Responsibilities: <ul><li>With a keen eye for customer success and loyalty, the individual in this position will lead our sales team in LAM.</li><li>The Senior Manager Sales in the Energy business unit plays a critical strategic role in driving revenue growth through LAM account management excellence and best in class thought leadership in select end markets (applications).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>This team partners extensively with customers across the LAM region as well as members of our Strategy and Business Development, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Regional sales leaders, to develop and execute the BU Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and tactics to drive growth, within a direct reporting and matrix managed structure.</li><li>We are flexible on the location within South America with a preference for candidates based in Brazil.</li><li>The Senior Manager Sales will bring a strategic growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mind-set, excellent commercial acumen, and leadership experience, “Go to Market” track record, deep customer relationships and a hands-on leadership style.</li><li>The person must have the ability to inspire, engage and motivate a large regional sales team to execute on the desired strategy in a broad portfolio of technical products whilst operating in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Success in the role requires extensive experience in the Utility Sales Market in each country of Latin America and major geographies of Central America and Caribbean region. In addition, extensive experience managing, coaching and nurturing remote teams to drive high efficiency on sales growth</li><li>In addition, successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Degree in Electrical Engineer, complemented by a degree in Administration or MBA focused program.</li><li>Minimum of 10 Years with direct reports with responsibilities in the areas of Commercial, Product Management and/or Sales.&nbsp;</li><li>Foreign Language: Spanish and English (fluent in speaking, reading and writing), Portuguese (proficient in speaking, reading and writing).</li><li>Proven ability to effectively manage a Sales Organization, making sure that action plans are created and properly executed. Experience on developing teams, providing feedback and motivate the sales teams to achieve their performance goals and the expected growth for the LAM Utility territory.</li><li>Strong Technical background on the field of Electrical Products, able to provide technical and commercial presentations as well as to present to the upper management constant clear &amp; concise Market Updates of his territory of responsibility.</li><li>Prior specific experience selling Electrical Products required.</li><li>Broad experience on the market dynamics for the Utility Electrical segment, in each of the countries of Latin &amp; Central America and Caribbean.</li><li>High levels of conceptual thinking, problem structuring and analysis, cross functional team leadership, and the ability to work across organizational boundaries</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Communicate with customer to quickly generate new connection solution design.</li><li>Prepare product design document, such as: PRD, DV/PV plan, Product review, Initial BOM, DFMEA and Significant Characteristic.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform engineering calculations to analyze and describe product to ensure robust design with economic cost.</li><li>Regenerate existing products with new solutions to improve competitive advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding product testing procedures and equipment, reviewing evaluation or test report and confirming accuracy of report contents to ensure product meets quality specification.</li><li>Support new product technical data output, such as: 3D, 2D drawing and Design objective.&nbsp;</li><li>New technical solutions study and research, such as LV high current, Al application, FFC application</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: B.S. of Engineering or Master Mechanical Engineering preferred.</li><li>Qualification &amp; Certification: Patents as first author</li><li>Experience: 5+ experience on connector design.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Production area Key performance setting base on Quality strategy. To let each engineer clear understand own KPI and dedicate to quality improvement toward to corporate strategy.</li><li>Customer Complaint handling: Review 8D report, monitor customer complaint quantity, response time, 8D score, and improvement effectiveness.</li><li>COPQ Reduction: Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take reaction base on the actual result.</li><li>People Management: Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team performance and retain talent.</li><li>Promote continuance improvement culture through professional problem- solving tools to reduce quality cost and pursue 0PPM. In this process utilizing formal quality improvement methodologies and become a standard procedure.</li><li>Develop and implement a quality data analysis plan, monitor and evaluate data analysis results, and ensure that quality issues are effectively resolved.</li><li>Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments, use data analysis results to guide the improvement and optimization of other business activities of the company.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant&nbsp;</li><li>Qualification &amp; Certification: GB certification: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification</li><li>Experience: More than 8 years of working experience, and 3years at least in manager roles, automotive experience must be.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Apply software and AI engineering patterns and principles to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain and troubleshoot complex and varied Generative AI software solutions and incorporate security practices in newly developed and maintained applications.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services, optimizing existing generative AI models and RAG for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency, developing and maintaining pipelines and RAG solutions including data preprocessing, prompt engineering, benchmarking and fine-tuning.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develop clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in the engineering community by maintaining and sharing relevant technical approaches and modern skills in AI.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the establishment of best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.&nbsp;</li><li>Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of five years of related work experience&nbsp;</li><li>You are proficient in Python and have experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks&nbsp;</li><li>Have deep understanding of industry leading Foundation Model capabilities and its application.