Responsibilities: 1. Credit Management <ul><li>Collaborate with the insurance company to ensure customer credit limits are validated and aligned with business needs.</li><li>Understand the business requirements and communicate them effectively to the insurance provider to secure necessary support.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate customer creditworthiness while balancing business growth objectives with prudent credit risk management</li></ul> 2. Insurance Management <ul><li>Manage credit insurance policies to protect the company against potential bad debts.</li><li>Liaise with insurance providers to ensure adequate coverage and timely claims processing.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of insured accounts and ensure compliance with insurance terms.</li></ul> 3. Cash Collection <ul><li>Oversee and ensure timely collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow</li><li>Manage service provider and oversea the daily operations. Ensure clear SOP for smooth operations.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve Days Sales Outstanding.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, customer service teams, and customers to resolve disputes, facilitate prompt payments, and maintain strong relationships for smooth credit and collection processes.</li></ul> 4. Credit Policy Enforcement <ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s credit policy to ensure consistent and fair credit practices as per the group norm.</li><li>Act as the gatekeeper to enforce credit policies and procedures, ensuring no undue risks are taken.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to internal teams on credit policies and best practices.</li></ul> 5. Risk Management <ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to credit and cash collection.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on credit performance, overdue accounts, and risk exposure for senior management.</li><li>Proactively recommend improvements to credit processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.</li></ul> 6. Engaging in FX topic <ul><li>Providing the details of customer payment&nbsp;</li><li>Providing the landing estimation of AR.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience in managing credit insurance policies is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with industry-specific credit practices and regulations in FMCGs.</li><li>Professional certification in credit management (e.g., CICM, NACM) is a plus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Safety and Quality: <ul><li>Proactively drive safety and quality performance of the project portfolio within the scope of responsibility Customers.</li><li>Establish and promote service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in customer project management, and drive the adaptation of best practices related to customer journey and customer experience management</li><li>Capture and feed Voice of Customer throughout the customer project; especially related to how manages the project</li></ul> Project Management Governance : <ul><li>The MP PMO Director owns the MP Project Management Governance model and is responsible for its review, updating and deployment across the APM Area. </li><li>The model defines the responsibilities and accountabilities of both Area and Front Lines and, specifically includes:</li></ul> Project Audits: <ul><li>Risk and Opportunity (R&amp;O) Management analysis, from pre-tender through to the Project execution period</li><li>Tender reviews and sign-off</li><li>Project financial reviews</li><li>Project Steering Reviews</li><li>Project monitoring reviews, such as PCGs</li><li>Start-up meetings</li></ul> Program and project management: <ul><li>Measure, monitor and support project portfolio planning, forecasting and execution</li><li>Facilitate portfolio governance</li><li>Provide guidance in tender development and project planning, execution and governance</li><li>Optimize project management resources and their allocation across the portfolio</li><li>Support and coach project managers, perform project reviews</li><li>Ongoing review of Project Management tools and where required drive development and deployment</li></ul> Leadership and people development: <ul><li>Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to develop and implement a strategy for MP Project Management that is aligned with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.</li><li>Project management development across APM leading to internal / external certifications</li><li>Develop a pipeline of Senior Project Managers who can take on larger, more complex projects in differing FLs/countries.</li><li>Lead and develop the PMO team and project management professionals to achieve budget, safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals. Identify and address competence development needs for project managers, planners, project and order admins, and quantity surveyors&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to Delivery Operations strategic planning and decision-making to drive project management capabilities in line with the overall vision and business objectives</li></ul> Delivery Operations management: <ul><li>Work with other Delivery Operations staff and teams to ensure correct and consistent use of project management policy, processes and tools, and appropriate resource allocation to support this</li></ul> Business performance: <ul><li>Measure and monitor project portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive actions to improve business performance</li><li>Set targets for and manage the performance of the PMO team</li><li>Establish PMO budget and monitor customer service, safety, quality and financial performance to optimize resources and prioritize investments</li><li>Provide input and feedback about changes needed the client Way</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 15 years of related experience, with at least 3 years as a PMO Director or Project Director for large-scale projects.</li><li>Customer relationship management skills and experience</li><li>Customer project management and portfolio management skills and experience</li><li>Knowledge of construction industry contracts, business practices and their management</li><li>Financial, business and process management knowledge</li><li>Basic knowledge of installation methods and site management</li><li>Experience and are comfortable working in a matrix environment, ability to influence stakeholders, develop strong collaboration to move projects forward.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in project management forecasting, cash flow management and understanding the risks and opportunities within projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to coach and develop Project Managers / Director for countries within APM.</li><li>Knowledgeable and proficient in project management tools.&nbsp;</li></ul>

