Responsibilities: <ul><li>Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs for the purpose of new business expansion, new products, internal-external portfolio assessment.</li><li>Support potential brand acquisitions, mergers &amp; acquisitions and joint ventures and help structure new business transactions, working closely with the business leaders.</li><li>Building business proposals, market evaluation, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, goto market plan, P&amp;L assessment, and new product launches.</li><li>Assessing timelines, logistics, schedules, cost and other estimations associated with a project.</li><li>Support end-to-end development and delivery of new business pitches and presentations.</li><li>Close collaboration and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>B.Pharma / B.Tech with MBA with 15+ relevant years experience in marketing, sales out of which 10+ years in Business development from Pharma / Medical services.</li><li>Proven track record of generating new business leads, work on new business leads, project management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software / Power point presentation and data analysis.</li><li>Time management and planning skill</li><li>Therapeutic &amp; Market knowledge.</li><li>Communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to build rapport.</li><li>Proficiency in English</li></ul>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Estimation <ul><li>Analysing project specifications and requirements to identify all necessary cost components. </li><li>Visit the site, review the project scope, drawings &amp; specification to develop the cost estimate for the projects through different estimate classes as per the estimate guideline.</li><li>Liaise with project engineer and other project stakeholders to convert specifications/quantities to cost estimates for projects.</li><li>Assist to build the price schedule for contracting process.</li><li>Review the engineering and construction service proposals and validate the proposals alignment with original project scope.</li><li>Assist with bid analysis and contract negotiations whenever is applicable.</li><li>Collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors through commercial department to obtain quotes and pricing information.</li><li>Collaborating with project engineers and projects stakeholders to develop and adjust budgets based on cost estimates. Estimate Control &amp; Cost Analysis  Monitoring and updating cost estimates through all project phases and propose corrective actions if necessary.</li><li>Analyse the cost of projects by comparing the original estimate and the actual cost through all project phases and provide a regular detailed variance report by cost elements.</li><li>Control and monitor any of projects’ expenses and plan for unforeseen costs that may arise.</li><li>Collect the cost details for completed projects, analyse the projects actual Vs estimate, compile the analysis for evaluation and create a lesson learned log sheet for all variations.</li></ul> REQUIREMENTS: <ul><li>Required (Qualification1 / Discipline): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline)</li><li>Preferred (Qualification1 / Discipline): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil)</li><li>Experience Required (Years2 / Job Level3 / Industry): 5-7 years of experience as Estimation Engineer in the Petrochemical or Oil &amp; Gas Industry. Must have 5-7 years of experience in brown field projects cost estimation.</li><li>Preferred (Years2 / Job Level3 / Industry): 7+ years of experience as Estimation Engineer in the Petrochemicals Industry.</li></ul> Other Job Specific Requirements and/or Vocational Accreditations <ul><li>Hands on experience on costing tools/software</li><li>Certificate of Cost Professional (CCP) is preferred</li><li>3rd party certification (e.g., PMP, PMI, APM etc.)</li><li>Advanced user of MS excels and other MS tools.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical expertise to reduce repetitive failures of rotating equipment in addition of supporting plant maintenance activities implanting reliability program to improve plant performance.</li><li>Coordinates maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force.</li><li>Plans assigned T&amp;Is field-wide, analyses and sequences all work requests; estimates required manpower, justifying when necessary requests for additional manpower, overtime or extension of unit downtime.</li><li>Assures that all details of material and equipment are available at jobsite. On major T&amp;Is, he may direct one or more Maintenance Engineer III in accomplishing this phase of the work.</li><li>Execute the actual work during a T&amp;I period, coordinates activities of assigned craftsmen and such other personnel as are assigned (night shift coordination, etc.) to assist in the execution of the work.</li><li>Incumbent may act as the day shift coordinator on T&amp;Is or direct the activities of one or more Maintenance Engineer IIIs assigned to this phase of the work.</li><li>Report to concerned Maintenance Supervisor on quality and quantity of workmanship and adherence to standards by Maintenance Engineer III and craftsmen within his assigned areas and recommends improved work methods.</li><li>Reports on deviation from approved schedules and assists in the correction of such deviations</li><li>Review Project Proposals to assure that maintenance aspects are considered in final design.