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>You are familiar with cloud-based Generative AI platforms and services&nbsp;</li><li>Full stack software engineering experience to build products using Foundation Models&nbsp;</li><li>Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical communication with customer, confirm customer applications and technical requirements.</li><li>Translate customer’s requirements into engineering specification and provide new product design solution in time.</li><li>Responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, product specifications, application specifications, DFMEA, Tolerance analysis etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, product standards such UL and IEC, customer contract requirements, verification and related specifications.</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility.</li><li>Leads DV/PV test, responsible for resolving product design and test problems.</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, work with project team to release product in time.</li><li>Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree majored in Mechanical, or above.</li><li>More than 5 years mechanical design experience, power signal connector related is preferred, independently new product development experience is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component design, preferred that knowledge of power and signal connector application and international standards ex. UL and IEC.</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, tolerance analysis, mechanics of plastic/metal materials, and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping. Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo, Pro/E, Catia, UG or SolidWorks.&nbsp;</li><li>Skilled of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Good oral English is plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, high teamwork spirit and teamwork experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple products and assigned tasks.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Design of non-standard equipment: pin insertion machines, bending machines, assembly machines, testing machines, and glue dispensing machines.&nbsp;</li><li>Involves designing equipment for the entire production line, including automation levels, robotic arms, and fixture efficiency improvements, aimed at enhancing the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the production process.&nbsp;</li><li>Designing and improving equipment layouts, manufacturing processes, and production controls</li><li>Identifying and resolving operational problems, such as bottlenecks or material use variances&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring compliance with workplace safety, health, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Responsible for production equipment manufacturing and subsequent process improvements.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>At least an associate degree, age under 43.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong industry background, especially in automotive electronics.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in non-standard equipment design preferred; candidates with SMT and surface mount technology experience will not be considered.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ensure mass production and quality during sample production to mass production, quality planning for early-stage projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with project engineers, product engineers, and process engineers for new project development.&nbsp;</li><li>Focus on internal quality and reliability analysis and control, early-stage quality planning, and sampling frequency.</li><li>Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li><li>Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues, minimize customer impact, PPM, and cost of poor quality, and drive timely resolution.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing. This includes coordinating globally for all sites, factories, and associated team</li><li>Manage quality issues or inquiries for parts in assigned Global Product Lines. The parts may be made at a facility or a sub-tier supplier.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Age 35 and under, no gender preference.&nbsp;</li><li>5-8 years of work experience, looking for young and highly adaptable candidates.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelors degree or higher.&nbsp;</li><li>Preference for candidates with management experience in the automotive electronics industry, and those who have participated in the entire process from start to finish.</li><li>Familiarity with APQP, PPAP processes, and quality management tools (like 8D, 5I, MSA).</li><li>Familiar with APQP/PPAP processes for early-stage project quality development.</li><li>Utilization of 8D/5I analysis methods for quality issues.</li><li>Proficient in the five major quality tools.</li><li>Familiar with manufacturing processes of connector assembly module products.</li><li>Familiar with TS16949 system.</li><li>Experience in the automotive electronics industry is preferred.</li><li>New project VOC quantity, PPAP audit metrics, front-end quality design, early-stage quality planning, stability and yield improvement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide centralized engineering support for all NAWCOD operations.</li><li>Ensure well intervention requirements are technically and operationally feasible and can be conducted safely.</li><li>Ensure all well interventions and testing equipment being used in NAWCOD meet jobs safety and technical requirement.&nbsp;Liaise with Production Engineering to prepare activity level forecasts.</li><li>Initiate, facilitate and evaluate trial tests of new technologies.</li><li>Conduct well intervention operation audits, including service providers and personnel competency performance, to ensure compliance with the best in class practices. Evaluate offshore vessels (Jack up Barges) needs for well services operations for safety compliance and technical needs. Monitor and evaluate condition of existing well services equipment and prepare replacement plans. Generate and maintain Operational Instruction Manuals (OIM) for all NAWCOD operations.</li><li>Monitor NAWCOD well intervention performance and issue technical reports, accordingly.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend modifications of operational procedures for continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.</li><li>Prepare and disseminate best practices as well as conduct technical training and awareness sessions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proficiency in coiled tubing, wireline, and slickline operations</li><li>Familiarity with industry regulations, safety practices, and standards&nbsp;</li><li>Active in related professional societies and have achieved professional recognition&nbsp;</li></ul>
