Responsibilities: <ul><li>As Contract Analyst you will learn to read and interpret contractual and commercial documents of large Enterprise Software Publishers (such as Oracle, SAP, IBM) and to extract and summarize the appropriate software usage rights granted and their associated conditions and restrictions.</li><li>You’ll create complete and accurate Software Entitlement Overviews, including migration paths, historic use rights, active vs inactive support etc.</li><li>You will analyse contractual data received from our customers to create a detailed overview of their software rights and combine that with knowledge gathered from the public domain (word wide web).</li><li>You will highlight potential risks, opportunities and statistics that can be derived from the provided data to the benefit of our customers.</li><li>As a member of a team of contract analysts, you are always looking to optimize the analysis process and improve efficiency.</li><li>You are curious and eager to keep up-to-date about contractual terms, restrictions/ limitations and commercial models, as well about the licensing rules of software publishers. Youre a team player.</li><li>You like to receive input from others and to support and contribute to ideas and initiatives of others.</li><li>You like to understand whats going on in your team and what others are working on.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>You have a minimum of 2 years of experience reading and interpreting software contracts from large ERP vendors.</li><li>You have a degree in law, politics, or another relevant study which involved reading and understanding large volumes of legal language (preferred NOT mandate)</li><li>You have a good understanding of the principles of software compliance.</li><li>You possess knowledge about commercial agreements (e.g. Order documents, general terms &amp; conditions, commercial agreements, ammendments, apendices, invoices, BOM’s etc.</li><li>You know your way around MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>You have knowledge and/or experience with legal language</li><li>You have an analytical mind and eye for detail.</li><li>You are eager to expand your knowledge and share what you know with colleagues</li><li>You enjoy working in a team, but are able to work independently as well</li><li>Fluent in English as we are working in an international, English-speaking environment</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Understanding and supporting M365 core workloads : Exchange Online. Sharepoint, OneDrive , Teams (non UC)</li><li>Knowledge of underlying Microsoft Core Infrastructure</li><li>Troubleshooting core Microsoft Security related technologies</li><li>Email integration -able to troubleshoot, within the extent of the admin console and access limitations, Exchange with any existing security and mail gateways the customer may have e.g. Mimecast, Barracuda etc</li><li>Mobile Device Management - able troubleshoot Intune policy related issues which may impact customers access to their environment</li><li>PowerShell scripting skills&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge on ADFS</li><li>Enable and disable application mail relay via exchange environment and provide access</li><li>Message Tracking in both Office 365 and Exchange On-Premise</li><li>Good knowledge of user account administration (Microsoft Office 365 / Azure Active Directory).</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>The role is focused on the Microsoft suite</li><li>The team which you work in provides support services focused on cloud technologies across Workplace, Data Center and Security.</li><li>As a member of this team, you will be expected to, supported and encouraged to keep your skills&nbsp;up to date and develop your deep technical knowledge across M365 by obtaining and maintaining vendor certifications.&nbsp;</li><li>You will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting our client customers around the world.</li><li>As a Level 2 Associate Consultant – Cloud Managed Services you will provide European Time Zone support and work within a team which provides 24x7 technical support for issues that involve our Cloud Support customers. Overview: <ul><li>The Senior Manager, Global HRIS leads and develops a global team of HRIS professionals.</li><li>They will ensure services are delivered per Service Level Agreements (SLAs), projects are completed timely and the end-user experience is prioritized.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage day-to-day delivery operations of HRIS.</li><li>Select, train and develop HRIS delivery team.</li><li>Work closely with HRIS COE to ensure compliance.</li><li>Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs.</li><li>Develops, implements, and modifies software &amp; hardware requirements based on business requirements.</li><li>Work with business and vendors to identify system solutions to support business priorities and improved user experience.</li><li>Ensure system controls are in place and appropriately supported (per 404 SOX requirements).</li><li>Deliver financial commitments (annual budget and savings targets).</li><li>People Management: Manages a team of three Global HRIS Regional Managers, six Business Analysts, and two Associates directly that include Position Data Management manager.&nbsp;</li><li>Leads Global HRIS strategy through CoE collaboration. Responsible for Managers development, Training, coaching &amp; establishing SLA’s &amp; KPI’s for HRIS delivery.</li><li>HR Systems: Accountable for Global HR applications and systems including core HR, compensation, Application Tracking Systems, Performance, Role based security, Case Management, Reporting and analytics, payroll and time &amp; attendance integrations.&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluates and recommends HR systems and solutions, articulates the business case including cost analysis, ensure alignment with stakeholders and drive successful implementation and administration.</li><li>Represents HRIS Change Control and governance board to lead change management &amp; approvals for new projects and enhancements for HRIS.</li><li>Data Integrity: Establish HR data audit protocols with guidance from Internal Audit, and ensure that on-going audits of HR data in myHR occur on routine schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis: Assess needs, recommend, develop, prepare, and continuously improve HR reports and analytics to facilitate effective decision-making.</li><li>Drives overall HRIS Program Management that span approximately 200 projects, 140 enhancements from start to finish on a year-to-year basis.</li><li>Leads HRO &amp; Tier1 team by providing directions and training &amp; development that involve QRG’s/DTP’s for system processes.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Human Resources or Management preferred.</li><li>10+ years of work experience within in HRIS, HR, IT or Finance.</li><li>10+ years of experience with Success Factors, SAP HR, Workday or equivalent.</li><li>2-5 years project management experience with demonstrated success in leading people and projects.</li><li>Very Advanced Excel skills, including vbasic, macros, data slicers and advanced formulation.</li><li>Must be detail conscious and have strong analytical skills.</li></ul> Working Relationship: <ul><li>Reports to: Hire To Retire (HTR) Global Process Delivery Lead (GBS).</li><li>Supervises to: Direct reports - 3 Managers &amp; 5 Business Analysts.</li><li>Peer Relationships: Works closely with HRIS COE, Global and Region HTR leads and HRO Team.</li><li>Key contacts (Internal &amp; External): Business Leaders, COEs, IT, HRDs and Vendors.</li></ul> Work Environment: <ul><li>Work is performed in an open office setting.</li><li>As a global role, Senior Manager, HRIS is expected to be available as needed to manage a “follow the sun” team schedule.</li><li>Role requires travel up to 15% to Romania, Mexico, India and US.</li></ul> Dimension: <ul><li>Performance will be evaluated at the individual and team level based on selected metrics and identified goals.</li><li>Works in close partnership with Information Technology team.</li><li>Leads 16-20 global professionals across all regions.</li></ul>