</li><li>Coordinate maintenance work between Maintenance Divisions when services from various divisions are required.</li><li>Perform special assignments as directed, utilizing his engineering knowledge and experience. </li><li>Such assignments may include work direction to one or more Maintenance Engineer IIIs.</li><li>Application of Maintenance Engineer when specializing in Digital Maintenance Engineering Performs engineering analysis of real time, process control digital systems in central operations facilities to aid in fault diagnosis. Evaluates</li><li>Maintenance activity on digital systems.</li><li>Provides professional level expertise to the solution of complex hardware problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible, under the general direction of Superintendent in assigned Maintenance Division and with work direction from maintenance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>The successful candidate should hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Fifteen (15) years of experience in Oil &amp; Gas or Petrochemical Industry.</li><li>In addition, the candidate should be certified Maintenance &amp; Reliability Professional (CMRP) and TapRooT Analyst.</li><li>Also, the candidate should be good spoken and written of English language.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Fully-familiar with the PPP/BOO/BOOT concession models and the steps needed to close a project including: Drafting Solicitation of Interest, finalizing and issuing the Request for Proposals, conducting Job Explanation meetings, manage a bid process, conducting negotiation sessions with the Bidder, Managing the Bid Review Team to review the bids, bid evaluation and selection, and the financial close process.</li><li>Fulfill role as a "Transaction Lead " with responsibility for each phase of the transaction to financial close.</li><li>Manages transaction development / procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close.</li><li>Determines the scope and objectives of the transaction, offering commercialized solutions to meet business requirements.</li><li>Coordinates internal subject matter experts’ groups (Law, Finance, and Corporate Planning/Management Services) to ensure transaction progress.</li><li>Lead multi workstream evaluation and reviews developers submitted proposals.</li><li>Prepares the transaction approval documents at each stage of the transaction and manages the required functional review and approvals.&nbsp;</li><li>Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial and marketing viability of new initiatives.</li><li>Works with internal organizations and external investors to promote new business opportunities.</li><li>Provides administrative direction as required to the transaction teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare job performance appraisals, and recommends job promotions.</li><li>Capable of analyzing companies, performing industry sector analysis, and interacting with external financial advisors, lenders, environmental, commercial and technical consultants.&nbsp;</li><li>Understands and complies with the Company’s Third-Party Transaction guidelines.</li><li>Formulate economic/financial models for complex business proposals.</li><li>Leads the development of business offerings packages to potential developers.</li><li>Leads screening the potential developers / consortiums.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed.</li><li>Manages and mentors’ young professionals.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or its equivalent is required.</li><li>Advanced professional competence evidenced by professional licenses and other forms of continuing professional education.</li><li>12 years relevant experience in business development.</li><li>A foremost expert in business development, will possess relevant industry expertise and will have solid experience in project development, BOOT/ PPP / DBFO projects, project finance transactions, and joint ventures.</li><li>Proficient in oral and written English.</li><li>Some command of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.</li></ul>

Responsibilities <ul><li>Conduct detailed due diligence on different aspects of target companies (with support from relevant organizations in the company).</li><li>Perform valuation of target companies based on different methods (with support from other organizations in the company) and evaluate the business plan of the targets.</li><li>Independently handles business proposals, draft the Non-Binding Offer (NBO), develop a negotiation strategy and commercial terms for the transaction and reflect as such in the term sheet. Negotiate and develop definitive agreements (with the help of law department and other relevant organizations in the company).</li><li>Validation activities to progress proposals through stage gates, prioritize business proposals against investment criteria and NBD portfolio strategy.</li><li>Manage all aspects of transaction execution including management of the overall project such as selecting, onboarding and working with advisors.</li><li>Manage the overall stakeholder management including working with internal organizations, consultants and potential partner(s).</li><li>Assembles initial offerings to potential investors, Lead investor selection activities, and Coordinates with companys subject matter experts to draft Memorandums of Understanding/Letter of Intent.</li><li>Provides administrative direction in the development and review of legal documents which include head of terms, MoU, Cost sharing agreements, and shareholder agreements and manage business portfolio.