Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define the infrastructure and the software architecture for multiple platforms including switches, firewalls, routers and edge processing products</li><li>Develop platform software and collaborate across engineering groups to maximize the use of common emerging platform technologies, conventions and technological building blocks.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Management, Architects and Product Owners from various teams and Executive leaders to define the business and technical strategy</li><li>Collaborate with global engineering leads at various businesses to establish and drive adoption of conventions and innovation</li><li>This position has the growth potential to transition into a team lead and people leader position.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8+ years of experience in platform software development</li><li>5+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed service-oriented architectures, having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, scalability and security</li><li>3+ years implementing containerization solutions using Docker or LXC containers</li><li>Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, vSphere, and vCenter.</li><li>Experience using Kubernetes, Docker, or Rancher for microservices deployment.</li><li>Experience with IaC using Ansible or Terraform.</li><li>Experience building CI/CD pipelines. Devops and Devsecops, version control, and system testing with Gitlab and Jenkins.</li><li>Experience gaining insight from log files with Datadog, ElasticSearch, Prometheus, and Grafana.</li><li>Experience implementing systems tracing with Jaeger and Opentracing.</li><li>Familiarity with protocol level tracing with Wireshark.</li><li>Production experience with distributed datastore using zookeeper, cassandra, postgres, kafka, redis, and ElasticSearch.</li><li>Experienced with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python and Go.</li><li>Familiar with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.</li><li>2 or more years building public APIs and ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.</li><li>Willingness to learn and teach complex technologies.</li><li>Voracious need to document code and catalog data transformations.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Project Management of development of PPCs Active product portfolio</li><li>Managing a team of product engineers for development, qualification, and system integration of FTTH Active products.</li><li>Support customers/ potential customers with product qualification, integration of PPC Active products to the customer network.</li><li>Responsible for pricing strategy and align cost of products to meet or exceed target margins of the company.</li><li>Identification, expansion, and implementation PPCs Actives product roadmap according to the technological evolution in the market.</li><li>Plan product launch activities including identification of&nbsp;target markets, promotions and price value mapping and work closely with sales to define channel to the market</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Domain Knowledge– Knowledge and experience in development, troubleshooting and testing of FTTH Active products and worked on the application side of FTTH &amp; Broadband Network</li><li>Experience –5-10 years of experience with excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, SAP and hands on with Active products&nbsp;</li><li>will be an added prerequisite&nbsp;</li><li>Languages to known- Possess ability to communicate in English</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Grow, acquire &amp; maintain, sales and support to both existing and new accounts (develop) within designated territory with end-to-end ownership</li><li>Focus on major accounts and other new Tier 1 &amp; 2 Operators/ISPs</li><li>Preparing and managing (meeting) the Budget/Forecast/AR Aging/ Collections, for the designated territory, update the same on rolling basis, as and when required, on regular &amp;&nbsp;timely basis&nbsp;</li><li>Creatively find ways to address customer needs &amp; challenges by exercising responsibility, authority, and accountability, for the region.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide market intelligence updates on a monthly base</li><li>Develop product positioning and brand messaging that differentiates PPC to its competition with offering of valued proposition</li><li>Evaluate competition analysis and alternative offerings to differentiate our edge and USPs.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide guidelines to solidify product core messaging &amp; structuring, and packaging for highly compelling client facing presentations and collateral</li><li>Develop case studies to address highly strategic sales situations</li><li>Capture sales feedback on what works and doesn’t and use that feedback to improve on growth and meeting monthly, quarterly &amp; yearly objectives</li><li>Maintain effective customer relationships, especially at Middle &amp; Top Management, through timely, professional, courteous, and accurate responses</li><li>Must be a subject matter expert in the product line and industry, able to provide technical training and support to customers as and when required</li><li>Serving as a representative at trade activities within assigned territory, including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, meetings, etc.</li><li>Provide information/clarification/assistance to the manager in timely manner, pertaining to product feedback, training, customer concerns, competitive information, budgetary&nbsp;</li><li>variances, new prospects, and territory progress against goals &amp; objectives</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum (Preference: BE/B Tech (Electronics &amp; Communications)), and master’s degree</li><li>Experience-15 Years with minimum 5-7 years in the specific Broadband &amp; FTTX industry, especially in the designated territory</li><li>Mandatory technical knowledge of the network and impacts on network quality and performance from FTTX actives &amp; passives</li><li>Proven track record of success in exceeding sales objectives</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel 70% of the time in designated region.