Role Description: <ul><li>We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop profitable sales growth across Argentina and priority Latin American markets for a global specialist manufacturer of technical solutions serving the tobacco and related industries.</li><li>The role has a strong market-development and white-space mandate.</li><li>The successful candidate will be expected to leverage an existing Latin American commercial network, identify priority customers and stakeholders, create new market access and develop sustainable revenue opportunities.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong credibility within tobacco, nicotine or adjacent regulated/industrial sectors, combined with the ability to operate independently in relationship-driven markets.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Regional Sales &amp; Business Development <ul><li>Develop profitable sales growth across Argentina and priority LATAM markets.</li><li>Identify and penetrate white-space markets where the organisation has limited or no presence.</li><li>Develop country-by-country access strategies for priority customers and decision-makers.</li><li>Generate new business and manage the full sales process.</li><li>Develop relationships with customers, prospects and key industry stakeholders.</li><li>Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.</li><li>Provide market intelligence on customers, prospects, competitors and pricing.</li><li>Participate in key customer meetings with regional sales leadership.</li></ul> Market Development <ul><li>Identify priority countries, customer segments and market opportunities.</li><li>Build and maintain a regional stakeholder map.</li><li>Develop relationships across:</li><li>Tobacco manufacturers</li><li>Nicotine companies</li><li>Packaging companies</li><li>Paper suppliers</li><li>Machinery/equipment companies</li><li>Distributors and agents</li><li>Other relevant industrial stakeholders</li><li>Analyse market trends and competitor activity.</li><li>Translate informal market intelligence into commercial strategies.</li><li>Identify appropriate channels and routes to market.</li><li>Develop market segmentation and customer-prioritisation strategies.</li></ul> Key Account Development <ul><li>Develop relationships with priority customers at multiple organisational levels.</li><li>Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.</li><li>Build customer account strategies and action plans.</li><li>Coordinate with regional and global sales teams.</li><li>Develop sustainable customer growth.</li><li>Maintain structured customer-contact plans.</li><li>Identify cross-functional resources required to support customers.</li></ul> Pipeline &amp; Performance Management <ul><li>Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.</li><li>Track opportunity development, conversion and white-space penetration.</li><li>Maintain accurate forecasting and monthly performance reporting.</li><li>Monitor sales and profitability against budget and plan.</li><li>Identify root causes of underperformance by country, account, channel, pricing, supply or competition.</li><li>Develop and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM and opportunity information.</li></ul> Requirements: Essential Experience <ul><li>Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline.</li><li>Approximately 10 years of industrial B2B technical sales experience.</li><li>Existing commercial network across Latin America.</li><li>Proven new business development and account-management experience.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, relationship-driven markets.</li><li>Experience developing new markets or underpenetrated customer segments.</li><li>Strong understanding of sales, supply chain and customer-service processes.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently.</li></ul> Relevant Industry Background Candidates may come from: <ul><li>Tobacco / nicotine</li><li>Cigarette manufacturing</li><li>Tobacco leaf</li><li>Filters</li><li>Cigarette paper / tipping paper / plug wrap</li><li>Packaging</li><li>Paper</li><li>Machinery and equipment</li><li>Industrial components</li><li>Distribution / agency</li><li>Trade marketing</li><li>Other regulated or technical B2B industries</li></ul> Skills &amp; Attributes <ul><li>Strong existing customer and stakeholder network.</li><li>Strong relationship-building and influencing capability.</li><li>Analytical and commercially minded.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.</li><li>Strong hunter mentality and persistence.</li><li>Comfortable creating opportunities in markets with limited existing presence.</li><li>Able to operate independently with limited market data.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgement.</li><li>Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills.</li><li>Languages</li><li>Fluent English and Spanish required.</li><li>Portuguese is a strong advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on R2R electroplating lines.</li><li>Maintain and troubleshoot WWTP systems and utility equipment, including pumps, filters, RO/UF, chillers, air scrubbers and evaporators.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC-related issues.</li><li>Support equipment installation, commissioning, modification and continuous improvement to improve reliability and productivity.</li><li>Ensure safety, environmental compliance, LOTO, maintenance documentation and RCA/corrective actions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.</li><li>Diploma/ITI/Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Experience with electroplating operations and Reel-to-Reel (R2R) plating lines.</li><li>Experience in WWTP and utility equipment such as air scrubbers, evaporators, chillers and AHUs.</li><li>Hands-on troubleshooting knowledge across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC-controlled systems.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Process vendor payments and payment runs through Oracle.</li><li>Support AP payment processing, reconciliations, reporting and issue resolution.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and payment-related queries.</li><li>Support AP transformation, process improvement and transition projects.</li><li>Own assigned AP activities with accuracy, timeliness and control discipline across invoice processing, payment readiness, AP reporting, reconciliations and period-close support.</li><li>Act as the first point of functional review for assigned AP matters, assessing issues independently, resolving within approved protocols and escalating exceptions with clear facts, impact and recommended action.</li><li>Monitor operational performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, payment timelines, ageing trends and exception volumes, and support corrective actions to improve service quality.</li><li>Demonstrate ownership, accountability and business judgement in handling AP matters that require coordination across multiple stakeholders and systems</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 5 years’ Accounts Payable experience.</li><li>Strong end-to-end AP knowledge.</li><li>Oracle exposure and hands-on payment processing on Oracle.</li><li>AP transformation / process excellence exposure as an end user.</li><li>Transition project experience or exposure in involvement with new AP related projects.</li><li>Vendor relationship management exposure.</li></ul>
