Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Manage Key &amp; Regional accounts, prospects and indirect sales channels through multilevel relationship building, KPIs, commercial and technical support.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Support product launches and introduction new applications &amp; solutions, in collaboration with other disciplines like Business Development, Applications Team.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Responsible for realization of business targets (revenues, volumes, prices, margins, pipeline) of customers.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Growth of project pipeline and execution/progress on active projects, in collaboration with Business Development, Applications, R&amp;D and/or other disciplines.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Develop and execute on tactical year planning for assigned territory in specific segments, accounts &amp; distributors, following business strategies, action plans &amp; initiatives</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Contract negotiations and closing with support of internal functions, execute on pricing strategies</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Collaboration with demand planning to implement accurate account forecasting.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Collaboration with EMEA customer service team to manage customer interface.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Gather market trends and competitive information to identify new sales opportunities and realize growth.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;We are looking for enthusiastic and hands-on&nbsp;specialty ingredients sales manager&nbsp;with focus on driving growth.&nbsp;Strong customer focus and result oriented.&nbsp;<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">At least 5 years of experience in technical sales of specialty ingredients / solutions in the food industry.</li><li>BSc or Msc in Food Technology, Food Science or similar.</li><li>Proven ability to build and foster strategic partnerships with key customers and distributors.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Excellent skills in networking with people and building business relationships. Proven effective interfacing with and influencing customers at all levels and functions.</li><li>Skilled in sales planning, prospecting, and closing business deals.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with full selling cycle from unlocking the customer needs to delivering the solution&nbsp;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Knowledge of the Food market and working with Food companies, understanding the dynamics and needs.</li><li>Recognized for ability to work across an organization and cross-functionally, new business development projects.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Flexible and adaptable to change and passionate.</li><li>Working knowledge of the most common digital tools like a CRM system and the Microsoft applications like Excel Outook and PowerPoint,</li><li>Good command of at least two of the following languages: German, Dutch, English</li><li>Able and willing to travel up to 70%</li></ul> Locations - <ul><li>Netherlands</li><li>Belgium</li><li>Germany</li><li>Austria</li></ul>

In your role, these responsibilities are waiting for you:</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>You are helping the customer to optimize their SAP software licensing position by determining their actual SAP usage.</li><li>You define and send instructions for usage reports to the clients and check their output.</li><li>You are comparing the SAP functionalities established with the customers license entitlement.</li><li>You build a compliance position and provide advice on remediating detected issues and optimizing available licenses.</li><li>You navigate through named users, engines/packages, BusinessObjects, Sybase, SuccessFactors and more to streamline your future SAP licensing needs.</li><li>You assist the costumer in the possible multiple commercial and legal risk with the use of SAP Software.</li><li>You stay up to date with the latest changes in SAP’s licensing practices and pricing, including RISE.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>You are enthusiastic about the startup mentality and like involving others in your ideas as well as contributing to the ideas of others.</li><li>You want to understand whats going on in your team and what others are working on, but at the same time are able to work independently as well.</li><li>Being organized and structured comes natural to you and you bring good communication and presentation skills to the table.</li><li>You are fluent in English and have worked in international, English-speaking environments.</li><li>Other than that, your well-founded professional experience in SAP licensing is important to us, regardless of whether you have completed a university degree in Business or IT or have taken a completely other way to get a licensing specialist.</li><li>You have solid knowledge of SAP software and licensing contract terminology</li><li>You understand what Indirect Access is and how it impacts a customer’s situation</li><li>You have knowledge of and experience in measuring ECC as well as Cloud products</li><li>You are familiar with USMM, LAW, LMBI, HANA Cockpit, HANA Studio and know how to interpret the outputs from these</li><li>Ideally you have working knowledge of SAM tools such as Snow Optimizer for SAP, Flexera’s SAP blade and/or Voquz</li><li>Having knowledge of ABAP will definitely be an advantage</li></ul> What we have to offer: <ul><li>Here at our client we encourage autonomy and thinking outside the box - and we can’t wait to hear your new ideas!
