Role Information: <ul><li>The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible to drive and support improvement activities and convergent Problem-Solving competencies within AUT ASEAN, leveraging scalable methodologies and digital tools while unleashing people’s talent.</li><li>Working in collaboration with production plant at Gateway Thailand towards waste reduction and improving Incidents on our customer base.&nbsp;</li><li>She/he is the Leader in ASEAN Problem Solving Committee and leads cross functional teams to solve complex and difficult manufacturing and quality problems.</li><li>She/he contributes to the project selection that will have the highest impact on plant metrics.</li><li>She/he coaches plant problem solvers and ensures their development</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leader in ASEAN Problem Solving (PS) Committee.</li><li>Organize regular meeting review status &amp; planning.</li><li>Promote PS culture throughout the Plant and ASEAN at all levels.</li><li>Promote the selection of the projects that will have the highest impact on plant metrics (eg. CoPQ) and manage all PS projects including PS initiatives from Line QRM escalation to VSM/Plant Level.</li><li>Support production improvement process through PS projects.</li><li>Lead cross-functional team to apply diligently a structured problem-solving methodology that best fits the situation (Shainin, SPS, Six Sigma or other equivalent methods as described by the Shifting Gears)</li><li>Follow up all PS projects with project owner and provide coaching to ensure PS methodologies are correctly applied.</li><li>Regular project coaching with PS Master from Global, and follow-up to project closure and realize saving.</li><li>Proactively anticipate roadblocks to find solutions and escalate when needed.</li><li>Report out project progress, people development and savings to PS Committee and Management.</li><li>Tabulate and manage Plant/ASEAN people PS skill matrix and identify training needs, plan &amp; execution.</li><li>Coach, Develop and Expand local Problem Solver Practitioners.</li><li>Represent ASEAN in PS matter and report status to regional and global level.</li><li>Alignment with AP and Global PS leaders for new PS initiatives and execution.</li><li>Any other assignments as delegated by reporting Manager.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).</li><li>Strong understanding of 6 Sigma tools and Minitab usage.</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and product design</li><li>Experience in taking project using structured problem-solving methodology (Shainin Red-X, 6 Sigma, etc).</li><li>Experience in coaching and training.</li></ul> Specific Requirements(Mandatory): <ul><li>Certified Red X Master or Master Candidate (ability to coach) or Kepner-Tregoe.</li><li>Strong understanding of 6 Sigma tools and Minitab usage.</li><li>Able to develop Dashboard (PowerBI) and to apply Data Science (Python, R).</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank statements, ledger accounts, and other financial records for for&nbsp;</li><li>all the Operations Centers, subsidiaries and overseas branches that CoE is supporting&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly identified.&nbsp;</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies found during the reconciliation process&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with relevant departments to understand the root cause of discrepancies and implement corrective actions&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of reconciliation activities&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare reports on reconciliation status, discrepancies identified, and resolutions made.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of standardized reconciliation procedures and policies&nbsp;</li><li>Suggest improvements to existing reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere and support the bank Risk &amp; Control framework through various programs which include appropriate Key Risk Controls Self-Assessment&nbsp;</li><li>(KRCSA), Key Risk Indictors (KRI), Management Risk Awareness (MRA), Incident Reporting (IRF) and Business Continuity Management (BCM)&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to best practices in reconciliation and financial reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams&nbsp;</li><li>Provide support during audits and regulatory reviews by supplying necessary documentation and explanations.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree holder&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in Banking &amp; Financial services industry is preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Some knowledge and understanding on operational risk management and financial industry regulations will be a plus&nbsp;</li><li>A team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work effectively, under pressure, in a rapid changing environment, as well as autonomously and as an effective member of a dynamic team.&nbsp;</li><li>Possesses good analytical and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>Self-driven, meticulous and able to operate expeditiously to deliver results and meet tight timelines&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Accurately process trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Documentary Collections, and Trade Loans.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate execution of trade finance transactions, adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Verify trade documents for completeness and compliance with UCP 600, ISBP, and other relevant trade finance govering rules and regulations.</li><li>Liaise with counterparties and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues related to trade finance transactions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all trade finance transactions and activities, daily reconciliation.</li><li>Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring seamless trade finance operations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 3 years of Trade Finance Operations experience.</li><li>Sound knowledge in International Trade Governing Rules of UCP, ISBP, URC, URR, Incoterms.</li><li>Familiarity with AML/CFT Guidelines for Trade Finance.</li><li>Meticulous and possess a keen eye for details.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, follow-up and communications skills.</li><li>Able to work independently and a strong team player.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Minimum a recognized degree in a relevant field.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Trade Finance Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s trade finance operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of import and export transactions.</li><li>The role involves preparing and processing trade finance instruments, coordinating with banks and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with established policies and international trade regulations.</li><li>The role requires strong expertise in letters of credit (LCs), bank guarantees, documentary collections, and other trade finance instruments.</li></ul> Responsibilities Trade Finance Operations: <ul><li>Support the end-to-end processing of trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LCs), guarantees, collections, and other trade products.</li><li>Prepare and review trade documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with UCP 600, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.</li><li>Liaise with banks, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate the issuance, amendment, and settlement of LCs and guarantees.</li><li>Track and monitor trade finance transactions and facility utilization to ensure timely execution and effective liquidity management.</li></ul> Import Letter of Credit: <ul><li>Preparation &amp; submission of LC Application as per shared PFI, agreed trade terms, and LC draft</li><li>Carrying out Trade Finance Compliance and Due Diligence checks before issuance of LC</li><li>Liaise with banks and suppliers to process LC documentation, amendments, and confirmations as required.</li></ul> Export Letter of Credit: <ul><li>Issue Proforma Invoices (PFIs) to Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) allocated under the PBPA bid or carrying vessel.</li><li>Share LC drafts and a list of confirming banks with OMCs to ensure the LC is workable and aligned with the applicable UCP version.</li><li>Verify the availability of confirming banks within approved limits before proceeding.</li></ul> Cash Flow &amp; Working Capital Management: <ul><li>Support the optimization of cash flow by accurately processing and tracking trade finance transactions in line with working capital objectives.</li><li>Monitor collections, supplier payments, and financing requirements related to trade operations to ensure timely execution.</li><li>Coordinate with the Treasury team to provide trade-related inputs for liquidity planning and forex management.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications &amp; Experience:Education Qualification <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.</li></ul> Professional Qualification <ul><li>Strong knowledge of trade finance instruments, UCP 600, Incoterms, and cross-border&nbsp;payments.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in trade finance, corporate banking, or treasury.</li><li>Experience in liaising with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and trade finance platforms.</li></ul>
