As a senior consultant, you will be expected to provide guidance and thought leadership to the business and IT teams as well as communicating design decisions and managing the expectations of key stakeholders appropriately.&nbsp;You will be expected to interpret requirements, identify capability gaps, and produce design documents including logical design, capability maps, integration, and data views, ensuring the smooth implementation of projects into business-as-usual support. Role Description : <ul><li>This position will report into an Application Engineering Manager.</li></ul> Responsibilities : <ul><li>You will provide leadership and technical insight on the construct and capability of our clients E-commerce platforms.</li><li>You will align with commercial and connectivity Product Owners on the consideration and prioritisation of technical platform changes whilst working with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, and third-party suppliers to support the creation and implementation of architectural designs that enable the successful end-to-end development, integration, testing and deployment of solutions.</li><li>Acting as the technical authority for your assigned platform or capability, you will ensure compliance with design principles and ways of working, identifying gaps in platform capabilities and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand future trends, innovation, and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>At least seven years’ experience developing applications in C#, Java, or PHP.</li><li>At least four years’ experience producing technical designs.</li><li>Experience of CMS, E-commerce, CRM, and ERP platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, and SAP) is essential.</li><li>Proven experience of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and DevOps software development methodologies would be beneficial.</li><li>Experience in supporting project delivery involving both in-house and third-party design, development, testing, and project management partners is desirable.</li><li>An understanding of security principles and how such policies can be applied to the design of solutions would be beneficial.</li></ul> Benefits <ul><li>Performance-related bonus scheme</li><li>Competitive pension scheme</li><li>Life assurance and income protection</li><li>Private medical / Dental insurance</li><li>Free bus (coach) travel to and from Malmsbury campus from Bristol, Bath, Chippenham, and Swindon</li><li>Free on-site hair salon, sports centre, and gym</li><li>Free lunch and (unlimited) hot drinks and fruits..&nbsp;</li><li>All of this and much more..</li></ul>

<div>Responsibilities:&#10;<ul><li>Work closely with your colleagues to design efficient, stable and to the point products to drive commercial business cases and efficiencies within reporting and analytics and other data driven use cases&#10;</li><li>Create and maintain high quality and high-performance data visualizations such as dashboards</li><li>Own your products and track continuous customer satisfaction, stability, and benefits&#10;</li><li>Ensure easy user navigation is at the heart of all deliverables&#10;</li><li>Deliver self-service solutions for end-users and in general</li></ul><ul><li>Work with stakeholders to assist with data-related technical challenges</li><li>Follow best practice and existing guidelines but also push the limits</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment and you get motivated by challenges as a true problem solver.</li></ul>&#10;Qualifications:&#10;<ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years proven working experience as a front-end BI developer including some SQL</li><li>Building and delivering BI portals (.net, front-end tool, cms etc.)</li><li>Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication</li><li>Self-starter, curious and independent team player, able to effectively prioritize activities &amp; requests</li><li>Experience of working in a global or regional multi office working environment</li><li>Strong people engagement skills and used to manage senior management requirements</li><li>Technical expertise regarding visualization, storytelling and data models</li><li>Strong UI and UX competencies and enthusiastic about best practice data visualization</li><li>Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI, QlikView, Qlik Sense or Tableau</li><li>Adept at recognizing, subscribing, and applying best practices, methodology, tools, and techniques to meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets</li><li>Experience in a data rich company</li><li>Experience in a Tech, Manufacturing business an advantage</li><li>Experience of working in an Agile development process a strong advantage</li><li>Experience in BI Back-end development an advantage</li></ul>&#10;</div><div> </div>&#10;
