Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support people management and leadership development by providing guidance on decisions related to performance, development, and talent retention;</li><li>Partner with managers to understand team needs and recommend HR practices that maximize employee performance and engagement;</li><li>Contribute to succession planning and create retention strategies, using benefits as a strategic engagement tool;</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational climate, with an emphasis on employee well-being and benefits optimization;</li><li>Manage and optimize the company’s benefits portfolio, including health plans, meal vouchers, private pension plans, insurance, among others;</li><li>Act as a liaison between the benefits area, vendors, and the procurement department, ensuring proper contract management;</li><li>Monitor the usage and costs of benefits, seeking cost-effective solutions that meet organizational and employee needs;</li><li>Review and implement benefits policies in line with organizational changes and market trends;</li><li>Serve as the point of contact to clarify questions about benefits and HR policies, ensuring effective and clear communication;</li><li>Create and execute internal campaigns to promote understanding of the offered benefits and optimize employee utilization;</li><li>Provide consultative support to leadership and employees on topics related to benefits and well-being;</li><li>Conduct detailed cost analyses of benefits, ensuring compliance with company budget and proposing optimizations to improve program efficiency;</li><li>Ensure all benefit programs and HR practices comply with labor laws and local regulations;</li><li>Manage legal changes that impact benefits, adjusting internal policies as necessary.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;</li><li>English fluency: Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English is required for communication with international teams and stakeholders;</li><li>Postgraduate studies in People Management, Strategic Human Resources Management, or related areas are a plus;</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with significant focus on HRBP and Benefits Management;</li><li>Previous experience in global or international organizations, with a strong understanding of different business models;</li><li>Experience in negotiating and managing benefits suppliers;</li><li>Consultative experience with leaders and support in developing organizational strategies;</li><li>Knowledge of labor and benefits practices and regulations, along with a solid understanding of applicable legislation;</li><li>Proficiency in HR data analysis, particularly regarding benefit costs and program effectiveness.</li></ul>

Role Overview: <ul><li>As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, increasing product awareness, and ensuring that our products are well[1]positioned in the market.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Product Promotion:&nbsp; <ul><li>Effectively promote and detail products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.</li></ul> Sales Targets:&nbsp; <ul><li>Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives by implementing strategic sales plans and utilizing effective sales techniques.</li></ul> Relationship Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance product visibility and brand loyalty.</li></ul> Market Analysis:&nbsp; <ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and address challenges.</li></ul> Educational Support:&nbsp; <ul><li>Provide accurate and relevant product information, including clinical data, benefits, and usage guidelines to healthcare professionals.</li></ul> Reporting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.</li></ul> Compliance:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies during all interactions and promotional activities</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical and/or diagnostic industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and/or diagnostic products, industry regulations, and healthcare practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborate with Regional Business Development team and OEMs to have in-depth understanding of medical devices.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for medical advice and technical support regarding medical devices imported from OEMs.</li><li>Review and evaluate documents provided by OEMs to confirm that medical devices adhere to relevant regulatory and medical standards and collaborate with regulatory affairs team to ensure compliance with local regulatory authority.</li><li>Work closely with the sales, and marketing teams to provide medical expertise in the positioning, promotion, and use of medical devices. Participate in product training for sales teams, healthcare professionals, and customers on medical device applications, benefits, and risks.</li><li>Assist in the creation and review of product labelling, user guides, medical and scientific communication, promotional content, and training materials to ensure medical accuracy.</li><li>Work in field along with sales teams to identify customers’ needs, address their queries related to medical concerns, and support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).</li><li>Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for the adoption and use of medical devices within their professional community.</li><li>Participation in various conferences / trade shows for engaging KOLs, lead generations for supporting sales team.</li><li>Contribute to medical publications, clinical guidelines, and</li><li>conference presentations to enhance the scientific credibility of the medical devices.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>M.B.B.S. and MD (Pharmacology).</li><li>Additional qualification in medical device regulation or business management (MBA) are a plus.</li><li>In depth knowledge of medical device industry.</li><li>Strong clinical acumen and understanding of medical device indications, clinical efficacy, and patient safety.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex medical concepts to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret clinical data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively across India.</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the medical device industry.</li><li>Experience of working with OEMs.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop, implement and be accountable for product marketing plans which optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short and long term</li><li>Develop an effective marketing plan in line with MPH (Marketing Powerhouse) standards and business unit strategy</li><li>Develop, implement and adapt the tactical plan in with corporate strategic product objectives.</li><li>Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and alignment of sales force and other key people and the achievement of product objectives.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customers to support</li><li>current and future product objectives.</li><li>Be recognized as the “Product Champion” by developing and continuously updating knowledge and therapy, product and market.</li><li>Monitor and control product performance and adjust plan accordingly.</li><li>Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which are likely to affect the performance and potential of the product.</li><li>Propose accurate Market Share / Market Share Growth grids for individual products.</li><li>Perform other related duties incidental to the work describe herein.</li><li>Closely coordinate with Sales to ensure implementation of the Brand strategy</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University degree in science (preferably in Pharmacy or Medicine) or degree in Business Marketing</li><li>2 years as Junior Product Manager, or 2 years as Clinical Research associates, or 2 years’ experience in Marketing Services, or 2 years’ experience as Area Manager</li><li>Combination of experience in Sales &amp; Marketing</li><li>Experience in marketing strategies</li><li>Strong on experience on Gynaecology, GI or Urology</li><li>Able to work closely with the sales team</li><li>Strategy execution</li><li>Experience in gastro space – added advantage</li></ul>
