Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the already high converting, Video Ad Creative Editing team and implement initiatives that improve the creative process</li><li>An accomplished end to end manager of people and teams around 8-20 in size such as video editors and liaise with other creatives from a matrix project manager perspective working with copywriters, producers, actors, ambassadors, influencers, marketing</li><li>Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.</li><li>Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.</li><li>Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.</li><li>Trimming footage and putting together the rough project</li><li>Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.</li><li>Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence</li><li>Creating the final cut for broadcasting</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Direct Response Marketing and Advertising with strong past achievements in at least 2 of these channels, and know what it takes to grow a D2C brand via Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc</li><li>Supporting the overall company Creative Director and reporting to the President, we need your background and interests to represent most of :Interested in Golf / Sport (you dont need to be a player or good!) from an online D2C / Direct to Consumer Services, in any of eLearning, Training, Coaching, Masterminds, CPGs, Sports Performance / Golf, Health, Wellness, Fitness</li><li>Excellent project management skills</li><li>Revenue-generating in that we can measure results for and see ROI</li><li>KPIs: Editing time, Rounds of revision, Ads per editor, Cost per ad, CTR, Hook rate, CPA, Ad spend</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all mediums and formats</li><li>Ambitious, self motivated and a top achiever</li></ul>
