Responsibilities: Financial Reporting &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or US GAAP).</li><li>Manage period-end close processes and general ledger reconciliations.</li><li>Support external and internal audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit points.</li></ul> Cost Accounting &amp; Inventory Management: <ul><li>Monitor and manage inventory valuation, batch costing, and cost of goods sold (COGS).</li><li>Conduct standard vs actual cost variance analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams for real-time cost tracking.</li></ul> Taxation &amp; Regulatory Compliance: <ul><li>Handle GST, TDS, and income tax compliances including returns, reconciliations, and assessments.</li><li>Assist in regulatory compliance relevant to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., NPPA, CDSCO).</li><li>Maintain records for transfer pricing and other compliance reports (e.g., Form 3CD).</li></ul> Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable: <ul><li>Oversee vendor payments, import transactions, and ensure proper accounting treatment.</li><li>Monitor receivables, perform aging analysis, and coordinate with sales teams for collections.</li><li>Conduct periodic reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts. 5. Budgeting, MIS &amp; Financial Planning</li><li>Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.</li><li>Provide financial analysis and reports to management (sales trends, cost analysis, profitability reports).</li><li>Develop and automate MIS for enhanced decision-making.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance roles; at least 3–5 years in a senior or lead role.</li><li>Experience in pharma or manufacturing industry is highly preferred. •	Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and cost accounting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. •	Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Nice to Have:</li><li>Experience in handling audits for pharmaceutical R&amp;D or DSIR-registered entities.</li><li>Knowledge of pharma-specific compliance (NPPA reporting, drug pricing, etc.)</li><li>Exposure to internal controls, SOX compliance, or process improvement initiatives.</li></ul>

Investigate and work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Emails/Conference calls / Customer&nbsp;and company Plant Visits for critical delivery issues, expedition or projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Work out solutions on Customer’s special requirements, such as label, Customs process, packing &amp; etc.&nbsp;</li><li>NPS/VOC/Customer Service Survey Improvement Process. Identify and work on corrective actions to recurring issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Customer Supply Chain Management&nbsp; <ul><li>Initiate Stock Requisition for customer advance order or buffer stock.</li><li>Work with Planning team on capacity adjustment in order to fulfill Customer’s demands</li><li>Consignment Stock Management/ Customer demand forecast monitoring and accuracy analysis</li><li>Manage customer forecast/demand and inventory level, work with Supply Chain to fulfill customer demand.&nbsp;</li><li>Negotiate with Customer for VMI liability and deadstock compensation.</li><li>Resolve logistics and custom issues with relevant functions</li></ul> Customer Credit and Billing Management <ul><li>Billing attainment</li><li>Follow up queries with Account Receivable</li><li>Coordinate with Finance and Customer to solve pass due invoices issue</li><li>Manage customer credit status &amp; escalate for any abnormal status</li><li>Apply credit release</li><li>Process Credit note / Debit Note</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree is any related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 year of industry experience in customer service/order management.</li><li>Customer Focus.</li><li>Excellent communication skill.
