Responsibilities:Leading cross-functional teams to execute revenue growth initiatives and projects.Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies across different channels.The CM Manager works closely with the sales team to align sales strategies with overall revenue growth objectives. They may provide insights, analytics, and support to help optimize sales processes, set sales targets, and identify opportunities for revenue generation.Collaboration with the marketing team is essential for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. The CM may provide input on campaign planning, messaging, targeting, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with revenue goals.The CM works closely with the finance team to analyze revenue data, forecast revenue projections, and track financial performance against targets. They may collaborate on budgeting, pricing decisions, and financial modeling to support revenue growth initiatives.Data Analysis : Analyzing sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth.Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue across various channels, including sales, marketing, pricing, and product optimization.Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing, product development, finance, and other teams to align revenue growth strategies with overall business objectives.Pricing Strategy: Developing and implementing pricing strategies that optimize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market.Customer & Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase a company's revenue. Primary objective is to drive revenue growth through various channels such as sales, marketing, partnerships, and product optimization.Plan and execute trade promotions, activity grid and distributor & customer specific JBPs.Analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize pricing strategies and product offerings.Design and execute promotional programs such as discounts, rebates, and in-store promotions.Track and analyze the effectiveness of trade promotions and campaigns.Manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of promotional activities.Coordinate with sales teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies across different channels Requirements:5-7 years relevant experienceLocation : Istanbul, TurkeyStrong analytical skillsStrong negotiation skills – to manage pricing discussions with distributor 

Responsibilities:Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth in the country.Drive countries to collect different data – retailer data , promoter data , display data , etcGenerate regular reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics, including revenue, unit sales, market share, and profitability.Use multiple data sources to analyze, track, interpret and make clear and concise recommendations on action plans for the Sales and Trade Ops teams to drive sell-out across all product categoriesApply expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis to synthesize trends and be able to tell the story behind the numbersConduct market research and competitive analysis to understand consumer preferences, market dynamics, and emerging trends.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.Provide recommendations for optimizing product assortment, inventory management, and distribution channels based on data-driven insights.Support sales team with data-driven decision-making, including customer segmentation, targeting, and territory management.Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the sales operations through data analysis and automation.Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in clear and concise reports, presentations, and verbal communication.Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales analytics and business intelligence.Requirements:You should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance, or a related fieldFluent in English (oral and written) Other APAC Language knowledge would be a valuable addionAt least 3-5 years of Data & Analytics experience (e.g. in a consultancy, agency, or on the customer side) - ideally with a marketing/ e-commerce industry backgroundExperience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, MS Power BI, QLIK, etc.Advanced MS Office skills, with distinct Excel. SQL expertise Business reporting system knowledge (i.e. SAP, Qlikview) Optional skills are a plus: Digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), Coding: Python/R/JavaScript, Experience with data science projects

Responsibilities:Carry out economic Modeling to support development as part of commerciality assessmentPerform economic evaluation to support fast-paced development decisions and work closely with support functions including Corporate Finance, Strategy and Reserves groupsCarry out Risk & Uncertainty assessment of technical and financial componentsPerform Specific scenario planning and sensitivity studies as directed by ManagementWork closely with multi-disciplinary teams to strategize and implement field development plansConversant with Reserves estimation, validation and booking for unconventional playsConversant with business planning process. Short- & Long-range planning, portfolio ranking.Provide economic & operational benchmarking of North American Unconventional PlaysDevelop and implement new work processes, best technical practices, governance and controlsCoach and mentor less experienced Saudi engineers and effectively explain ideas, concepts, and techniques. Represent in external forums.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Petroleum engineering or related science as appropriate to the required discipline. An advanced degree in Petroleum Economics or Statistics would be an advantage.We are targeting 12-15 years’ experience with at least 5-8 years in unconventional plays including shale, tight sand or channel reservoir. Experience in unconventional hydrocarbon basins required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in unconventional green field development. Knowledge of the following applications (or similar) is required: PEEP, MOSAIC, Enersight, PVTsim, ProjectRA and Spotfire.

Job description:The business unit head will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing functions for the division’s product portfolio. Reporting directly the senior management team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success and achieving revenue targets. This is a highly strategic and influential position that requires exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the consumer industry.Responsibilities:Business management:Develop and implement effective sales strategies for nicotine range of product, targeting multiple sales channels, including retail, pharmacies, supermarket, online, wholesale, and distribution partners.Manage the business unit's P&L, closely monitoring budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business strategies to enhance brand positioning for sell through.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve business objectives.Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.New business development:Build business case for new portfolios and/or new product introductions into the country.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product life cycle management, from launch strategies to lifecycle planning.Conduct market insights and market data analysis for new product introduction from customers and consumersDevelop consumer purchase cycle and product forecast for the products.Marketing implementation:Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential challenges in the competitive environment.Develop and led execution an omnichannel experience strategy to optimize customer engagement and maximize sales and marketing efforts.Engage key influencers and trade stakeholders to promote products effectively.Requirements:A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles within the consumer industryProven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and effectively managing P&L for product portfolios.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.In-depth knowledge of the consumer area especially OTC, including key products and market dynamics.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