</li><li>Ensures compliance to process stage gates and approvals, approves contract payments and variations within limit, provides administrative direction and personnel management to all assigned Business Development Analysts and performs other miscellaneous duties as directed.</li><li>Support law department in anti-trust clearance activities and internal proponent organizations in the post-acquisition integration activities, and Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A successful candidate will preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance from a recognized and approved international program. An MBA and/or an equivalent qualification will be a plus, although not a requirement.</li><li>An ideal candidate will have at least (10-15) years of experience in business development which should include at least five (5) years of experience in joint ventures transaction execution.</li><li>Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are advantageous.</li><li>Work experience – candidates from these sources would be the primary target</li><li>IOCs/NOCs, corporates.</li><li>International consulting firms, accounting firms and investment banks.</li><li>Private equity firms.</li><li>The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong joint venture development background, and should have demonstrated in previous roles, extensive experience in financial valuation and modeling, due diligence, commercial negotiations and transaction structuring etc. </li><li>Adequate understanding of financial analysis of companies and valuation methodologies; commercial principals of a transaction; different types of transactions.</li><li>Industry expertise of knowledge of specific venturing activities such as commercialization, spin-offs or joint venturing, project development, financial valuations and modeling, facilities planning, strategy development or relevant experience.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support Business Development Specialist/Consultant on business development process from market analysis, screening and evaluation of opportunities including strategic fit assessments, developing key business principles, managing due diligence execution, performing risk assessments, developing and negotiating term sheets and definitive transaction agreements through to transaction closure and integration planning.&nbsp;</li><li>Progress opportunities and transactions through the company’s defined stage-gates, and prioritize investment proposals against internal investment criteria and corporate strategies.</li><li>Support downstream business development activities including: (i) creating and developing partnerships along the downstream value chain in refining, petrochemicals, marketing including wholesale &amp; retail, logistics and storage; (ii) developing business proposals; (iii) identifying risks with mitigation plans; and (iv) identifying suitable partnership strategies and business models to maximize value creation for the company.&nbsp;</li><li>Support business portfolio optimization and identify synergies between assets and affiliates; manage development and negotiations of commercial agreements; provide administrative direction to junior Business Development Analysts in reviewing legal documents which include head of terms, memorandums of understanding (MoU), letters of intent (LoI), cost sharing agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, feedstock supply agreements, product supply and offtake agreements. Additionally, pursue opportunities for product marketing and technology licensing, as applicable.</li><li>Participate in developing techno-economic analysis, financial analysis and valuations of target assets including familiarity with the different valuation methodologies (discounted cash flow (DCF), trading multiples and precedent transactions).&nbsp;</li><li>Develop negotiation and transaction/project execution strategies.</li><li>Utilize available market data to develop market and sector analysis, and competitive landscape assessments as part of proactive origination of opportunities.</li><li>Prepare management briefings, board papers and presentations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical preferable, or other disciplines), Business, Finance or Economics.&nbsp;MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Professional Certifications (preferred): Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).</li><li>Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in downstream business development, with a strong track record of technical, economic and commercial experience in downstream businesses such as refining, petrochemicals, marketing (wholesale &amp; retail), lubricant, logistics and storage, with a deep understanding of associated operations, optimization and value-chain integration.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and demonstrated experience navigating and influencing complex internal stakeholder groups and negotiating with prospective partners and service providers to ensure successful business outcomes for the company.</li><li>Good grasp of international business and cross-cultural professional practices.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in executing term sheets and definitive agreements typical in downstream transactions, along with management of post-transaction integrations, setup and readiness.</li></ul>
