Responsibilities: <ul><li>Build a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win –new clients</li><li>Consultative Engagement with CXOs of target clients</li><li>Pursue to win large deals, manage CXO relationships and have customer stickiness</li><li>Work with internal solution, delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing, contract negotiation et al&nbsp;</li><li>Understand company solutions and services</li><li>To provide appropriate solutions to the clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.</li><li>Develops and expands a portfolio of clients</li><li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.</li><li>Present, promote and sell services using “solid sales plans” to existing and prospective customers</li><li>Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base</li><li>Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations</li><li>Initially the focus with be Singapore and then expand to Southeast Asia</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 15 years professional sales work experience within IT Services in Singapore and Southeast Asia</li><li>Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just&nbsp;</li><li>transactional goods and services.</li><li>Hungry, motivated and self-driven</li><li>Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets</li><li>Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level</li><li>Experience of working with System Integrators like Accenture, Cognizant, Cap&nbsp;</li><li>Gemini and similar companies&nbsp;</li><li>Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts</li><li>Ability to drive large deals (&gt;SGD 50M)</li><li>Hunting experience</li><li>Ability to open new strategic accounts</li><li>Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close</li><li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills</li><li>Business degree or equivalent</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>As Sr Developer, responsible for contribution to technical Solution Design, carry out Development independently, Testing of Maximo 7.6 with Utility, ACM or other Maximo Addons or Industry solution.</li><li>Application design, Automation scripts using Python/Java scripts, Complex maximo configurations.</li></ul> Requirements: Major Requirements: <ul><li>Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++.</li><li>Deep knowledge of Java programming and related technologies.</li><li>Experience in JSON, XML, XML parsers, and XSL.</li><li>Experience in ETL, Master Data Load and Data Handling (Extraction/Transformation/ Manipulation).</li><li>Experience working with Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server databases: database sizing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.</li><li>Configuration of Web Server Application like WebLogic/WebSphere.</li></ul> Skills and Requirements: <ul><li>At least 4 years of experience in Configuration &amp; Integration, Support and Maintenance in IBM Maximo v7.x.</li><li>Hand on experience on Following:</li><li>Extensive experience on Rest and Jason based integration.</li><li>Middleware integrations ex – Mulesoft, SAP PI.</li><li>Maximo migration experience with release and deployment management activities.</li><li>Data migration experience informatica and MIF framework.</li><li>Experience in Data modeling for BI reporting and hands on BIRT experience.</li><li>Expertise &amp; working knowledge in Maximo Asset Management (Solution design, development and implementation).</li><li>Working knowledge of capabilities in the IBM Maximo EAM/APM solution and Maximo Integration Framework.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.</li><li>Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.</li><li>At least 4 years of Relevant Information Technology experience.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead a team of customer-facing quality engineers to provide root cause analysis and corrective action communications to our customers during quality issues within our target timeframes.</li><li>Utilize formal problem-solving techniques to resolve product and process-related issues, leading cross-functional teams.</li><li>Lead cross-functional Notice of Escape teams to ensure containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, and communication to customers.</li><li>Evaluate customer requirements during order processing, drive implementation of new customer-specific requirements, and negotiate requirements not in the best interest of the company.</li><li>Design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data.</li><li>Review and approve First Article reports.</li><li>Work cross-functionally to disposition nonconforming product found at incoming, in process, or returned from customers and approve any deviations required.</li><li>Support direct reports through coaching, development, and prioritization of responsibilities. Hold direct reports accountable for results and task completion.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field such as Engineering, Quality, or Reliability Engineering.</li><li>7+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years supervising others.</li><li>Up to 10% travel may be required, including international travel.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must possess strong problem-solving skills. Advanced problem-solving tools such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Shainin Red X Journeyman are a plus.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills both internally and externally to drive completion of 8D documents that advance the organization toward world-class manufacturing.</li><li>Experience leading problem-solving teams and using tools such as 8D, 5-Why Analysis, and Fishbone Diagrams.</li><li>Working knowledge of quality systems in an ISO9001/AS9100 environment is a plus.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>EHS Operation - undertaking the role and act as Workplace Safety Health Officer /Fire Safety Manager / Permit Holder for Regulated Chemical.</li><li>EHS Compliance and Audit - Internal auditor for ISO14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Safety &amp; Health Management System, ISO 50001 Energy Management System and RBA Responsible Business Alliances.</li><li>Enforce EHS rules and regulations by developing procedures and controls in Environmental Health and Safety Management System for all to comply.</li><li>Drive &amp; implement Chemical Safety, Waste handling Management System in Company.</li><li>Plan and organize EHS awareness activities, campaigns by working closely with the WESH committee members.</li><li>Perform EHS inspections with WESH committee teams as well as carry out regular EHS related orientation/training and audits.</li><li>Maintain EHS emergency response plan and conduct the necessary EHS trainings and drills.</li><li>Implement Aspect/Impact, Hazard/Risk Assessment and Permit-To-Work</li><li>Review latest corporate requirements/Legal Regulations/Act and code of practice and assess with respective operations to determine suitability and compliance.</li><li>License holder for Flammable Material, Hazardous Substance, Explosive Pre-cursor and Fire Safety Manager for the Factory as required by Local Authorities.</li><li>Manage development and implementation of both tactical and strategic Process Safety Management (PSM).</li><li>Perform any other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Min. 2 years working experience in electronic or wafer manufacturing related environment.</li><li>Certified and registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WHSO), Fire Safety Manager Cert, HAZMAT knowledge/experience is an added advantage</li><li>Certified ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO50001 Lead / Internal Auditor with prior auditing experience. Hands on experience with management system administration is added advantage.</li><li>Degree /Diploma in mechanical, chemical, electrical or EHS</li></ul>