An MBA or master’s degree is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a multinational and high growth industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in people management, leading diverse teams in a global environment.</li><li>Proven experience in Sales and Operations Execution (S&amp;OE) or related roles. Experience in managing operational processes related to demand planning, supply chain management, and inventory optimization.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.</li><li>Highly Competent with supply chain management software (SAP Must, IBP is a plus) and analytics tools.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams across different locations.</li><li>Understand business drivers and able to balance between short- and long-term objectives.</li><li>Mentor and coach team members (estimate direct reports ~8+) to enhance problem-solving and decision-making skills.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Project delivery management.</li><li>Plan technical deliverables (including any system enhancements and upgrades) to meet Project’s requirements within allocated budget.</li><li>Manage and coordinate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution.</li><li>Monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery.</li><li>Provide status update related to technical delivery.</li><li>Report to Program and/or Project Manager for the strategic programs.</li><li>Partner with Functional Business Analysts, System Analysts &amp; subject matter experts to understand and implement functional and technical requirements.</li><li>Provide systems input to specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high-level delivery plan) based on impact assessment.</li><li>Partner with Domain Architects, Development Manager, and Security Architect to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards.</li><li>Partner with Development Manager in managing application teams to build the enhancements.</li><li>Partner with Test Manager to ensure completion of SIT, UAT testing, performance/load testing and application security testing with quality results.</li><li>Work with IT Security team to facilitate completion of penetration testing and remediation of findings in accordance with Mitigation Plan.</li><li>Prepare technical implementation plan across application teams.</li><li>Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure production cutover and adequate post-implementation support.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in related Information Technology disciplines.</li><li>At least 6 years’ experience in relevant Banking/Investment Banking / Information Technology.</li><li>Application and system knowledge on Remittance, Domestic and Cross Border Payment (ie. IBG, RENTAS, RPP).</li><li>Team management and communication skills to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.</li><li>Technical knowledge in AS400/DB2 architecture, RPG, COBOL programming and ALDON.</li><li>Experience in end to end SDLC and system delivery management for Project implementation or change request.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technology Services Technology Services (TS) is responsible for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications and related end user technology services across all our client business groups, comprised of approximately 6,500 users.</li><li>Job Description The Technology Services Group (TSG) is an internal function and is responsible for ensuring a consistent technology infrastructure and a standard set of tools and applications across our Asset Management business.</li><li>Position Summary The Senior Project Manager will be reporting into the Director, Technology Services and will be responsible for project delivery activities for our client business groups to improve and extend services.</li><li>Responsibilities Define the scope and objectives of the project in collaboration with senior management.</li><li>Works with Business/Technology Owners to ensure that the deliverables achieve the expected business result.</li><li>Set appropriate governance and oversight of all projects.</li><li>Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete a project.</li><li>Execute the project, refine, and manage performance against the work plan.</li><li>Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.</li><li>Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures.</li><li>Ensure that all financial records for the project are up-to-ate.</li><li>Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly).</li><li>Review and provide constructive feedback on vendor commercials to support project procurement.</li><li>Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.</li><li>Prepare, track, and provide timely updates to action, issue and risk logs.</li><li>Drive accountability with cross-functional stakeholders in both Business and Technology.</li><li>Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders, including appropriate staff in the organization, on the progress of the project.</li><li>Provides superior client experience and strengthens relationships with all key stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure IT Risk and Compliance due diligence is applied, where applicable.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline preferred. Minimum 7-9 years’ experience in IT Project Management execution (experience in all/most knowledge areas: scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and integration management).</li><li>Experience with development live cycle management is an asset.</li><li>Process Improvement Methodology certification is considered an asset.</li><li>Vendor Management experience is considered an asset.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, Simple Accounting, Knowledge of SharePoint.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); motivation and persuasion skills. Excellent organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in Large Application or Infrastructure Delivery Projects is Key. Prior experience with Salesforce, FIS DX and/or financial applications (MS Dynamics, Quantum).</li><li>Experience managing Security or IT Infrastructure projects – e.g., Cloud Infrastructure, Servers/Data Centers, end-point software rollouts.</li><li>Experience in business Merger and Acquisition activities from a technology perspective Outcome/deliverable-focused orientation with a bias for action; disciplined scope, time, and cost management.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management and staff. </li><li>Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness in dealing with complex or uncertain scenarios.</li><li>Ability to leverage creativity, imagination, or unconventional methods to solve a problem or achieve a goal. </li><li>Ability to train/mentor/coach non-project managers in the area of project management and governance.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments, considering multiple points of view and managing conflicts.</li></ul>
