ABOUT: We are building a world class Global Trade Services (GTS) organization and the GTS - Automotive Business Unit senior analyst (based in Hungary) plays a critical role in supporting trade operations and compliance within the Business Unit (BU). The GTS AUT BU senior analyst serves as a trusted advisor and key team member within TE’s Operational Compliance team for the BU. We are involved throughout the offshore wind value chain, from pre-tender, through the tendering phase, project delivery, and throughout the operational phase. </li><li>We are responsible for securing permits for our partners offshore wind portfolio, and for enabling permit compliance during project delivery and operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>In the Netherlands, our partners and its partners are operating the 1.5GW Hollandse Kust Zuid project, and have just secured rights to develop the 2GW Zeevonk project.</li><li>Beyond our current portfolio, we see an exciting pipeline of future opportunities in this core offshore wind market.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>As (Sr.) Consent Manager in Offshore Wind, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our offshore wind projects in the Netherlands.</li><li>You will act as a coordinator and problem solver within the organization, working together with different teams and disciplines.</li><li>In addition you will be a key contact person externally towards authorities.</li><li>As Consent Manager you will have the opportunity to work across all stages of the project including project development, delivery and operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Your tasks may include:&nbsp; <ul><li>Analyze Consenting requirements, risks and opportunities to support project selection.</li><li>Deliver and implement a Consenting Strategy in development projects to support bid preparation.&nbsp;</li></ul> Obtain Consent&nbsp; <ul><li>Understand, anticipate and communicate which permits, laws and regulations are applicable to our projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely application for and receipt of permits needed to ensure our projects run smoothly.&nbsp;</li></ul> Enable Consent Compliance&nbsp; <ul><li>Actively track and manage our permit requirements and commitments.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with project teams and packages to enable full permit compliance of their respective scopes.</li><li>Engage with and report to permitting authorities (e.g. RVO, KGG, RWS, SodM) as required or beneficial to the project.&nbsp;</li></ul> Steer Consent&nbsp; <ul><li>Monitor and anticipate regulatory developments with a potential impact on our permits.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to regulatory developments directly through consultations, or via our industry associations or interest groups.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>You have an analytical mindset coupled with strong project management-, communication- and interpersonal skills.</li><li>You are able to structure and process complex information and discern implications for our business. Job Summary: <ul><li>Design and develop manufacturing process, tool, fixture and related equipment for cable assembly as project schedule with the objective of ensuring the whole manufacturing process is competitive and meet cost target within the direction of department manager and project manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and develop manufacturing process for new project/product, meet CoPQ and delivery target.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Manufacturing Process Development: <ul><li>Define, review and confirm the entire manufacturing process from start to finish.</li><li>Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review, and initiate Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) with core team members.</li><li>Prepare documentations and process specifications for production.</li><li>Lead team in identification, tracking and resolution of engineering issues using the Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) form.</li><li>Continuous manufacturing process improvement with company OA tools for cost reduction.</li></ul> Assembly Tool, Fixture and Equipment Development: <ul><li>Evaluate new tool, fixture, and equipment demand/cost for new projects.</li><li>Design and review the tool, fixture and equipment with core team members meeting company engineering and EHS requirement.&nbsp;</li><li>Upload all tooling prints to company data management system(DM.TEC, PDMLink, etc.)</li><li>Discuss and review details of tool/fixture/equipment with outside supplier.</li><li>Follow up the purchasing process to fabricate new tool/fixture/equipment.</li></ul> Qualification for Manufacturing process, Tool, Fixture, and Equipment: <ul><li>Condition all tool, fixture and equipment, lead the tool/fixture/equipment qualification by running samples or LVM.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up the documentations for qualification, using company standard format and follow up the approval.</li><li>Coordinate pilot run for new products and solve engineering issues, make sure the manufacturing process capability meet engineering, quality and customer requirement.</li></ul> Technician Guidance: <ul><li>Coach, train and develop operator and technician in order to ensure their technique could be succeed and get continuous upgraded.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above. Mechanism engineering related background.&nbsp;</li><li>5 years’ working experiences in related field.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus.</li></ul>
