Purpose of the Role: <ul><li>Effective Operational Governance &amp; optimization of the service delivery/quality across GBS towers (RTR, PTP, OTC, HTR) – provided by a mix of inhouse / outsourced workforce – across the AMEA region.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>As an instrumental part of the Regional GBS support to the BUs in the region, this position will</li><li>Act as intermediary between GBS Delivery teams &amp; BUs to oversee operational governance and feedback loops&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and lead CI / productivity opportunities in RTR, PTP and OTC processes conducted out of GBS, with inputs gathered from the GBS operations team and/ or onshore Finance teams in Business Units (BUs)</li><li>Leverage best practice and globalized standards from across GBS teams for the AMEA GBS Delivery teams&nbsp;</li><li>Lead GBS related strategic Change Management/ communications BUs</li><li>As the onshore focal for GBS operations/ service delivery quality, this position will support the RDP as:</li><li>Custodian of the regional GBS reporting and deliverables calendar/ cadence</li><li>Work with the GBS teams and BUs to ensure major operations escalations / month-end issues are resolved timely</li><li>Oversight of GBS performance metrics (regional metrics and global 3*3 metrics)</li><li>Regional SOX Focal point across RTR, PTP and OTC processes conducted out from GBS. This includes the scrub / review of the GBS controls documentation, as well as coordinating completion of testing.</li><li>Governance of contract with the BPO Service Provider. This includes Roles &amp; Responsibilities/ Service Level Agreement (SLAs)/ Volume &amp; Resource Capacity/ Change Orders / Monthly Invoicing / IT access requests</li></ul> Interfaces: Stakeholders that this position will need to work closely with include:&nbsp; <ul><li>Onshore Financial Controlling and Procurement teams at the BU, Regional and Global levels</li><li>IT teams at the Regional and Global levels</li><li>Global RTR, STP/PTP and OTC Process Leads</li><li>All GBS Delivery teams supporting AMEA – captive and outsourced</li><li>Global and Regional Internal Controls team</li><li>External statutory auditors and internal auditors</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years of experience in shared services domains, with min of 2 years of experience interacting/ overseeing / performing with outsourced operations teams</li><li>Working operational knowledge of one or more GBS functional domains (RTR, PTP, OTC in particular)&nbsp;</li><li>Proven hands-on experience on implementation of CI / productivity initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Active experience of working across globally matrixed organizational constructs</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) across levels of the organization</li><li>Good project management skills and ability to influence change. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Guide the end users on Governance, Risk and Compliance aspects of Security Management.</li><li>Work with various team in Temasek in fulfilling security requirements to establish compliance and document risks</li><li>Participate in Project activities and guide Project teams to remediate new and outstanding issues; track security-related issues.</li><li>Support Auditors and Audits in providing relevant details necessary to show Compliance statuses</li><li>Participate in overall security governance programs and provide quality of service to ensure system has attained highest security standards</li><li>Knowledge on CIS security standards and guidelines in guiding the team for establishing compliance.</li><li>Participate in design activities and provide various solutions to ensure security is not compromised at various phases of the program lifecycle</li><li>Recommend and provide templates where possible for end users to assist in minimizing the security risks</li><li>Have good knowledge and understanding of the attack vectors, provide solutions during design phase to the programs on minimizing them with appropriate security controls necessary.</li><li>Train other staff and external clients as necessary</li><li>Hands on experience in GRC implementation.</li><li>Directly responsible for procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as good business practices.</li><li>Establish and oversee formal risk analysis and self-assessments program for various Information Services systems and processes.</li><li>Help ensure compliance with Banking Regularity compliance (BFSI), HIPAA, PCI and the NC Identity Theft law.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish and oversee a formal vulnerability and testing program.</li><li>Management to remediate new and outstanding issues; track security-related issues</li><li>Maintain expertise on security trends through training, research and development in order to mitigate potential security exposures.</li><li>Manage, coach, lead and develop a small/mid staff of GRC personnel</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Candidate should have bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.</li><li>5-8+ years of relevant experience in Cyber Security.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Developer Experience: <ul><li>Lead initiatives to improve the overall developer experience, including tools, workflows, and working environment.</li><li>Implement best practices for software development processes, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outputs.</li><li>Collect and analyze feedback from developers to continuously refine their work environment and tools.</li></ul> Internal Systems Optimization: <ul><li>Oversee the design, implementation, and management of internal systems that support development, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and collaboration tools. Ensure internal systems are reliable, scalable, and meet the evolving needs of the development teams.</li><li>Work with IT and operations teams to integrate and maintain internal systems with existing infrastructure.</li><li>Evaluate and optimize current productivity tools and technologies used by the IT team, including collaboration platforms, project management tools, and communication systems. Lead the implementation and integration of new productivity tools and technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.</li><li>Develop and enforce best practices for tool usage, documentation, and project management.</li></ul> Change Management and Training: <ul><li>Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and methodologies.</li><li>Create and deliver training programs and resources to educate the IT team on productivity tools and best practices.</li><li>Gather feedback from IT team members and address any challenges related to new tools or processes.</li></ul> Collaboration and Communication Improvement: <ul><li>Enhance collaboration and communication within the IT team and across departments by implementing effective strategies and tools.</li><li>Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and forums to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration.</li></ul> Performance Monitoring and Reporting: <ul><li>Monitor productivity metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of productivity initiatives.</li><li>Analyze productivity data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for further improvement.</li></ul> Innovation and Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Stay informed &amp; updated about industry trends and advancements in developer tools, internal systems, and COTS solutions, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team, encouraging innovative approaches to problem-solving and process optimization.</li></ul> Strategic Leadership: <ul><li>Develop and execute a strategy for improving developer experience, internal systems, and COTS implementations, aligned with the company’s technology and business objectives.
