ABOUT: We are building a world class Global Trade Services (GTS) organization and the GTS - Automotive Business Unit senior analyst (based in Hungary) plays a critical role in supporting trade operations and compliance within the Business Unit (BU). The GTS AUT BU senior analyst serves as a trusted advisor and key team member within TE’s Operational Compliance team for the BU. The purpose of this role is to facilitate TE’s compliance, at the BU level, with import and export regulations globally to enhance global trade compliance, reduce risk, increase responsiveness to issues and opportunities, and support effective operational aspects of international trade. This role reports into the Senior Manager GTS Automotive EMEAI and is a key member of the Global Trade Services (GTS) team. As part of the GTS team, the GTS AUT BU senior analyst will join a group of professionals who are passionate about ensuring the future growth of the business by providing business solutions for compliance with global trade laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate and thrive in a global environment while maintaining integrity, taking accountability, and working together.&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Execute trade operations and provide compliance oversight for the assigned BU in EMEA to ensure TE’s compliance with import/export laws and regulations</li><li>Maintain trade operations and compliance activities in accordance with TE policies, procedures, and controls, in collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the BU</li><li>Act as a point of contact for BU stakeholders in EMEA on trade-related matters.</li><li>Actively contribute to duty savings and other projects</li><li>Embed and train GTS SOPs and other processes locally</li><li>Work with BU stakeholders and counsel in EMEA to understand business changes and develop trade-related solutions/strategies and controls to ensure compliance</li><li>Maintain BU-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the operations</li><li>Partner with Trade Compliance Professionals and Stakeholders across the Enterprise</li><li>Partner with GTS Governance to monitor trade compliance regulatory and legislative changes, assess the potential impact to the BU, and determine the necessary actions and communications to the appropriate stakeholders</li><li>Work with GTS Governance teams to conduct trade compliance audits and oversee corrective action plans</li><li>Partner with GTS Governance to develop and administer effective trade compliance training as required throughout the region and organization</li><li>Ensure appropriate utilization of the GTS Operations Service Centre for product classification (import and export), restricted party screening, and duty savings compliance, and otherwise ensure proper country of origin determination, valuation, and admissibility</li><li>Work with the Operational Service Centres to identify, evaluate and administer opportunities to facilitate trade in a cost-effective and compliant manner (e.g., make use of applicable Free Trade Agreements, processing regimes etc.)</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with internal functions, including corporate functions, to encourage awareness of global trade compliance issues, pro-actively identify trade risk and threats, and develop appropriate trade compliance controls</li><li>Talent Development &amp; Leadership</li><li>Create a culture of engagement and performance in alignment with TE’s core values</li><li>Lead by example and act with empathy</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree required (international business, supply chain, law, or related field)</li><li>6+ years’ experience in global trade compliance</li><li>Preferred: 3+ years’ experience in supporting trade functions within an industrial, communications, transportation, or similar business</li><li>Functional knowledge of import and export regulations and familiarity with customs practices in Hungary and preferably other countries in the EMEA region</li><li>Functional knowledge of customs classification, including direct experience classifying products under the Harmonized Tariff System</li><li>Preferred: Functional knowledge of export classification</li><li>Preferred: Familiarity with customs valuation (e.g., assists, transfer price adjustments)</li><li>Preferred: Experience in post-entry/post-shipment audits and process audits in general</li><li>Preferred: Experience actively participating in cross-functional group projects</li><li>Experience interfacing directly and effectively with government agency authorities</li><li>Advanced Excel and/or PowerBI skills are a plus</li><li>Proven ability to work with variety of business groups, including supply chain, legal, procurement and finance</li><li>Highly developed decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent organizational habits and priority management</li><li>Ability to foster teamwork and internal and external relationships</li><li>Customer focused with a commitment to quality</li><li>Preferred: Customs Broker License or other Customs / Trade certification&nbsp;</li><li>Travel may be necessary in fulfilment of responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Brand Manager will be managing a portfolio of DTC consumer health products.</li><li>Key responsibility includes developing annual brand marketing plan and launch plan in line with strategy, budget and targets of company.</li><li>Lead the development of launch plans and tactics, engaging in activities such as Brand Strategy, Strategic/Operational Planning and Execution.</li><li>This position covers the Philippine market.</li><li>The Product Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams both internally and externally - sales, finance, supply chain and third-party agency partners.</li></ul> Major activities <ul><li>Lead in go to market strategy, launch execution, activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.</li><li>Drive the brand by working cross functionally and tracking development of all product initiatives to ensure timely launch of NPD within objectives and timeline.</li><li>Provide monthly analysis and findings with plan of actions using market share and available data.</li><li>Responsible in managing brand budget. Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the sales back-office team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales agreements and service portfolio.</li><li>Lead the accounts receivable team in building and delivering accurate and timely customer invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices prior to issuance to ensure that they are correct, adhere to company policies, and are following contract terms and accounting standards.</li><li>Drive and refine collections procedures and strategies to maintain and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Oversee the application of cash receipts and posting. Actively reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinates the sales and Accounts Receivables team to resolve any customer billing escalations.
