collaborate with Store Manager and HQ to support business</li><li>High knowledge of retail/ operations procedure to ensure smooth run of the store</li><li>Ideally understand RFID and SAP system</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: <ul><li>Responsible for third-party and inter-company AP invoices approval, posting and payments for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Responsible for staff claims approval, posting and payment for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Approvals of Intercompany, 3rd party and staff claims require review of supporting documents and compliance with Delegation of Authority, before payment.</li><li>ERP: Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>ERP: Manage vendor creation in SAP B1.</li><li>ERP: Reconcile Statement of Accounts from third-party and inter-company suppliers against AP Aging in SAP B1. Resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.</li><li>Interco reconciliation tool (HFM): Upload inter-company transactions in HFM and ensure proper matching.</li><li>Prepare assigned Balance Sheet schedules.</li><li>Post certain standard monthly journal entries</li></ul> Cash flows, financing and engagement with banks: <ul><li>Prepare the monthly cash flow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Periodically check sufficient liquidity for operations and proactively alert Manager about any potential cash flow situations.</li><li>Ensure external/internal loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li><li>Handle banker’s guarantee issuance and liaise with bank on AP-related matters</li></ul> Tax and GST: <ul><li>Prepare GST/SST/VAT/WHT filing for review by Finance Manager/Senior Accountant prior to submission.</li></ul> Audits/ Projects and Adhoc: <ul><li>Support the annual audit process by providing required documents to both external and internal auditors.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist and actively participate in project and system implementation activities.</li><li>Cover other AP executive’s daily operations during period of leave or absence.</li><li>Undertake any ad-hoc Finance assignment as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc).</li><li>3 years’ experience of Accounts Payables.</li><li>Experience in administering inter-company invoices, 3rd party invoices and staff expense claims, including payment</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Commissioning &amp; Startup: <ul><li>Installing new UPS systems and energy storage solutions at client sites.
</li></ul> Preventive &amp; Corrective Maintenance:: <ul><li>Conducting battery replacements, system audits, and component repairs to maintain high availability.</li></ul> Troubleshooting: <ul><li>Diagnosing complex electrical and software issues on critical power systems.</li></ul> Customer Support: <ul><li>Delivering technical feedback, creating service reports, and offering solutions to meet customer needs.</li></ul> Safety Compliance: <ul><li>Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards. </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Technical Education: Background in electrical engineering or equivalent technical field.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience with UPS or power electronics, with roles ranging from entry-level to experienced technicians.</li><li>Skills: Strong diagnostic ability, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and customer service skills.</li><li>Travel: Ability to travel to customer sites as needed</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate monthly contract visits (report extraction, customer contact, scheduling, job creation and report distribution).</li><li>Manage off contract maintenance visits and reactive call outs.</li><li>Support service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs.</li><li>Assist with accounts receivable/payable processes related to service activities.</li><li>Handling of incoming calls and other communications related to service activities.</li><li>Processing of orders to factories and 3rd party suppliers, administration of payables to suppliers in collaboration with our Singapore-based accounts team.</li><li>Support processing of customer purchase orders, delivery dockets to the warehouse and invoicing of clients through ERP SAP B1.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Relevant experiences with order processing</li><li>1-3 years’ experience in administration / reception</li><li>Experience as a coordinator within service-related industry</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage Uninterruptable Power Supply UPS project works, and ensure projects are delivered and commissioned to agreed scope, time, cost and quality to meet the clients expectations.</li><li>Manage customer relationships and expectations through timely responses to queries and requests throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Manage project specific documentation including commissioning and site acceptance test SAT scope of works, project SWMS and project schedules.</li><li>Manage project technical documentation including detailed drawings, single line diagrams, specifications, technical guides and installation manuals while managing approval process with clients.</li><li>Attend regular site visits, review site conditions to ensure smooth product delivery, installation and testing and commissioning.</li><li>Manage third party contractors and suppliers relationships, ensure competitive pricing is obtained with best possible outcome.</li><li>Manage forecasting project delivery and invoicing with sales administration and forecasting commissioning and SAT dates and booking service technicians with services team and third party contractors.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A trade qualification or Bachelor’s degree in an electrical and electronics related field.</li><li>5 years of experience in project management and delivery.</li><li>Experience in the electrical projects industry and knowledge of electrical specifications, drawings, single line diagrams.</li><li>Ideally experience in uninterruptable power supplies UPS and battery systems is preferred.</li><li>Experience in managing suppliers and external stakeholders while building and maintaining strong relationships.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Pacific Region Specification Activity management <ul><li>Identify upcoming projects in the market</li><li>Reach and influence decision makers involved in those projects to specify the technical features of our products</li><li>Follow-up on the project in its different stages (specification, pricing &amp; budget, order, supply chain, etc).</li><li>Completion of specification sheets</li><li>Provide technical support and training during prescription seminars and fairs</li></ul> Business Development &amp; Specification for Project Business <ul><li>Create and/or update a regional map of stakeholders in the area (consultants, contractors, end users, distributors, etc) and their market focus (industry, IT, etc)</li><li>Work as a hunter, to generate and follow-up on leads, to boost the project pipeline and create interest</li><li>Be involved and supportive in the pre-sales phases (compliance, technical comparison, BOQ creation, counter objections, etc.)</li></ul> Support Specification Marketing actions &amp; tools <ul><li>Support product launches</li><li>Participate in marketing actions</li><li>Assist with market data pricing analysis</li><li>Platforming of accounts and account management planning</li></ul> Performance plan and KPI’s <ul><li>Identify spec-in action plans, target and flag corresponding accounts in SalesForce</li><li>Link opportunities to the selected action plans&nbsp;and the corresponding data</li><li>Update and follow KPI’s for specification effort</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>Degree in Engineering and/or a strong electrical trade background in the commercial or industrial space</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in specifying in the electrical engineering industry</li><li>Good understanding of low voltage distribution &amp; applications</li><li>Demonstrates substantial experience within the electrical low voltage market, complemented by a well-established local network that includes panel builders, M&amp;E consultants, electrical contractors and end users.</li><li>Prioritises product offer specification, working closely with consultants and large end users, with a particular emphasis on the Data Centre (DTC) segment.</li><li>Acts as a highly strategic, commercially driven sales leader, with a proven knowledge and history of success in the Pacific DTC segment.</li><li>Possesses a robust technical background, especially in critical power systems, which is essential for the role.</li><li>Is capable of leveraging key contacts and decision makers to benefit the organization.</li><li>Effectively operates in a matrix environment, collaborating with local PCO and PSM sales and technical engineering leads, as well as the regional key account team, to strengthen the company’s presence and install base in the Pacific.</li><li>Additionally, works closely with our Pacific (PSM Partner) to develop a comprehensive offer strategy</li></ul>
