Credit Policy Enforcement <ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s credit policy to ensure consistent and fair credit practices as per the group norm.</li><li>Act as the gatekeeper to enforce credit policies and procedures, ensuring no undue risks are taken.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to internal teams on credit policies and best practices.</li></ul> 5. Risk Management <ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to credit and cash collection.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on credit performance, overdue accounts, and risk exposure for senior management.</li><li>Proactively recommend improvements to credit processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.</li></ul> 6. Engaging in FX topic <ul><li>Providing the details of customer payment&nbsp;</li><li>Providing the landing estimation of AR.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in managing credit insurance policies is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-specific credit practices and regulations in FMCGs.</li><li>Professional certification in credit management (e.g., CICM, NACM) is a plus.</li></ul>
