Role Description: <ul><li>To support, coach and mentor 10- 15 team members and support the Customer Service Managers and Regional Sales Managers. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Sales and Marketing Growth Plans – Crafted plans to explode total company business growth in Foodservice Channel.&nbsp;</li><li>Portfolio Management – Working on multi-tier, multi-segment categories to accelerate growth across different consumer groups to maximize the business growth, sales, and profit for the company&nbsp;</li><li>Distributor Management – Working with distributors across the markets from business planning to marketing and sales strategies to in-store, below-the-line and above-the-line executions. Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the sales back-office team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales agreements and service portfolio.</li><li>Lead the accounts receivable team in building and delivering accurate and timely customer invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices prior to issuance to ensure that they are correct, adhere to company policies, and are following contract terms and accounting standards.</li><li>Drive and refine collections procedures and strategies to maintain and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Oversee the application of cash receipts and posting.
