&nbsp;ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Financial Controller is responsible for the overall financial management of the manufacturing business as well as the regional office in the UAE. Responsibilities : <ul><li>Facilitate the global Sales and Operating Planning (S&amp;OP) process by conducting a reliable and efficient monthly demand review for the designated territory and product lines.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team and product management to create an accurate and comprehensive consensus forecast, which includes organizing formal monthly demand review meetings.</li><li>Partner with the sales organization, global product management team, and Finance team in the quarterly commit sales forecasting process and annual sales budgeting process.</li><li>Deliver monthly product mix forecasts to the operations and supply chain teams, highlighting potential opportunities for growth as well as any associated risks</li><li>Track the demand plan against actual results on a monthly basis, assessing forecast accuracy and providing detailed insights to operations. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop, implement, and defend arm’s-length transfer pricing policies.</li><li>Conduct financial and functional analyses to support tax planning solutions.</li><li>Support M&amp;A activities, including due diligence, strategy development, and post-acquisition integration.</li><li>Research and prepare transfer pricing opinions across a wide range of matters.</li><li>Build and maintain BEPS-compliant transfer pricing models to mitigate risk.</li><li>Support intercompany transactions, model outcomes of cross-border arrangements, and prepare recommendations.</li><li>Prepare and oversee IP valuations, legal entity valuations, and required documentation.</li><li>Manage compliance for intercompany transactions and respond to audits and transfer pricing controversies.</li><li>Communicate strategies, policies, and results to senior management and auditors.</li><li>Lead and manage projects in complex, fast-paced environments, working with external consultants and auditors.</li><li>Monitor and assess developments in US/OECD tax and transfer pricing regulations to identify risks and opportunities.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience <ul><li>10+ years of relevant transfer pricing or economic analysis experience (consulting, legal, or multinational corporate environment).</li><li>Proven expertise in econometrics, data analysis, time-series forecasting, regression modeling, and financial modeling.</li><li>Advanced degree preferred (Master’s or PhD in Economics, Finance, or related discipline).</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, AI tools, Alteryx, Bloomberg, and handling large data sets.</li><li>Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Demonstrated success in transfer pricing audit defense and strategy development.</li></ul>