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship building skills</li><li>Team player with the ability to work closely with cross functional organization</li><li>Successful incumbent should have a competitive nature, a drive for success and clear vision of future career goals</li><li>Languages to known: Possess ability to communicate in English</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Unconventional Resources Operations Department (UROD).</li><li>The UROD is responsible for operating all the surface facilities, which include the field wells and processing facilities.</li><li>Your primary role as an Electrical Engineer in an unconventional asset will be to provide professional advice and guidance regarding electrical systems, schemes, equipment or techniques, facility designs and solutions to operating and maintenance problems.&nbsp;</li><li>You will have a thorough understanding of plant operations, specialized experience in electrical high voltage and low voltage systems for large scale complex electrical distribution system.&nbsp;</li><li>In addition, you will have experience in power reliability analysis for electrical distribution systems which involves carrying out power system studies using software like ETAP etc.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:</li><li>Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance Units to troubleshoot and fix electrical systems including reporting and documentation.</li><li>Provide expert advice and assistance to design, construction, maintenance engineers and operation personnel on all matters related to electrical systems.</li><li>Develop engineering conceptual plans for the new installation and upgrade projects including development of work scopes, calculations and detailed technical specifications.</li><li>Review Project Proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facilities.</li><li>Develop and maintain the UR engineering standards and design best practices.</li><li>Participate on the testing &amp; commissioning of the new facilities and Turnaround and Inspection (T&amp;I).</li><li>Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.</li><li>Analyze system performance and find solution for Energy saving.</li><li>Ensure quality, cost effective and timely solutions to any upgrade.</li><li>Test and pilot new technologies.</li><li>Ensure full HSE Compliance.</li><li>Report and analyze key performance indices.</li><li>Make recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilities.</li><li>Lead feasibility/profitability studies for new facilities.</li><li>Contribute to Business Unit strategy.</li><li>Assists in the training, development and mentoring of younger staff.</li><li>Provide analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to our clients capital investment decisions.</li><li>Maintain and expand on contacts within the industry.</li><li>Regularly interact with other professionals in various company organizations involved in capital planning and economic analysis.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>You must hold a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.&nbsp;</li><li>A higher degree is preferred.</li><li>A Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is desirable but is not essential.</li><li>You should have a minimum of 15 years working experience in Electrical engineering, with at least 10 years’ experience in the field of Oil and Gas Industry.</li><li>You must be conversant and have working knowledge of industry codes and standards, such as NFPA, ANSI IEEE, IEC, API, NEC, NACE and others.</li><li>Experience with specifications and data sheets for Electrical equipment like EHV GIS/AIS Switchgear, Power</li><li>Transformers, large synchronous/induction motors, HV/LV Switchgears and Control gears, EHV/HV/LV Cables,Bus ducts, EHV GIBs, UPS, Battery Charger, NGR, Panel boards is a requirement.</li><li>You should also have experience in preparation of Single line diagrams, protection and metering schemes, motor schematics, Hazardous area classification drawings, substation automation architecture, synchronizing and bus changeover schemes.</li><li>Experience in electrical engineering calculations like Grounding/Earthing, Battery charger/Battery sizing,</li><li>Transformer sizing, Cable sizing, Electrical Load schedules, Lighting.&nbsp;</li><li>Also knowledge of Electrical Power system studies including Short Circuit, Load Flow analysis, Motor starting, Arc Flash Hazard studies,</li><li>Relay coordination and setting using software like ETAP is essential.</li><li>You must also demonstrate the ability to work with design contractors to review contractor design packages, provide input to FEED packages, introduce new technology to enhance company productivity, suggest innovative solutions to optimize equipment performance, demonstrate safe working practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Be able to conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed electrical equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with electrical equipment field Installation, Commissioning and testing as well as in Electrical Equipment layouts, plant cable routing layouts, lighting and grounding layouts is preferred.</li><li>You should be able to communicate with multidiscipline engineers to complete projects.</li><li>Have proven ability to communicate effectively with management at all levels within the organization.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills are also essential to be able to communicate what are frequently complex technical, economic and commercial concepts in a clear and succinct manner to individuals and groups from diverse professional backgrounds.</li><li>You must be able to work effectively with the minimum of supervision on relatively unstructured tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>You must be willing to work in remote areas depending on the project or task assignments.</li></ul>
