Responsibilities: As a Senior Software Engineer in the Data Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems. Your responsibilities will include: <ul><li>Design and implement scalable and reliable microservices on AWS infrastructure.</li><li>Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectures, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Provide support during critical incidents and implement preventive measures.</li><li>Monitor and analyze AWS usage, providing recommendations for cost savings without compromising system performance and reliability.</li><li>Craft resilient, secure, and efficient code, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in Java development, with a strong command of Java 11 and above.</li><li>Proven experience in designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems for data processing at scale within AWS.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with foundational AWS services, such as; ALB, ECS, S3, ElastiCache, IAM, CloudWatch.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Kafka-based event-driven services.</li><li>Proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases, with an understanding of database design, optimization, and management.</li><li>Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Jenkins and establishing robust CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Play a crucial role in contributing to the vision of proactive operations and engineering excellence in operations</li><li>Contribute hands-on in the transformation, development and establishment of DevOps engineering practices in the organization</li><li>Work in close collaboration between the global and regional DevOps units to streamline, standardize and enhance the DevOps practices and processes</li><li>Being part of the DevOps digital delivery platforms &amp; Cloud Operations CoE, this role will need to collaborate closely with units like Cybersecurity, Architecture and agile execution teams to build solutions addressing the common shared goals of the cloud platform</li><li>Contribute to the high availability and operational efficiency of the solutions by pushing continuous improvements in application/infrastructure monitoring</li><li>Hands-on contribution in critical aspects of cloud platform engineering like platform level cross region backup &amp; restore, security, infrastructure as code, monitoring infrastructure etc.,</li><li>Contribute to platform scalability and operational architecture</li><li>Provide continuous visibility of the operational efficiency to the organization through building and orchestrating automated data collection and visualization of key performance indicators&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Education &amp; Experience: <ul><li>University degree in Information technology, engineering or equivalent</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in technical operation roles in complex projects/solutions</li><li>Prior experience in working on large scale production systems in technical operations and platform engineering</li><li>Very good knowledge &amp; hands-on experience in Key foundational services in cloud platforms like AWS (preferred), Azure or Google Cloud Platform</li><li>Key Services like AWS Control Tower, IAM</li><li>Infrastructure-as-code toolchain like AWS Cloud Formation/CDK/Terraform or similar</li><li>Setting up and managing modern monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Splunk etc.</li><li>Setting up &amp; managing CI/CD toolchain like Gitlab (preferred), Jenkins or similar in large projects with automated guard rails</li><li>Git based SCM tools with best software development practices well versed in various branching, versioning &amp; tagging strategies</li><li>Platform engineering aspects like platform scalability, resilience, disaster recovery, security etc.</li><li>Strong scripting skills (Python) and ability to build scalable software delivery pipelines</li><li>Nice to Have</li><li>Prior development experience in Java, JavaScript &amp; TypeScript will be a plus</li><li>Strong willingness and attitude to continuously learn and adapt</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction and decisions for the e-commerce website, utilizing your expertise in latest web technologies e.g., ReactJS, AEM, Google Tag Manager, SEO and AWS etc.</li><li>User Experience (UX): Work closely with design teams to ensure the e-commerce website delivers an intuitive and engaging user experience while meeting compliance requirements.</li><li>Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security protocols, protecting customer data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the websites performance, addressing technical bottlenecks to maintain speed and reliability.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 5+ years of related working experience on Frontend development.</li><li>Proficiency in ReactJS/HTML/CSS, AEM, SRE practices, SEO, Google Tag Manager, AWS, and other relevant web technologies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of Agile software delivery principles and frameworks</li></ul>
