Connectivity to drive company growth by delivering an Extraordinary Customer Experience.</li><li>Make it easy for customers to do business.</li><li>Make every interaction memorable, enabling deeper relationships.</li><li>Deliver value to our small and medium customers while resolving all their inquiries.</li><li>Identify opportunities to generate new business and organic revenue growth.</li><li>Create a favorable impression and sell the brand to strengthen our positioning with customers.</li><li>This position offers an excellent foundation for gaining technical knowledge and skills, paving the way for future career advancement into roles such as Field Application Engineer (FAE), Product Engineer (PE), Account Manager (AM), or Sales Manager (PM).</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Delivers an extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on products, services, and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer and the designs they are working on.</li><li>Sells the value propositions of products and services.</li><li>Outbound calling (cold and warm) to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts.</li><li>Communicate with end customers via various channels such as telephone, email and chat (inbound inquiries) to resolve technical questions and propose options and solutions.</li><li>Liaison with internal support areas including production, sales, engineering, customer care and others as necessary to resolve customer inquiries and requests.</li><li>Nurture and grow small and medium customers pipeline opportunities via Salesforce through regular touch points with end customer.</li><li>Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients to drive revenue.</li><li>Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projections to ensure targets are met.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree; technical or business degree required or equivalent experience. Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare (Pharma or Devices), This role involves significant exposure to in-licensing and out-licensing and will encompass both global responsibilities and a strong emphasis on marketing over sales. The role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and supporting devices, formulations, and OTC products, with a great emphasis on niche and unique product opportunities.Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare (Devices) sectors through market research, networking, and cold outreach.Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and targets on a global scale.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities, particularly in the devices sector.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners globally.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Sales Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, with a significant focus on marketing initiatives.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements, with exposure to in-licensing and out-licensing.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations, medical and regulatory teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and outcomes.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Marketing Focus:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services, with a heavier weightage on marketing activities compared to sales.Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.Requirements:MBA with a focus on healthcare and commercial operations.2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.Proven track record of pursuing sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Experience in in-licensing and out-licensing is highly desirable.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in supporting devices, formulations, and OTC products, with a great emphasis on devices.

Responsibilities:Sr.Sales Exe is responsible for managing and handling Key accounts and development of New customer base in SleevesAbility to maintain good interpersonal relationship with customers in order to grow current & new business.Key Account Management.Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationship.Willingness to travel across respective region for developing the given market.Drive sales & match-up with management requirement, reviews and growth plans.Executing the Sales with proper coordination & assistance from help of back-office, plant & senior team.Conducting market survey and making a list of potential customers.Generate Leads from market or reference & convert them into sales.Drive & recover the payment and necessary forms in given time frames.Keeping track of collectible o/s and doing regular follow-ups.Requirements:Should have willingness to learn & grow in the profile & organisation.Should have problem resolution attitude.Data base decision making as per responsibility givenProficient in English and regional language and good communication skills.Basic knowledge about packaging industry and trends
