Uma área central de atenção é desenvolver fortes relações com o cliente por meio da estratégia "Experiência de cliente extraordinária" da TE.</li></ul> Que Você Vai Fazer: <ul><li>Atender clientes internos e externos, representantes e distribuidores;</li><li>Acompanhar a carteira de clientes sob sua responsabilidade;</li><li>Acompanhar pendências financeiras junto aos clientes e também os projetos em</li><li>andamento na área;</li><li>Analisar as situações de devoluções, providenciando novo faturamento se necessário;</li><li>Coordenar o faturamento dos pedidos de vendas, acompanhando as análises de</li><li>crédito, programações de entrega e posições de estoque;</li><li>Coordenar as vendas diretas realizadas com os clientes através do processo de</li><li>importação, e realizar todos os procedimentos e follow-ups;</li><li>Dentre outras atividades.</li></ul> Requisitos: <ul><li>Graduação completa em ADM, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas;</li><li>Sólida experiência na função de atendimento ao cliente;</li><li>Inglês avançado para conversação;</li><li>Espanhol será um diferencial;</li><li>Pacote Office completo, PowerBI será um diferencial;</li><li>Prévia experiência com SAP (módulo SD);</li><li>Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida em Bragança Paulista - SP.</li></ul>
