Job Summary: <ul><li>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP B1 Master Data and Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.</li><li>This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the master data processes within SAP Business One (SAP B1), as well as identifying and implementing process improvements across various functions.&nbsp;</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong SAP B1 experience, with a keen eye for data accuracy and process efficiency.</li></ul> Responsibilities: SAP B1 Master Data Management: <ul><li>Oversee and manage the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data in SAP B1 (customers, vendors, items, etc.).</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems and processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain data governance procedures for SAP B1 to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for SAP B1 master data issues and support.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality in SAP B1.</li></ul> Process Improvement and Optimization: <ul><li>Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and data accuracy.</li><li>Lead initiatives to streamline processes, focusing on automation and reduction of manual interventions.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define process improvement goals and implement solutions.</li><li>Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure the adoption of improved processes and systems.</li><li>Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust processes as necessary.</li></ul> Collaboration and Support: <ul><li>Work closely with the SAP B1 development team and other internal departments to ensure integration of master data management and process improvements.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP B1 and best practices in data management.</li><li>Document and share lessons learned, process improvements, and best practices with the broader team.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1).</li><li>Proven track record in managing master data processes within SAP B1.</li><li>Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement techniques.</li><li>Experience in process mapping, process redesign, and implementation of process improvements.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.</li></ul> Additional Qualifications: <ul><li>Certification in SAP B1 or related process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).</li><li>Experience in project management and change management is a plus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical support and maintenance for CLS (ACBS) environments, ensuring high availability and performance.</li><li>Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues related to ACBS.</li><li>Support and troubleshoot ACBS-related batch processes, data interfaces, and connectivity components.</li><li>Work closely with project managers and architects to provide technical input on integration and migration strategies.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of data migrations, system integrations, and environment upgrades.</li><li>Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.</li><li>Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and configuration settings.</li></ul> Requirements: Experience: <ul><li>2–5 years of experience supporting ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) environments, especially CLS configurations.</li><li>Strong understanding of ACBS architecture, batch jobs, workflows, and system integration points.</li><li>Experience in integration and migration projects, preferably within banking or financial services.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Shell), SQL, and basic middleware configurations.</li><li>Familiarity with interface technologies like REST, SOAP, MQ, or file-based integrations.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Knowledge of ACBS-related modules such as loan servicing, collateral management, or credit facilities.</li><li>Experience working in environments with Agile or DevOps methodologies.</li><li>Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is a plus</li></ul> Educational Qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The primary focus of this position is to grow revenue of the companys business in Australia.</li><li>This will require a highly motivated sales professional with a strong business development and sales background in industrial cabling and connectivity solutions.</li><li>The industry focus for this role includes Factory Automation, Process Automation, Energy, Transportation, IT/OT convergency.</li><li>The successful candidate must be capable of working both independently and within a team to achieve outstanding results.</li><li>This position reports directly to the Solution Sales Manager, ANZ.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Build and maintain close relationships with customers of all levels ranging from operations to executives, evaluate customer’s needs, identify selling opportunities, reach out to potential customers, and close deals to meet the sales target.</li><li>Analyze competitors and keep track of the demand and competition (customer’s projects and competitor’s proposals) in the market, and strategically maintain as well as expand the market share to establish a sustainable sale with partners and customer.</li><li>Coordinate across parties including both technical and non-technical teams to best deliver products or services to customers and to professionally facilitate effective communications between parties. </li><li>Professionally apply sales-related tools/systems and document/report(e.g., quotation system, project tracking, sales forecast, company report, etc.) to improve sales productivity and to enhance company’s business.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree level or above in a relevant field – Engineering or other technical field and/or Business (marketing, administration, economics) or possess a track record in professional career relevant to accountabilities of the role.</li><li>Proven track record within a sales role in vertical markets like Discrete automation, transportation, process automation, oil &amp; gas, mining.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in industrial cabling and connectivity solutions.</li><li>Experience in Solution Sales especially in System Integration (SI) and End User business with proven track record is preferable.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain and build close relationships with various customers.</li><li>Should possess own vehicle and driver license.</li></ul>
